An absolutely relaxing experience! The atmosphere was peaceful, the staff was incredibly friendly (Full Body and Face Massage and Mask done by Pantelis), and everything was spotless.

The Crete massage here was 5*, very good and the physiotherapist was very well informed and provided a very good service at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend using the service, the person was Boso who was really good.

I had my massage with Maria and it was amazing I had the Cretan massage which is whole body and a face massage and it was very nice gentle and relaxing. Bosilka helpt me and my family to book everything and everyone is very friendly

Great medium sized hotel in the centre of Rhodes City, close to the Old Town. I was only here for 3 nights as my husband was in the hospital. The food was good, the place is gorgeous. David has made the activities fun and enjoyable, the beach volleyball and the pool fitness was great. He was friendly and approachable. The hotel is centrally located, very clean, breakfast was rich, staff are very helpful. We received an upgrade of the room and a late checkout free of charge. We would definitely come back.

Spacious room. Bed was too hard for me but housekeeping added an extra bed topper when I asked for help and that made a big difference. Pool was lovely (although very busy) and hotel prices were good value.

Hotel is very clean and tidy, the pool is very large with the bar restaurant overlooking it. Food and drinks are very good and often less expensive than outside. The hotel has great staff and also puts on some good evening entertainment. Location wise 5 minutes to the marina and 2.5km to the old town which is pretty. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation

My family and I arrived at the hotel 22/12/2025 late evening. We had also our small dog with us. Everything was perfect! The service at the reception, the room, all the hotel personnel. To say we were disappointed is an under statement! 5 star it is not! There were a lot of weeds by the pool, toilets out of order and leaking everywhere. I do not expect a 5 star hotel to have manky shower curtains! The room was adequate but only cleaned every other day and not to a good standard. Great hotel. Very good food, plenty to choose from. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are delicious, with local produce, fruits, vegetables, and cheeses. Overall good hotel. Room numbers a bit old, but service is good and very good people who works there. Beach close to the hotel and mini market and car rental right in front of hotel is nice benefit either. But for active young couple a bit boring, this hotel more for the family with kids or elder people.

There were upgrades available. They showed up all our options and the additional prices. We chose one of the upgrades. This room was large and comfortable. They remembered our names.
