What a fabulous October half term get away. Can’t fault the facilities and a tentative staff. We chose to stay bed and breakfast as wanted to also enjoy the local restaurants which are excellent. Very nice hotel, people working there were very nice and friendly. There were not many attractions nearby, but there was not really any need for them, because every night there was some event happening at the hotel at one bar. If you didn't want to participate you could go to the second bar near the beach which was really quite and nice to talk.

Even you ask for daily clean, the room was not cleaned at all. Besides, when we first step in the room, there was a dirty cleaning cloth on the floor. There is always always noise in the room. Room furnitures moved from one side to another which makes noise in our room.

Very well situated just on the harbour so location is very good with unlimited restaurants, shops and bars within a few minutes of stepping out on the street. Rooms were pretty basic, AC worked, the beds were 2 single beds pushed together. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh bedding and towels. Toilet paper is single ply so get used to that. If you get a harbour view room you won’t be disappointed...

Definitely a 5 star hotel. Room were very spacious with many ammenities. Comfortable bed and plenty of space in the bathroom. If you book a room on water side, you get a beautiful view of the harbor. We had an average stay at this hotel. We had to carry our suitcases up flights of stairs to our room as we had one of the rooms by the small pool. We were shocked by how run down the rooms were and cracks in the balcony floor so could easily cut your feet. We had a fanyastic time at Cyprotel Faliraki! The hotel has a greate atmosphere and veey friendly staff who really do their nest to make everyone feel wwlxome. We have just returned from a 10 day vacation and cannot fault the hotel. Rooms were basic but whongoes on holiday to worry about the room! Our 2 boys (9&14) particularly enjoyed the water slides which they spent a good 2 or 3 hours there every day. Lovely staff but an extremely dated hotel. The entrance and lobby area and main dining hall has no atmosphere and needs a major refurbishment. It’s a 3-4 star hotel at best. We had a lot of complaints when we first arrived like delayed check in, lack of pool towels, broken down water slides and even though the staff were apologetic it really dampened our stay. We had a pleasant stay. The room was fine although beds are quite uncomfortable/soft. The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar). Beautiful pool area, beach bar and location on the beach were great. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. Good range of food and the A la carte restaurants were excellent but many of the hot food options were only luke warm in the main self service restaurant which was disappointing.

We had a relaxing stay at Grand Resort Lagonissi in October. Staff Despina was friendly and helpful, kindly recommending several local attractions. The only feedback we would share is that the food at the beachside restaurant wasn't as fresh as expected, and the octopus dish in particular tasted off. Overall, the experience is quite chill.

A lovely resort with beautifully landscaped outdoor areas and wonderful views. Efficient and professional service from the reception team to the restaurant staff with a real personalised approach to the clients. Would highly recommend.
