It was a great time here! The guy Leo was an amazing entertainer and animator, never met such a kind and lovely person. He really made the experience a lot better. He is also the guy who knows everything about partying. 😁

Amazing for the money! The hotel is listed as a 4* and I think it’s demonstrated by the other reviews that this is generous 🫠 We stayed here for 3 nights and it was by far the cheapest in 10 countries we were looking at. I cannot whinge about this hotel for the price we paid, it was clean, the food was good (dinner questionable), and the staff were lovely! The other reviews are entirely focused on the star rating rather than the peanuts that you pay to stay here. Ahmed on the beach bar was by far our favourite. I would highly recommend Faliraki and Evita Bay to anyone. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we’ll be back again next month 😁Thanks a lot guys!

Early season so everywhere was still shut Arrived 4th April to Evita Bay resort. We paid extra for sea view with love holidays. On arrival by time we got issued our key it was early hours Sunday morning around 00:30am We was give a run down family room with no sea view really tired room as was the whole block. I immediately went back to reception to explain they had made a mistake with the room. Asked to go back in morning when manager was in. The manager then changed our room in the morning to our sea view lovely room new paint great view. Unfortunately all the swimming pools where empty. Went to toilet in morning it would not flush. Went to have shower no hot water. I reported to manager straight away. He said it will be sorted within the hour. Went for breakfast very bland no taste and had 1 x toaster to make 2 x slices toast between around 300 guests. Took some pictures of dirty pool and pool bar seen better pictures in a war zone shocking. Went back to room toilet flushed again failed to fill back up still cold water. Bland lunch bland evening meal same food every day and what was not eaten at lunch ended up in a stew for dinner. Same all week no flushing toilet no hot water. No flushing toilet in reception other guests with same problem reported several times by them and all week by myself ended up going out every day to use local bars toilets. Very abrupt manager shouting at guest & his staff were very publicly belittled every day. Shocking management with no clue how to keep his guest happy power cut apparently but no other properties or bars effected. Best advice I can give is stay well clear from this hotel really really bad and 300 other guest would agree with me no atmosphereat all. Location not great taxi into Rhodes around 28 euros each way. We decided to vacate early and book another hotel in Rhodes Town which was 1 million percent better. Everything open lots of bars & restaurants

Sold as 4-Star. Delivered Well Below 2-Star. Don't Be Fooled. The only genuine positive here is the staff — they are warm, hardworking, and clearly doing their absolute best with virtually no support from management. They deserve far better than the establishment they're working in. But let's be clear: this hotel is not 4-star. It is not 3-star. Based on my experience, it would struggle to meet the basic standards of a 1-star property. No hot water. A fundamental requirement of any hotel — at any level — and this one couldn't deliver it. Multiple guests complained throughout our stay. Nothing was resolved. This alone disqualifies any claim to 4-star status. Food that belongs in a budget canteen. The same basic, uninspired menu served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner without variation. At a genuine 4-star all-inclusive, you'd expect choice, quality, and presentation. I got none of the three. Watered-down alcohol, overly sweet juices drinks with negligible alcohol content. Not what you'd associate with any credible all-inclusive offering, let alone a 4-star one. ALSO DO NOT DRINK WATER FROM TAPS OR MACHINE WATER COMES OUT BROWN. Rooms that wouldn't pass muster in a hostel. Large in size, yes — but stripped of any quality. The linen was the cheapest imaginable, and the air conditioning and heating were non-functional. Guests were sleeping in the foyer to stay warm. In a 4-star hotel. Let that sink in. Dirty pools, blamed on recent weather — but fellow guests with photographs confirmed the same conditions existed before the storm arrived. The hotel claims capacity for 500 guests. With around 200 during our stay, management was already overwhelmed. The infrastructure simply isn't there. Management appear to be actively managing perceptions rather than problems. Don't be misled by the star rating or the marketing. Book this hotel with very low expectations — and even then, prepare to be disappointed.

We stayed between 14/10-18/10 4 nights as a couple for a cheap and easy break away for my 30th birthday. We had a lovely trip away. We really enjoyed the pool areas with lots of sun beds, our room 552 looked over one of the pools so we had a good view. We debated paying for a swim up room and were glad we didn’t pay the extra as it’s not a private pool for swim up guests only. We actually used sunbeds at that pool and stayed in the normal rooms. There are sunbeds opposite where the rooms are for anyone and anyone could look into your room. The beach is lovely for a morning walk and the sunrises are the best I’ve ever seen (I’ve been lucky to see Bali sunrises and mountain sunrises) waking up early was so worth it. The hotel is what you pay for, the rooms were very basic as in just white walls and no mirror apart from the bathroom , the shower water can go everywhere with no curtain, there’s no safe unless you pay for it, we used locks on our rucksacks instead. The food was very samey but that’s common with all inclusive unless you go somewhere with a few a la carte restaurants. Breakfast we enjoyed with pancakes, cereal, full English and fruits etc.. lunch was very good with Gyros. Drinks are a bit watered down too. Staff were friendly and let us keep our room till 11:30 instead of 11 as our coach was picking us up then. I feel they treated us well especially as they are at the end of their working season now. No entertainment in the evening the few days we were there that we saw but it is towards the end of the season. We went for chilled time so enjoyed the peace and playing cards in the lobby. Hotel is close to faliraki centre, shops round the corner and the cats are cute in the surrounding streets! October weather was lovely in the day 24/24 degrees but take warmer clothes for the evenings I got cold. We enjoyed ourselves, nothing really bad with this hotel, we felt safe staying here, we thought the Hotel was good for what we paid. Only other recommendation would be a sign above reception outside as it wasn’t clear where we should check in. Overall we had a good stay, it was what was needed for a short stay to relax and be by the sea, use the pool and not have to cook ourselves.

Again I'm writing my review on our last day , on arrival we came down a little side street away from the hustle and bustle from the main strip (phew). This hotel is fantastic for couples looking for a quiet, relaxed holiday. €10 per night per room tax as is all of greece and rightly so, now I would say this hotel is a good 3* not 4, you do have to pay for a safe and kettle in your room (we got a safe for 10 days) and our balcony overlooked the main pool. Meals are nice, sometimes repetitive, but on my previous reviews you eat repetitive at home so you know what you like, we always found something we liked and I'll miss the breadsticks and Tzatziki. My only concern was on a few occasions I had pink meat which I got scared to eat. Beach bar opens from 10am-11pm (weather depending, we had some storms and rain) lobby bar opens for beer/spirits at 5-11pm. Now AI spirits aren't the best and found ourselves drinking the G&T, Sex on the Beach, Evita special or Malibu (coconut) with cola. Staff are lovely always saying hello, always helpful. Cleaning we had 0 issues in everyday to tidy beds, clean. Nothing ever went missing. Beach beds are free right at the hotel, towards the fronts they charge (lay on your towel we did). Sun beds never an issue at 3 pools There are a few/many stray cats, now for me personally feeding these babies makes my holiday, I bring treats from home, buy ham at the shop even put more on my plate to feed these poor things (I hope you guys can too). LITTLE SHOP ROUND THE CORNER - sells cigarettes, food, beer, snacks, other everyday items All in all good hotel, great staff nice food, atmosphere Thank you all at Evita bay

Avoid at all costs. We checked in and checked back out within 10 minutes. The is THE worst “hotel” I have ever come across. The bad reviews are true to the letter. We have booked an alternative accommodation as there was absolutely no chance I was going to lay my head down in that bed/room. Pros: the receptionist gave us a warm welcome, and refunded our €60 tax that we paid on arrival. That’s it! That’s the only pro. Cons: The unclear signage to reception. We were dropped off just before midnight and had no idea where to go. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I mean 2025 and no kettle in the room? Come on! The exposed electrical wires that I have seen pictures of on previous reviews. The mould/scum in and around the bathroom. Hair in the sink. The “swim up” room was a joke. Do NOT pay extra for this. The pool is a main pool that you have access to through your side door. The area was unclean and lights were not working. The sandwich and fruit that had been left in the room for our arrival was left out on the side for God knows how long. Not sure what was in there but we did not eat it. The bedroom light is attached to a hook that hangs over the bed. If this became detached for some reason whilst you were sleeping, this could have caused serious injury. The lock on the door to the “shared swim up” was broken meaning anyone could have gained access to the room. The bedrooms operate with physical keys. It’s 2025, digital key cards are a must! The pictures online do not reflect the actual state of the hotel. Please do not be convinced by these images into making a booking. This is a place for elderly people who have no sort of standards when it comes to hotel accommodation. The fact that the general manager has given the same response for every review proves that they are not reading the comments from the guests that are staying in this “hotel”. This is nowhere near a four star establishment. It doesn’t deserve to be rated at all. It needs to be closed down immediately.

Poor service: the greeting upon arrival was requesting the tourist tax. We were shown to our room on an unlit pathway. Some of the food service staff were alright. A couple of them were rude. To the point of telling me to go elsewhere for a tea bag. When we questioned about a power outage the staff member in the reception centre simply walked away from us. The food: literally the same breakfast and lunch every day. Dinner had a slight different variety but have very poor signage, if any, describing what it is right down to a sign that simply read chikin. The gyro was good. Our best meal on the holiday is when we went out to a restaurant. The outdoor drink station was closed the 1st two days. If you wanted a drink you would have to walk a couple hundred yards to the reception to get one. The room: we upgraded to a sea view. Well, in all fairness, if you lean over the balcony on the far side, you can see the water. However, you don't want to go on the balcony with the ants just to look over the rail as the first thing you see is extremely unkept grounds with a lot of rubbish. The room itself.again ants. I had a pillow case with a blood stain on it that was never changed out the whole time I was there. There was a small refrigerator? Why? It doesn’t work unless you put a key in a slot for room power. There is no barrier for the shower so the water literally flows everywhere. The toilet and sink leaks on the floor. Stains on to walls. Not sure that the stains were. Some parts of the walls were unfinished. And you can hear everything going on in the rooms on either side of you. The grounds: loose tiles on the pathways. Poorly lit pathways. My wife was injured when tripping down a poorly lit step. They had a landscaper equipped with hand clippers to trim all of the plants. One small patch of grass was finally cut on our last day there. There were extension cords from building to building draped across the lawn. Rubbish. Everywhere rubbish. Staff, including the manager would simply walk past the rubbish. The beach; this is what we went there for. We spent a grand total of about 20 minutes on the beach. If you want a lounge chair on the beach it cost you an additional 20 euros a day. There is a limited amount of lounge chairs further from the beach that you can use as part of your holiday package. Good luck getting a lounger. Pallet paths to the beach with a stack of pallets nearby. To wrap things up; no water the first day. Power outage the second day. No access to drinks, etc like advertised. Trashy. Rude. Loud. Poor night lighting. Same food day after day. Beach not worth visiting. And when checking out, they couldn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay. On a positive side; close to Faliraki for shopping. Near Ponchos Mexican restaurant that was amazing. The bus to Rhodes came by every 20 minute and went to old town which was amazing. The water taxi is nearby.
