This is a lovely hotel overall and I will book with them again the next time I visit Athens!
The scenery is superb, and the location is very convenient, just steps from the pier. Supermarkets and restaurants are downstairs, and public transportation is very convenient
The rooms are good, though not the most soundproof you will ever have. Great breakfast in a newly renovated room. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and are the biggest asset of the hotel by far
I have family members that stay there for 2 months at a time and keep going back. Thanks Gregory! Your employees are the best in the business! Can't say enough about your hotel
It's in a great spot, with the sea and a small pebble beach at the doorstep. The area is nice enough, with some good restaurants and shopping (including supermarkets) around
The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was attentive and friendly. I cannot say enough about the staff at Coral Hotel
The hotel is situated in a pedestrian area and within 200 meters of Syntagma Square. Shops and food shops all around. The breakfast was excellent, varied, freshly made and of high quality
Stayed for the weekend as part of a nearby conference. Location was excellent, plenty of amazing restaurants around and a short walking distance from public transit
The room was a good size, fully equipped, and even included complimentary soft drinks. The location was convenient, very close to the conference center and easy to get to the airport and subway station
My second stay in this hotel, got again a warm welcome. Very good breakfast and complimentary water/coffee in the room. Metro station and also airport bus nearby.
Fantastic location, good rooms and big balcony’s with a table and chairs. My room was very cosy with lots of wardrobe space, tv, desk with usb plugs
The room itself was rather small and the windows faced another building - but the room was clean and tidy and the bathroom/shower seemed renovated (if, again, very small and felt a little cramped)
Athens, 19 Patission & 10 Veranzerou St (in the centre) 🧭 Map
That was one of the best experiences at this hotel. The Breakfast was good also with a lot of options, but almost the same every morning which on the long run made it somewhat predictable for me
We stayed post-celestyal cruise. The view from the rooftop restaurant was great. The food was excellent, including staff interactions. Answering whatever questions we had even seeking out the answers if they didn't know
We were only there for one night before leaving on a cruise, but overall I was very happy with our stay. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast spread was outstanding
The rooftop restaurant view was good, but the food itself was not as good for the price. We had the Prawns and Salmon and it was tasteless. We didn't go up there again after the trail throughout our 7 nights stay
Overall experience was good, tourist attraction’s site are within walking distance . Safe location. FnB availability easy to find.
The location is good, but the hotel facilities are average, the room size and sanitary environment need to be improved.
Athens, Syngrou Avenue 182 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel has good facilities, is nice and provided the necessary without being too overwhelmed or posh. good deal for medium class. The hotel was exactly what we were looking for.
The Hyatt is right across from the hotel.
The front desk service was excellent.
Special thanks to the staff at the restaurant on the first floor for patiently lending me their kettle.
More importantly, there was a serious water flow problem for showering and washing faces, and they cannot fix the issue. We could not even clean ourselves properly. The location is not that good
Room was big enough and bathroom designed quite modern. The door to the bathroom could be a bit more isolating, but no big deal. No watercooker in the room, but we could borrow one from the restaurant
There is occasional noice from the busy main street but it is tolerable and we also only rarely heard other guests. The staff was friendly and fulfilled all our requests
Fabulous! Very clean and smart hotel. Friendly helpful members of staff. Would definitely recommend ☺️
Nice and clean hotel, decent location and good value for money.
Very close to the Metro station and easy to arrive from the airport. Staff was very professional and welcoming. The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed
The morning breakfast service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. The food selection was very large and I diverse, something for every taste
Good rooms, not too big but it's ok if you are not spending too much time at the hotel. Not the great location but overall it's safe.
One of the good and cost-effective hotels in a very central location, highly recommended.
The hotel is suitable for a short stay, convenient transport location, breakfast is not varied, but you will not go hungry.
Excellent budget option
Athens, Syggrou Street 142 (45 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Overall, a great choice thanks to the excellent service, good breakfast, and comfortable stay
Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options and a great start to the day. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized
Convenient location, very good facilities. Elevators are very compact and staff didn’t assist with moving the luggage in/out of the rooms at the check in/check out.
The bellhop was the absolute best. He did not like you to take your luggage, he you that you visit, I work, I take your bags for you
Breakfast included, very very good breakfast with lots of variety. Definately need to come back again
Good location with plenty restaurants nearby. 10-20 min drive from the center, depending on the traffic. Rooms are spacious but a few things could have made it better, like hangers, bin in the bathroom etc
Athens, 8 Timoleontos Vassous Street (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The only negative was that the internet/wireless was not very strong in the room that we were assigned which was frustrating. All in all, an excellent hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality
Breakfast was fresh, varied, and satisfying. The hotel rooftop restaurant has excellent food at very reasonable prices, with quick and friendly service
The hotel is not in the heart of downtown, but its location is still convenient, with the Syntagma Square, Hellenic Parliament, and National Garden just a half-hour walk away, and only a 15-minute walk to the Lycabettus Hill
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, but one person deserves special mention - Vangelis, whose kindness and attention to detail truly stood out, making our stay memorable
The staff was amazing very accommodating to our every need. Very clean and I really loved the bright and fun motif of the hotel. Especially the roof top beach and restaurant
We didn’t use the beach facilities because of the weather but we dined at the restaurant good food and excellent service. I Would definitely recommend and would stay there again
Athens, Academias Street 38, Omirou Street (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Everyone is genuinely sweet, kind and helpful. The gym is great, sauna is amazing and breakfast was perfect. Room was beautifully designed, cosy, comfortable bed and very good pillows!
How come they are so comfortable? Sleeping on the bed after a day of traveling is like sleeping on cotton. The hygiene is also very good
My family and I stayed here for a sightseeing trip. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us excellent dinner recommendations
The location is good, making travel convenient. The service is good, the rooms are clean, and the facilities in the guest rooms are complete.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore every inch of the city's scenery; the hotel's warm and thoughtful service is refreshing, and it pays attention to every detail of hygiene management
We have been at the bar and the restaurant of the hotel; excellent cocktails, food and service. The only negative aspect is that pets are not allowed
Athens, 154, El. Venizelou Ave & Romylias (15 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The service is good as well as the location.
However, it is not so clean and a few things need renovation.
Totally overpriced, aperol spritz was 13 euros which is totally crazy as this is an apperitif and should be accompanied by some kind of tappas, also this is generally never above 7-8 euros
We visited as a family with other families with friends. Kids cinema ticket is 20 euros per ticket including a meal-box, which was junk food
They forgot our salad, our pizza, everything was being served from a different person and each item was being served separately
The restaurant area is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere but service was chaotic and it wasn’t even full
Pizza was mediocre, salad was mediocre. Overall value for money is a NO

Very good service, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.
The hotel is absolutely hailed for its impeccable cleanliness and great staff service and in addition, wide variety of breakfast. A little far from the subway, about 15 mins’ away but very satisfied overall with the stay
Staff is incredibly friendly! Excellent hospitality! The entrance is welcoming, very clean, stylish. The room was clean, nice balconies, modern decor. Good sound proofing of the rooms
This hotel is great in every way, except for the parking which is a bit expensive and difficult to find. The rooms are spacious, the views are lovely, and the location is convenient with plenty of activity nearby.
Bed was clean and had a good night's rest
Very conveniently located in the city. Less than 10min walk to subway station. Super nice staff in the hotel. We stayed for four nights and had some problems with our first room
Athens, 72, Kalirois str. (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Good rooms, easy to get checked in and clean, great value and location walkable to market and acroppolis. Only annoyance was the wifi was very poor in my room, going in and out.
Good and normal hotel. Thank you
I recommend it. It is in a very good location. Center, several buses, metro, yet quiet. The view is exciting. Breakfast is delicious, with a variety of Greek specialties. The room, the hotel is clean, the staff is nice.
Very good hotel with excellent food. The top restaurant has a view of the acropolis, which is a big plus for the atmosphere. Near the hotel there are a lot of cheap fast foods, shops, bars and nice walks around the city
I really liked this place. The location is excellent. it’s close to all the main attractions in Athens. The hotel’s rooftop has an amazing view of the Acropolis. Definitely a great place to stay!
Good location and nice hotel. Was almost late to the airport when booking the airport transportation
Athens, 32 Kallirrois Avenue & Petmeza (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Nice size to be good but not overcrowded. Great rooftop bar and restaurant with a lovely view. My band (The Jive Aces) stayed there for a week over new years 2025/26 while we played up the road the Half Note Jazz Club
Went to dinner at the Rooftop Restaurant! Everything was amazing! The staff extremely polite and respectful! The food worth Michelin star !!! Flavor, presentation, taste, everything was outstanding!!! Overall we had an incredible experience and we will visit again!!!
Best hotel we stayed at on our 24 day European vacation
The location was not too far from the Acropolis, good breakfast selection. Staff was helpful.
I will say that I did get the cheap standard room. But in most of the hotels, the standard rooms is still pretty decent. If you're looking for something that's in the heart of everything
Food was relatively ok (Dinners on top floor), but I would recommend eating elsewhere, enjoy the city! Incredible location for how good the hotel is, as it is pretty close to the Pantheon, and other attractions are in a short walking distance (15 minutes at most)
Athens, 48 Charilaou Trikoupi Str. (13 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very nice hotel with excellent design features. Service is very friendly and good. Nice concept of not having room numbers but symbols per floor. I enjoyed staying here very much.
Such friendly and helpful staff really made us feel welcome from start to finish, breakfast was excellent and looked forward to it every morning and the food in the restaurant at dinner time was equally as good
I had an outstanding experience at the Koumkan restaurant in the Semiramis Hotel. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the food is truly exceptional. What made the evening unforgettable was the impeccable service
I booked this stay very last minute and despite my ungodly arrival hour (plane was severely delayed) I was greeted kindly and cordially and shown to one of the most unique rooms I've ever seen
Karavasilis, the restaurant manager, is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest feels special. His presence elevates the entire dining experience
The neighborhood is super fun and unique, but you arent that far (18 min walk) from the metro which can take you into town. My only regret is not staying long enough to enjoy the pool
By domestic standards, the room is comparable to a Home Inn or Hanting. The rooftop bar and free parking are a plus, so I give it a 5 for the amenities
The price/performance ratio is good. After all, it is good to rent such a house in the central city at this price. The key is that there is also breakfast to eat, which is quite rich. Great value for money
Our room on the top floor had a view of the Acropolis, was equipped with a refrigerator, had a good shower and hot water came out quickly, so the room was warm and nice
Pleasant service and good breakfast. I recommend it!
The service attitude is also very good. The only thing I want to complain about is their parking lot. The entrance is very narrow and you need to be very careful to enter
The breakfast included is quite good, and there is also local Greek coffee to taste
Athens, 33 Posidonos Avenue (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
We booked a room but couldn't make it due to delays. They did a free cancellation and when we arrived the day after we could make use of the shower and Pool against a small fee. The people are super friendly and gentle
Very clean and tidy bedrooms with very comfy beds and clean sheets, also there is excellent air conditioning, nice enough bathroom with great shower. Rooftop area and pool were very nice with an ever present lifeguard
The only downside is that you have to walk up the stairs with your suitcases to get to the reception area, and you also have to carry your suitcases up the stairs when leaving the hotel
This isn't my first time staying here, and I really like it
We needed one night in Athens, going from the airport to Piraeus, it was the perfect location without going to the city centre, we spent an hour at the pool, we walked to the beach for a swim and had dinner in the centre off Glifada
Also the Hotel is well situated on the X96 bus route from the Airport and A1 to Piraeus and A2 to the Acropolis. Didn’t try the buffet breakfast as there are various eateries in Glyfada centre
Athens, 3 Vasileos Georgiou A' Street, Syntagma Square (in the centre) 🧭 Map
We recently had a great stay at the King George. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The front desk helped us find some excellent restaurants and even went so far as to get us reservations
Their warmth and attentiveness set the tone for my entire stay and made this my home away from home. This was my first time in Athens, and choosing the King George was one of the best decisions I made
Excellent hotel with very helpful staff, well appointed rooms. Well equipped gym and a Michelin star restaurant. We were upgraded to a suite with balcony which looked out into the main square
The King George is well-staffed and the staff is well trained. Plenty of people to help you and all polite, professional, and eager. The King George is simply excellent
The rooms are nice, well laid out and with the necessary amenities (nice to have an iron and ironing board available). One thing to note is that our room had a tub with a shower wand that is connected to the wall
Though we were in the busy area, the pario doors insulate against the traffic noise and it was quiet inside
Athens, 4, Posidonos Ave. (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The rooms were not so pretty and I didn't like at all the pillows. I was there for work and when I'm on a business trip I mostly appreciate a good bed
Very cheap hotel, good service attitude, but the room windows are not soundproof and right next to the main road, the noise is very loud
Apart from the laughter we had, we wet our winter slippers to take a shower and wash our hands and teeth
It’s a bit out of the way of restaurants and shops, but it’s just a short walk along the promenade to get to them. Rooms could do with a bit more maintenance, but they were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful
As most of the Hotels in Athens the one close to the see offer less for the price. I found the personal friendly and the hotel was in a nice position in front of the see
Rooms are old, especially bathroom. Hotel interior is also old, but it works. Biggest advantage is pool and chill zone and it's location just next to the beach
Very clean hotel, good hygiene, very clean toilets and linen. Excellent Water filters provided each floor, to avoid plastic waste. Overall excellent choice to stay in Athens
Very convenient location, easy walking distance to all of Athens main sites. On a quiet side street (many in Athens complain about noise in rooms), good soundproofing of room
The front desk reception service is good and overall satisfactory
GREAT water pressure and almost instant hot water!
The breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. Cereal, pastries, bread, meats and cheeses, and of course fruit
This hotel is in a perfect location and for the price you can’t beat it! Just one block from the Acropolis south entrance and the best walking street with so many amazing restaurants all around
The breakfast is phenomenal the staff are wonderful. They have the best deal in the bar for happy hour from 4pm-8pm BOGO drinks for €6. 50 and the bar area and lobby are beautifully decorated
Good hotel near Athens center, easy to arrive by train from the airport.
The careful consideration and care that the architect, engineers, designers and craftsman who delivered this renewal is evident in every tiny detail, from the way water flows in the bathroom to the way the sun greets you for breakfast
Had a wonderful day, and the location was super convenient. My only wish would be for a wider breakfast selection. It's right by the subway and close to the main street, and you can even walk to the Acropolis.
Simply amazing
We had the suite with a view of the Acropolis (405)
Excellent size room
Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows
Great balcony area
Bathroom, sink area, shower one of the best we’ve seen so far
Nice touches leaving us wine snacks and chocolates with our stay. Breakfast superb
Service excellent
Staff front desk, amazing
Location is ideal. Definitely…definitely one must consider this hotel
Chris at the front desk is so professional & helpful - warmly greeting us each time we arrived
Very good location right in the city center. They also have Parking if you arrive by car (9 Euro per night). Excellent service by the front desk and rest of the staff
Booked directly for our honeymoon and received an excellent rate. We paid to upgrade to a glorious suite. The welcome was wonderful and we were greeted by amazing honeymoon surprise in our room
Good breakfast the following morning. Some feedback would be that the round shaped bed is an odd choice and not very comfortable and that some elements of the room are dated and a bit worn
We had a great time staying at the Grecotel. The location is very good, the breakfast was amazing, the room was good and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful
The location of the hotel is great, not far from the tour spot, but super quite .
Service is good, easy to communicate and always tried to help.
I was worried because it was a crime-ridden area, but it was okay. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Although the room was a bit old, it was good for a family trip of 4 because there were two bathrooms
