Location: in the centre of Chania, just 20 metres from a bus stop 200 metres from the Old town walls and the Venetian harbour, 5 km from Souda port and 15 km from the international airport of Chania.

The hotel has 64 rooms. There are non-Smoking.

Consists of two 5-storey buildings.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the rooms are very clean. Service is available 24 hours a day. The breakfast is good, with a reasonable selection and very fresh ingredients. There are also many coffee shops and snack bars nearby.

Perfectly located hotel for a Chania City experience. Beside a great café and walking distance to the port and bus station. A very nice breakfast as part of the stay as well.

I have a critique to make, but first, I want to say that the hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and it's also above the best café in the city (Monogram).

However, after arriving to the room, I noticed that there was no toilet paper in the room. Mistakes happen; we are all human. I called the reception, and the lady had me search the room for the toilet paper. When I confirmed that there was none, she told me to come down to pick it up because she was alone.

I find it in very poor taste that, having made the mistake of not providing toilet paper, the hotel would then make the guest go and fetch it. I hope this critique helps improve the way customer service is provided because, truly, the hotel is very good.

Fine hotel, would predict the hotel's downfall though. Solid but simple and tasteless design, great potential, but cheaply constructed. As a guest here for 3 days, was nice. Location is good, rooms are large and pretty, but, not the best quality place. So it being a new place, it was nice, but I would not take the risk of going back in say 5 years out of fear of degradation.

There was construction in the building over at 8:00 to wake you up which was lovely.

Highlight of the hotel is the area. Really, it is a cheap hotel which benefits from the beautiful old town chania environment it exists in.

If the younger people working the front desk read this, you were all great and friendly. Nice to meet you. The manager, is something else, not a lovely presence to say the least. Young people if you’re reading this, I understand and see your frustration with this tyrant.

I am not sure which portion of our stay was the best. The hotel itself is absolutely remarkable and historical. Our hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Their staff was friendly and helpful. BUT their restaurant was so delicious! From their breakfast to dinner and cocktails. The flavors and freshness did not disappoint. MonEs provided us with the best dinner in Chania!

We were really impressed. The service, the food, especially the ambiance, even the acoustics were something special. The price-performance ratio is definitely fair. It’s a place for a special occasion. The service was absolutely great! That's exactly how I imagine service in a restaurant should be. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I have looked at the other reviews. Absolutely not justified. If you are looking for a vegan restaurant then you should do a better search on Google. If you're looking for a quiet ambience and something non-touristy for €30 for food, this is the place for you.
I love fine food, exclusive and not fast food. That's what I got here. If you know about good food, this is the place to come. The rest give unrealistic reviews that meet their standards.

What a hidden gem!! In the middle of everything and about 2 blocks at most from the Harbor. Check in was wonderful and the Receptionist very accommodating and answered all our questions and gave us great tips as well. The rooms were ample enough great pillows, mattress and very very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and they serve very generous portions. Most importantly there is an elevator which is perfect for elderly people like us. Property is so beautiful- don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here!!
