Hotels with pool on first line in Ixia

Their were 2 pools a quieter one around the front of the hotel that always had plenty of day beds. The room we stayed in overlooked the pool which most people would love but I prefer a quieter view

We were so lucky and got upgraded from a balcony/terrace room to the room with the swimming pool in front of it (pools open from 8am-6

Not a bad hotel. For their money. To the beach you have to walk 5-7 minutes.

We saw cats in the hotel every single day :)) The staff are so kind and accommodating too, will definitely try and visit here again next year. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Ixia

Sunbeds are being reserved early in the morning but if you just move them away it is fine as reserving is not allowed. All in all a great place to come back to

Only thing I would say is be aware of booking treatments as I paid 40 euros for what was supposed to be a 40 min massage and I asked for back and feet. I got less than 30 mins on legs and back

As non residents i can't say anything about the rooms only that they looked good from outside. We spent all day everyday by the pool, on the sunbeds but we ate and drank here and it made our holiday

Beautiful family run hotel on the beach front. Hotel is very clean, staff are wonderful and helpful. Pool is crystal clear and gardens attended to daily

Facilities like changing rooms and toilets were clean, the pool was perfect and the food and drink were amazing. Staff were polite , courteous and friendly and it seemed to be a family run hotel

The hotel itself is quiet (mostly couples when I was there) and I had a great view of the sea and Turkey. The owners are very friendly and helpful and I liked the food that was on offer

I thought the Pylea Beach Hotel was a good price and I enjoyed my stay there

The rooms are OK, large with good TV, and AC . The sunbeds and umbrella are free ok charge. The only issue is with the free Wifi, that is very poor quality, and not have the possibility to pay for a better one.

You will need water shoes if going into the sea as the beach is all large pebbles and there is no tide to speak of. €4 a day for a sunbed and umbrella at the beach. Had no insect bites in June 🙂

We stayed at Matoula Beach for a week in early October. Initially we were allocated a very small room. When we mentioned this to reception, we were transferred to a lovely spacious pool view room

Its on the flightpath so perfect if you like to watch the airplane's land. The location is so god, the beach is a 5 minute walk and there are a few really good Tavernas spread about in walking distance

We had a lovely time at matoula beach. our second holiday here and was as good as the first one

Just returned from 2 weeks at Matoula Beach and what a fantastic holiday. Staff here were so lovely and helpful. Decking around the pool and garden area

Family of 8 adults stayed 1 week in September. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean as is the pool and bar area. Breakfast is great with plenty of choice

Beach has a lot of nice round stones that massage your feet if you walk on them. Or if you are used to step on lego bricks this is easy for u. When you get in the water there is sand under your feet

We stayed in a beautifully lit corner room with stunning sea views

In short, everything was excellent, the food, the room and especially the staff. And the lovely Adrianna (I may have misread her name) at the mini market.

We had a holiday with my family in this hotel and it was great. Tho location is quite good and the ocean is just across the road. It was very easy ro cross the road and we did not experience any problems with that

not sure i'd class as a 4 star hotel, staff were excellent, Sirene owners should be proud of them, however only having 1 restaurant with a buffet style offerings for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, no in room facilities for tea/coffee and no minibar, meaing you need to go to the restaurant/outside pool everytime you wanted a drink

The bartender, older man was so nice and had good sense of humor. Also during the evenings they had a bar inside and the bartender there was also great dude. Room was pretty simple and had i guess everything we needed

The beach area also seemed to lack regular maintenance, which took away from the otherwise beautiful seaside setting

One important issue is the lack of supervision at the pool — unfortunately, some guests ignored the rules, jumping dangerously into the water near small children and rinsing sandy feet directly in the pool

The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, with something different every day, and the quality was consistently high. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay

Areas for Improvement: While the facilities were generally good, we did notice that the pool area could use more frequent cleaning, especially during busy times

I expected more fish, but that wasn't the case. The children's area was truly lacking; the swing was about to come apart. For a 4-star hotel, they still need to work hard on cleanliness, friendliness, and food

We recently stayed at D’Andrea Mare Beach Hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. Positives: The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean — a real plus for families or couples looking for comfort

Summerland is a cheap and a very good 3-star hotel. The rooms and common areas are very clean, the staff are genuinely kind and always ready to assist, and the large pool with ample sunbeds is perfect for lazy days

The hotel is very clean, lovely big pool, air conditioning, WiFi, a selection of foods and drinks for breakfast and the prices are very good. We’re already planning our next trip and we will definitely stay here again

It was a good stay. Good view from my room. Staffs have good attitude, pool is cute, room is tidy but shower a bit shabby. Staffs give good recommendations on local areas, trust them.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Room was clean and the pool area was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helped us when needed

It’s best to rent a car to explore all the attractions of the island, and the hotel offers a lot of on-site parking, which is very convenient

My friend and I stayed here in June 2025. The staff here are so friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us

Negatives Hotel is tired looking and could look loads better with minimal spend, a touch up of paint etc Didn't clear the towels on some of the sunbeds in the elite pool over night, so they looked unavailable the next day, when there are only 12 available beds

The best holiday I ever been on. Everything was magical the stay the suite private pool and garden

This is the third time we’ve been to the Elite Suites, we had a sea view room with a private pool, being September the sun didn’t reach the patio area but the pool was bathed in sunshine throughout the day

We recently stayed at Elite Suites Rhodes for our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a perfect experience. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and the private pool with a sea view was a real highlight

After breakfast each day we went to the main pool and although we were there quite early each morning, some towels had already been placed so the advice is if you want the best positions set up early if you want the main pool however beds were always available

The food was excellent, we went HB so breakfast and dinner were our options. Entertainment in the evening was a bit bland with the exception of “The 3 tenors” a trio of South African singers who were excellent

I stayed here for one night on my way to Karpathos but spent part of day here on my way back from Tilos, waiting to be collected to go to the airport in Sept

I was picked up by a pre arranged Taxi at Rhodes port and taken back to the Anixis to wait until I was collected and taken to the airport for a late night flight

It's a good bar and they do food as well,there were plenty of tables and chairs. The only downside for me was it's up a side street off a very busy main road,which you have to cross to get to the beach

I also asked if there was a chemist near by, she said there was and asked what I needed, I told her , she said follow me , we went through a back door to a mini market,which is part of her hotel and on a shelf behind the counter was what I needed

Glynis (the owner) had organised for George and David to wait up for us and to show us to our apartment. Caroline (the manager) cooked us breakfast in the morning. All the staff are so friendly and helpful

Rooms very basic and small.Pool was not clean,but staff very friendly.Brilliant sea view,2 minutes to sea and beach.

Lovely hotel a couple of meters from the beach. Rooms are simple and clean and the balconies make for a relaxing atmosphere. Couldn't have wished for anything better!

Hotel is a good value for money. Great location , its only 2 min walking to the beach. Very simple rooms, breakfast is very basic , every day same. You should pay extra for air conditioning and safe

Very good balcony's on rooms facing the street. Excellent location 2 mins from the beach and close to restaurants and shops

Coffee at breakfast sucks, but only 1 min to walk to "the cakebox" where they serve decent coffee

And if there weren't any, they offered to prepare three-course meals for us, which were all absolutely incredible. A truly remarkable level of care and service for their guests

I want to particularly mention and thank Chefs Giota and Angel, who came to speak to us personally every day to make sure there were vegan/dairy-free options available

We spent 2 weeks at Iaxian Grand Hotel recently. We had an inland facing room which was nice and spacious but was lacking in storage. Hotel was very clean and tidy

This hotel is okay. It has a pool, a game corner with pingpong and other stuff. Restaurant with a bar and a minimarket. The rooms are big, but the AC costs extra 7€/day.

Arrived at 11:00 PM in the evening, and was warmly welcomed, there was a lot to choose from for breakfast

We loved absolutely everything about Sea Melody and spent a wonderful 2 weeks here. LOCATION Perfect! Right on the beach, supermarket on site or several more a few mins walk

The beach is pebble which is perfect for us sand haters! Short ride from the airport too! STAFF Wonderful! A family run hotel who made us feel right at home! Couldn’t do enough for us

The hotel is also right by the beach, it can get a bit windy in the north, but it was nice since it was so warm, the staff was also helpful and the rooms were nicely cleaned

A gym would be an excellent addition and upgrade. Something to think about! Thank you Sea Melody, can’t wait To come back!

Great restaurant, 2 metres from the beach and a wonderful pool bar with a different DJ each night which creates a fabulous holiday atmosphere

Mediterranean cuisine and amazing wines...! George helped us to choose the best wine for the fishes and the lobster we took! Warm atmosphere and amazing place in front of the sea..

Excellent dinner, especially the seafood linguine. Very attentive staff and lovely view of the ocean. We could just see the sunset while we had pre-dinner cocktails. These were delicious and standard price for rhodes.

Amazing restaurant with super-b food. Exceptional services. Lovely chill pool with good music. Absolutely adorable and one of my fav places in Rhodes.

The private villas with individual pools are perfect. Simply furnished, but with everything you need. Fresh bedding and towels every day

We have been here twice during our holiday. The cocktails have a special twist, but they have also the regular cocktails. We had a lovely dinner with great wine and delicious food

The hotel is spotlessly clean, plenty sun loungers, lovely pool, serves great food and drink and close to restaurants, bars and the beach. We can’t fault anything and will look forward to returning

We had a room on the top floor which was spotless and had everything we needed, a good shower, and comfy beds, and a huge balcony with views of the mountains and sea towards Rhodes Town

Stayed for 2 weeks at these small but well run apartments. We had a studio and 1 bed apartment and they were both a good size with the best bathroom I've ever had in self catering accommodation in Greece

i would definitely recommend and book these apartments again. not the closest to the beach but could always have a sunbed by pool

You are 10 mins walk to the ***** and a great selection of restaurants and bars, 15 min walk to the beach and just 2 mins from a bus stop with regular buses going in to Rhodes town and in the opposite direction to the airport

We particularly enjoyed To Posperi, San Allote and La Serra. We didn't have too much difficulty finding 4 sunbeds but sometimes there weren't enough parasols to go round

Great stuff, very kind, fun and friendly! I felt home there! Restaurant is amazing too, good view and very fresh ingridients! I would recommend it absolutely to anyone!

The room was nice and big. Overall I liked everything except the noisy cleaners who are beginning to make noise from 8 in the morning and awaken. Also there are great trucks, but at least you can escape the closed door.

The pool area is nice and clean i did not go in the pool as it was freezing ( it was october)The hotel is in a prime location for the shops, restaurants and bars. And a 5 min walk to the bus stop to go to Rhodes Town

Wondetful staff, great location, very clean, decent breakfast, i love its chilled, friendly vibe, nice rooms with a spacious balcony, comfy beds and a lovely pool

Its 10 minutes from the airport and close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. It is also very easy to get a bus into Rhodes

nice clean rooms , good shower, air con good , and safe downstairs both come at a price which is usualy the case , never used the pool so can't comment on that ,had a drink in the bar most nights before going out and on our return ,prices standard staff very helpful, stayed B&B , adequate but nothing special, but it does open at 8

However, if you are looking for sun drenched sun beds by the pool this is not the hotel for you. The hotel pool area gets the sun for max 3 hours in the afternoon. There is no music around the pool it’s deathly quiet

There is a great supermarket 2 mins walk run by Maria and her husband. And a big shout to the cleaners Anthe and Sevi who do a great job. They all made my stay memorable and i will be booking again for next year
