Our apartment was the one located upstairs on the 2nd floor with a mezzanine which gives it a little charm. The hotel is housed in a tastefully renovated old building. The hostess Katerina's welcome was truly exceptional
We were especially impressed by the receptionist Katerina, who was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay a relaxing, stress free experience. We very much look forward to returning next year!
For car parking, two free car parks are located near the hotel, about 200 meters away. We had no problem finding a place. The apartment is very clean and renovated. It has a modern style and is well equipped
She helped us booked tours to Balos/Elafanisi with repubatable and reliable companies, as well as recommended good restaurants. The room was spacious, bright and airy with good air con and great wifi
Always smiling, very good advice on tourist spots in the surrounding area and especially on good restaurants in the city. This welcome added a real plus to our stay. We highly recommend these places
Extraordinary location, facilities, very clean, welcoming atmosphere and amazing host. The manager of the hotel, Katerina is the most lovely and kind person I have met in Greece

The hotel staff were wonderful. The room was large and the balcony was huge! The view was lovely of old town and the harbor. And the shower was a huge plus - good water pressure and it was hot
The bathroom was spacious with shelves for all of our toiletries and a very large shower stall. The water pressure was excellent. The main bedroom is separate from the rest of the room and the bed was very comfortable
There were plenty of cabinets for all of our clothing and lots of extra pillows, blankets, and even beach towels!
The room is decorated exquisitely with large marble wall panels with a modern yet old world feel
We did tire of all of the cats everywhere - they are part of the environment and can be loud at night, but it’s part of the charm too. We did find free parking fairly close and that was a great bonus as well
We stayed in a junior suite with a patio, and it was gorgeous. The entrance had a sofa which was made into a bed for our son, and a mini kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, and cutlery/dishes/glassware
I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the heart of Chania’s Old Town. The location couldn’t be better—steps away from the harbor, shops, and cozy restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax

The beds are super comfortable. Andreas was a gracious host especially waiting until very late for us when we had some travel delays. Thankyou!!
All in all, a fabulous stay of which I would highly recommend to all
Loved the property although the noise into the late night hours across the street was a draw back
The small balcony was a welcome place to have our early morning coffee before the day started and at night an aperitif before heading out for the evening. There are towels you can take to the beach as well
Beautifully decorated and very spacious room. Eventhough we are very close to the old harbour, bars, restaurants, etc, the room was Very quiet. Will definitely stay here again
Beautiful room with everything you need.
Beautiful location. Room came with many amenities. Service was great, room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.
The apartment itself is clean and very well equipped with all the amenities of a hotel but with the convenience of a small kitchenette including a washing machine which was very handy

Clean, nice room, friendly staff!
easy to find parking and very close to the center
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was charming, offering a perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. The room we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, although the bed was a bit on the firm side
Despite that, we had a comfortable stay and slept well. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a great location, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere in Chania
A nice place to stay in Chania if you're looking for a quiet place away from the bustling Old City Centre. Fabulous rooms, friendly staff and affordable prices.
Wonderful Stay in Chania
We recently had a delightful stay in Chania and couldn't be more pleased with the experience

This accommodation is so beautiful and well appointed. The bathroom is pure luxury and the balcony gives a delightful view over the harbour area. The hosts are so receptive and lovely
Modern, with all the comfort you would wish. Efficient AC in the living room area and in the bedroom. Nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine with detergent is also available in the modern bathroom
It is quiet despite the close area being really lively and a perfect spot for blissful evening strolls between the new and old harbours and hotspots full of exciting night-life and amazing dining experiences
Amazing place to stay. The hosts were very friendly & helpful. The apartment was very well furnished & equipped. The location is perfect. They took care of all the small details.
Flat location is perfect to reach the port area and the old town with all its bars and cosy restaurants
A car can also be parked in a private place if room is still available - but it can be challenging to get in/out (definitely not meant for a big or larger vehicle)

The accommodation itself was both comfortable and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. We particularly appreciated the reasonably priced bar on-site, which was convenient after long days of exploring
What really impressed us was their flexibility with our late checkout - since we had a late flight, they kindly allowed us to stay much later than usual, which helped us enormously and made our departure day so much less stressful
The breakfast as well was tasty and had local products which was exactly what I was looking for an accommodation in the lovely island of Crete. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends
Mike & Inka are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble for them and they make you feel like at home. The appartements are clean, brekfast is great and plenty of, pool area is nice and clean
We had an excellent stay at this apartment! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to provide fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip
Mike always kept the pool in top condition and they were very welcoming. They even gave me some art supplies at rhe time to paint a painting of their dogs with

We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed
We had breakfast outside across from the accommodation in the courtyard where you could choose sun or shade. Accommodation had all amenities close by from restaurants, to bars, to shops, etc
Oh, and the location is phenomenal, so close to amazing restaurants and bars (check out Lime), and the old venetian harbor is easily walkable (10-15min)! We'd definitely stay here again!
The property was at perfect walking distance from everything. You were able to experience the quiet environment during the morning, and at night it became full of fun nightlife
What a lovely place! Just in the middle of the old city and next to my favorite restaurant!! Clean, water, coffee and even a good biscuit for us in the room! Perfection.
Loved our stay. We were disappointed we had not booked a room with a balcony but there is always next time. Staff very helpful and very comfortable spacious room.

They quickly replied to all our enquiries about sightseeing. The apartment is perfect for our family of 4 with comfortable beds; it is a short walk from bus stop and old historic town. We would not hesitate to return
The apartment feels like a home rather then a hotel room. With very modern appliances and furniture. Laundry machine, amazing wifi connection and the mattresses were state of the art, so comfortable I slept like a baby
Highly highly recommended apartment, just a 10 minute walk to the old town and harbour here in Chania. Very clean, with the lovely host Anna simply available 24 hours for any query, small or large, ready to help
Just about perfect for a large group to all be together!
There is lots of parking at the apartment and a 24 hour mini mart down the street (has lots of food including fruits, veggies, cheese, etc)
We parked our rented car and enjoyed the facilities the apartment offered and toured the sites of Chania stressfree. I would highly recommend Spring apartments. Kosta's was a pleasure to deal with
We have had the best holiday, Anna and her team are great hosts going above and beyond to make our stay great. Anna met us when we arrived and stored our luggage for the day when we checked out

We appreciate it was the penultimate week of the season, but unfortunately this lack of customer service did somewhat affect our stay. Aside from this, the accommodation was clean and comfortable for the price
The apartment was great, although a microwave would have been an excellent addition as stove top warming is more trouble than it’s worth for heating up. I still have the place 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend
Recommend this hotel with great service and very nice room and pool area.
Close to good restaurants and 25 min walk to old city.
Good breakfast selections to be ordered the day before.
Will stay again
The property’s presentation is outstanding very clean, complementary tea and coffee and drinks to purchase onsite. Great pool area with sun lounges and umbrellas. Staff very friendly and helpful
Clean, comfortable, small and mostly peaceful! We loved our stay, usually heading off to beaches either local or further away and finishing off with a little funk in the immaculate pool
Nice room, spotlessly clean. Pleasant and friendly staff. Location handy for bus into Hania and nice walk to beaches west of Nea Hora. Cafes and restaurants in Nea Hora very close by.

This apartment has the best view, nice front staff, helpful janitor lady, well equipped kitchen, and nice interior! We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights, easy to get to the nearest supermarket and nice restaurants, 15 mins to get to Chania town where everything is there
A big plus was the cleanliness of the apartment; the cleaning service was excellent, with towels changed every day. The cleaning lady was very polite and promptly provided an iron when I needed it
It would have been nice to have one, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. The bathroom and shower area are on the smaller side, which might be a consideration for some guests
The reception service was outstanding. The woman at the reception was very nice, always responsive, and even arranged a good taxi for us at a great price
Overall, Magia Apartments provided a good base for our stay in Chania. I would recommend it to others looking for a well-located and clean place to stay
The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove and supplies, which was very convenient. One aspect that surprised me was the lack of a tumble dryer

The next closest parking options are also quite difficult lending to a quite frustrating experience if you are out during the day and arrive home ready for dinner and you spend 30+ minutes trying to find a parking spot
I'm not going to decrease the review in stars but my biggest negative is the parking near this is difficult to find a spot after 7am on any day and is next to impossible after 6pm every day
we stayed in the deluxe apartment. perfect location, perfect apartment, perfect host! Cannot recommend enough! The apartment has quite literally everything you need and more
Spacious suite that cultivates a feeling of privacy in Old Town, Chani. Also a fantastic and responsive property manager we appreciate !
A hidden gem in beautiful Chania
Excellent location, on a quiet street. Great layout and a big plus for the balcony overlooking the street. I appreciated the bidet, as you can’t flush toilet paper in Greece
Beautiful Suite if you don't have a rental car
Great location for unlimited restaurant possibilities. Beautiful suite perfect for a couple

The view from my room was exceptional. The only drawback was the noise level. If you stay there, you must eat at Tamam - about a half block from Vranas!
The staff was warm, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. And the daily breakfast? Delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and the perfect start to each day. Highly recommend — we can’t wait to return!
This was one of the most charming, beautiful boutique hotels I have ever stayed in
We had the 2 bedroom suite with the view of the old harbor & lighthouse over the Aegean sea. It’s just so relaxing just sitting by the living room area watching both the sunrise & sunset
This is for people who want to be where the activity is. (Although in the center of the activity, we should note that the walls are thick and we went to bed around 10:00 every night and were never disturbed by noise)
The breakfast was delicious!
The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of the old harbor. Everything is walking distance. It is surrounded by shops & restaurants. We really loved & enjoyed our stay here

Seating outside to eat and drink was only on market day saturday
Just what we wanted
Clean basic room, helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was not included ( they just call it pocoloco bed and breakfast) but breakfast was very nice and good value
Pleasant accommodation for a short stay
Friendly staff
Good sized accommodation, plenty of clothes storage space. Mattresses are very firm, I prefer something a little less so
the lady there seemed a bit confused or drunk and couldn’t really give me clear directions for parking (just “go this way, turn there”), which made it a bit difficult
Because of that, my impression of the place was not as positive as I expected, and I left a little disappointed after two nights
Good sized toilet/bathroom area and good shower space; plenty of hot water. Fridge and kettle, TV, supposed to have satellite channels but the receiver didn't work

i had the best of them (last floor with balcony and. when u shower it smells sheat, when u flush its very low. the toilet seat is broken - the king size bed is very thin you feel the bed slats
We left the next morning feeling refreshed and relieved to have found somewhere so good, very reasonably priced, clean and comfy at such short notice, out of season
I would not hesitate to return and may decide staying here after a late-ish arrival is a better option. No idea about how far it is to places of interest, but did not seem to be far from mini-markets and places to eat
He contacted a couple of places where there was no answer, or they were closed, then tried Pantheon and got us a room. 30pm, to a lovely clean, spacious apartment - sitting room with basic kitchen/fridge etc
The bedroom had tinted glass and large windows/patio-doors so you could leave the roller blinds up and enjoy the view. The balcony outside was fairly large and there were chairs/table/clothes dryer
Arriving in Chania at 9pm, in January, our taxi driver met us as arranged but couldn't take us to our destination on the south coast due to bad weather over the mountains

Great location, in the core position of Chania. The amenities are new and clean, and the room is tidy. Maybe it’s off season so I haven’t seen any staff either check in nor check out, but it’s not bad for me.
Private attached bathroom, and a separate toilet, with toiletries, and towels. The feel is more of a 5 star hotel, than a hostel!
I don't need to say much. Just take a look at all the pictures I have taken the photos
Very clean, spacious kitchen with enough of refrigerator space, no phone/personal item organization shelf or hanging closets around the bed space. Within walking distance to nearby beach and old town of Chania
The first three days I was bothered by the street noises, which is unavoidable being in the city at times unless the sounds proof is well installed, otherwise it is a great place as a base to explore around
My first hostel and I absolutely loved it. The people are amazing! The vibe is superb! I fear not to find another hostel like this !! Solo female traveler? This is your best option 100/100
Very good, very good, very good! The hotel is clean and the service is good. It is very close to attractions and the airport. You can also book a day trip! nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
