We enjoyed a week in October at the hotel. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly. There are three pools to choose from and a beach a 6 minute walk away which was fine for snorkeling. Rhodes city is a half an hour by bus or you can take a boat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Elani as a bartender in Kriamos Blue is the best - very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the stay in here. The food was also very good. The only problem we faced was related to the air conditioning in the room, which was communicated to the receptionist and quickly fixed the next day.

Hotel in a quiet location. Room small, clean. No wardrobes for clothes. The food in the restaurant is terrible. The worst all-inclusive program we have ever known. After three days, we went to eat in Faliraki. The food's always the same. Sausages, sausages, vegetables..... Often cold. Drinks for lunch and dinner in the restaurant in plastic cups. The hotel has a nice garden with a swimming pool. According to the reviews we expected something better. Many guests were dissatisfied with the food. To this hotel never again!!

Very nice place! Very clean and relaxing, good food! Very profesional staff! Ellena at the reception, resolves all the problems and enquires! Also Anais and Criss and restaurant staff, restaurant managers, very friendly and suportive, Cristina the ucrainian waiter, lovely girl, who allways welcome you with a big smile! We were realy spoiled ! Highly recomended

I truly cannot express how amazing our stay in this hotel was. The staff are literal angels - sweet, helpful, professional with a smile on their face. Food was amazing - we were dining in the White Dreams resort, which is the hotel just next to Kriamos. Very large selection of delicious food (I'm a very picky eater), the dining area was a bit crowded during dinner but still kept clean and with enough food to get (I gained 3 kg during our stay so I think that says it all). Cocktails and drinks in the pool bar were also really good. The area of the hotel were well taken care of (sunbeds by the pool cleaned daily, pavement swept, trash bins emptied, floors mopped etc.) - overall the hygiene was on a high level. The room was nice, clean, with AC and very comfortable bedding. In the bathroom was hair-dryer, shampoo/shower gel, 1 large and 1 smaller towel per person changed everytime you needed. The only issue was leaking shower (nothing dramatic) and a ton of mosquitoes (nothing unusual). The sand beach was a bit far (about 600 meters?) but it was clean, with clean water - we met a few sea urchins near the small harbour but more far away it was ok (just need to be careful). Center of Faliraki was about 15 min. walk but we didn't mind because you could get calm quiet sleep during night. The streets were a bit messy, but that wasn't the hotels fault. I recommend to visit nearby Anthony Quinn's Bay, sail to Chalki island or go on a trip to Rhodos city or Lindos - there is many beautiful places Rhodos can offer. I hope I'll get the chance to visit the hotel again in the future.

Great, spotless rooms, good size and clean swimming pool.
Good and friendly service . Nice people in the reception and in the restaurant bar.
Only the weak point is ; repeating it self breakfasts,and almost zero of any kind of meat at lunch and dinner time.It looks like the food is prepared only for the vegetarians.

We were very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. Let’s start with the most terrible thing of all: the food! We had a 12 day all-inclusive stay, which was a total waste of money!
The choice of food was extremely limited, the food itself tasted terrible (like it was old food being re-cooked), during lunch and dinner they had the exact same food, the food was presented in dirty unhygienic bowls and for the “snacks” you could only choose a sandwich or old fruit.
With regards to the drinks, they didn’t have bottled water in the restaurant, the water was from the tap, which tasted like chlorine and made me sick! Even sodas, like coke, were undrinkable and tasted like chemical fluids. Cocktails were okay-ish, they didn’t taste bad but just like cold lemonade.
We don’t expect incredible food at a 3* hotel, but this food was not even worth 1*. We were mislead by the fact that previously people from Kriamos Blue could eat at the 4* White Dreams resort next door, and the older reviews were about their food.
We had a talk with the manager about this complaint and our further complaints. She then said that she was going to look for another accommodation option for us. She would keep in touch with us, but we have never heard from her again… very unprofessional!

Kriamos is a nicely located hotel just 7 min walk from the beach and 15 min from the center of Faliraki where you can find bars and restaurants and night life. Hotel has its own pool with an all inclusive pool bar. The rooms are clean and cozy, every day room service with new towels and room cleaning.
The crew is really nice and helpful, always welcoming you with a smile. The hotel uses a restaurant from the White Dreams hotel near by (70 m far) food in the restaurant is various each day different themed dinner and everyone can find something tasty: variety of meet and fish dishes and big choice of salads, snacks and deserts.
Cool thing is that while staying in Kriamos Blue you can use all the facilities of White Dreams hotel -restaurant, two pools and pool bars. Great place for romantic trip cause in both hotels guests are only adults - so no screaming kids at the pool!!!

During breakfast we had a fried fly on the bacon, the toilet wasn't clean upon arrival, and they do refuse to hand out a secondary card for your room, even if you need it. You only have a single bar and need to enjoy 10 minutes to get something to drink during dinner, because everybody from the pool is getting their cocktails in their swimwear, while your spouse is happily inhaling the smoke which comes from the pool-side (which is quite small) All-Inclusive is timely limited and it is not even "all inclusive".
The room had no wardrobe and no other space for the clothing.
The employees are friendly, but the bar tender should be faster as 10 minutes during the diner is to long. Beside the toilet everything was really else was quite clean

In general, I did enjoy my stay there (superior room for two), but I can think of quite a lot of 'buts':
- Food, especially meat was bad - only minced meat and some chicken, turkey, beef, pork scrap. Looking pretty much like leftovers. Haven't seen proper slice of meat in 8 days.
- Bathroom - missing power socket (had to shave in the hall) and there's no place to hang towels.
- Room - no wardrobe to unpack luggage, only one bedside lamp (the other one was not connected and there was a cable hanging from the ceiling) and only one bedside table.
On the other side, the staff is really friendly. Swimming pools are nice and close to the room. The building with superior rooms is quite new and so is room's equipment.
Maybe I could have given 4 stars, but then I think of the meat scraps and I just can't.
