Dia Apts in Hersonissos

Set in some lovely gardens nice pool and bar area. I had an amazing view from my balcony. The room was cleaned every day. The staff are lovely and even though checkout was 11.am and not picked up till 19.30 you can leave your case in reception and there are also showers there to use. It's about a 7-minute walk into Hersonissos (longer coming back due to the hill and me being unfit). I recommend going up the hill to Piskopiano and Koutouloufari (10-15 min walk) some lovely bars and tavernas. There is also a good local taxi service. I wasn't keen on Hersonissos itself, but that's just my personal preference.

Lovely place Away from the hustle and hustle but close enough to get there Ideal position for hersonissos, old town and piskopiano - all within easy walking distance. A hidden gem

Rooms are adequate with everything you need although we only used the hotel as a base the pool area is spotless and grounds are well kept all the staff we encountered were polite & friendly would return in the future

Absolutely loved everything about this place. The apartments was absolutely spotless, the pool was beautiful and clean. I loved the trees and flowers dotted around, gave a lovely relaxed vibe. All the staff was friendly. Ideal location for exploring Crete. The food from the pool bar was lovely, I didn’t have a bad meal there! I could watch the sunset from my balcony every night and at the back of the apartments I watched the sunrise every morning. I cannot recommend these apartments enough!

I don’t understand some of the reviews for this place, we stayed for 2 weeks and not once did we have any arguments or anything bad happen other than paying for the air con (couldn’t pay card so had to give cash due to the added tax I think)
Rooms clean and what you expect for a 3 star hotel. Staff were brilliant, the blonde woman on a morning is so friendly, the guy who comes early evening (we call him Mr Hat) very fine gentleman, looked after me and my partner. Very friendly. The night man who showed us to our room was so friendly and even offered drinks and food when we arrived at 1 In the morning.
We were given a room with 2 balconies, brilliant
For Catching the sun all day. Air con is expensive but you need it so didn’t mind paying the money for it.
It is located on a hill but that didn’t bother us. We’re fit and young so a 10 min walk down and up wasn’t that bad. The longest walk we done was to old town (30 mins) on the last day as we didn’t have the car but when it’s cooled down on a night you don’t mind.
Would highly recommend, if you do go the food at the top of the hill at piscopiano is so much better than the newest part of town which is the bottom of the hill.
Pool area clean, pool bar had recognised drinks you would have at home plus some greek beer. It’s nothing big for the pool bar menu but it’s more of a snack bar than a restaurant. Which to be honest, was nice enough. The fruit salad bowl was lovely and I love my pancakes so had to get those as well. We met some lovely people here so I would recommend this place. The manager I believe made me a drink on the house to try out and it didn’t disappoint.
Such friendly people, clean rooms and area, will be returning.

Great appartments right in middle of old town and new town , appartments a bit basic ,the pool area is spotless one of the best kept pools I've been at the bar area is clean and well kept , staff are great Billy the night man is so friendly and help full couldn't do more for you the cleaners and staff are all lovely ! Nickos the owner is a gentleman couldn't have been more helpful ordering taxis booking us resturants carrying suitcases he's a lovely man , no inflatables or balls in pool the pool is small clean and spotless just how it should be !we had a lovely week and would go back the staff and nickos Billy are lovely people and think if there treated with respect you get it back thank you for lovely holiday

We have just returned home from an amazing 10 days at Dias. When we arrived we were greeted by Billy who made us feel welcome and helped us with our cases. The rooms were well equipped to meet our needs. we had cooking rings but didn't use them as we preferred to eat out. The bar had all our favourite drinks ( including Campari 😀). Angela and Christina were always very polite and kind when serving us. Nikos and Maria always made time to have a chat with us. The hotel cat stole the show and was adorable. Mavros we miss you!! The pool was always impeccably clean every day and was nice and quiet. Met some lovely people there and will definitely come back. Plenty to do as well,whether you wanted to visit the old Hersonissos and experience some fantastic food to a lively area down at the sea front. We also saw the Alar dinner show which was amazing!!
