Loved this hotel!! The staff were so helpful and kind. Whenever we would message them, they would answer immediately. There was a water issue in the hotel and they practically yelled at the plumber when they said they couldn’t fix it that night. With them advocating for the guests, we got our water fixed and were able to shower that night.
The rooms are so clean and spacious. I love the marble in the bathroom. The showers are perfect with great pressure. The tv allows you to connect to Netflix which is great. The hotel is situated right across the square. It does get noisy at night but honestly we didn’t hear any noise at night. You’re like a 10 minute walk to the harbor. A lot of food and restaurants nearby. On the balcony there is also a drying stand to dry all your beach clothes.
Something to be aware is that there is no elevator because it is a historic building and they are not allowed to build one.

The room was beautiful – spacious, bright, and had a lovely balcony. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the city center. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only downside was that, since the place is so central, it got a bit noisy on the last night (it was the weekend), even with the windows and door closed.

We spent four nights at the Mirabile Luxury Suites, specifically in the Jasper Suite. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and elegantly furnished. The location is perfect for exploring the city center on foot, and it also offers convenient access to a public parking area just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended! When we return to Chania, we already know where we’ll be staying. A special thanks to Sophia for her kindness, helpfulness, and all the great advice she gave us during our stay.

Very helpful owner/receptionist. Everything was very good. Note that you have to carry your bags up about 30-40 steps, more if on the top floor. If you’re ok with that, I heartily recommend Mirabile. And the cafe next door is very good, whether you take the hotel’s breakfast there (which we didn’t) or just go in as a customer off the street. Mirabile is on the edge of the busy area, so very well located. You can also head away from the busy area for good cheap places to eat.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Our room was large, beautifully furnished and very clean. It’s far better in person as compared to the photos, we were very pleasantly surprised. The spa bath is a great addition and the room was equipped with luxury Korres amenities. After staying in fairly small rooms for the rest of our Europe trip for a similar price, this was a wonderful surprise. The host was very gracious and helpful. She helped us with our heavy suitcases, sent us helpful recommendations for restaurants and laundry services, and also organised our private transfer from Chania to Heraklion. She was also generally fun and easy to speak to, a lovely person. The location could not be better. It is right in the middle of Chania with shops, restaurants, bars and the Old Harbour steps away from the hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Perfect combination of relaxation in the heart of the city. While busy tourist towns are not our thing, this hotel provided the perfect, quite, luxurious retreat. The room was beautiful, the staff super attentive and the private jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after the Samaria Gorge hike. If you want to stay in the city without hearing it, I recommend one of these two rooms.

Great location! Super accessible to the city center and walkable to everything you may need. Estefania and her coworker were amazing! They gave us local tips and checked in on us when we walked in. We honestly felt right at home! I would 100% recommend staying here. AC worked great! The bed was so comfortable!

We had the most wonderful stay at Mirabile; beautiful room, perfect location and 5* service from the hotel receptionists. We stayed there for our honeymoon so they’d treated us to a bottle of wine, card and delicious strawberry tart, making our stay feel extra special. Cannot recommend this perfectly located, comfortable hotel enough. Mirabile will always be our first choice of accommodation when staying in Chania!

Outstanding hotel! Located in great location near Chania old town. The aesthetic of the rooms were beautiful with great high ceilings. Excellent shower with great bath products. Our favourite part was the hospitality and service provided. The hotel management team were exceptional in terms of being responsive to any inquires, helping to ensure we arrived at our hotel after hours and helping to arrange trip to Samaria gorge and rental car service to explore beaches of Crete. It was the perfect hotel for our honeymoon and would highly recommend to anyone staying in chania!

Amazing suites located in the city center. Everything is in walking distance, super market, pharmacies, taxi and bus station.

Rooms are outstanding! Decoration is perfect, but the best part is the mattress, in which we had a perfect night sleep.

Also rooms aren’t loud at all, even the location is in a high traffic road.

Staff is super friendly and kind! Definitely we will visit again!

This is a beautiful little hotel in the historic center of Chania, and I would definitely stay here again. The location is great, and my room was spacious and beautifully maintained. I had a small balcony overlooking the square and the church and it was the perfect place to have my morning coffee and get ready for the day.

I arrived on a late-night flight (which was also delayed), but someone from the hotel stayed in touch with me through Whatsapp the whole time. When I finally got there, they were waiting for me, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay. Fantastic hotel, owners and staff in a superb location for exploring the old town. Everyone was very hospitable and generous which was deeply appreciated. Family ran so you can make a personable connection with the people and place.

Really nice hotel, the location is amazing and the view from the balcony right into old town, you will feel the jealousy of bystanders as you sip your raki / coffee from the balcony.

The room we got was nice with a comfy bed with perhaps too many pillows. 😂 Room was a bit dated, but includes all you need: iron, coffee machine, hairdryer, etc. Bathroom was clean.

Service was excellent throughout.

Rooms were very pretty. Super high ceilings, great double glazing, comfy bed, nice shower. View over the square where Agios Nikolaos is. This is in a busy part of the old town, so take that into consideration if you are looking for something really quiet - it is not. The cafe next door had 3 great live music gigs in a row, they would stop at 11.00pm. Everyone very nice and polite. Would stay here again.
