Nice hotel, very nice and clean rooms.The furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated. Very kind employees. The beach is special. Unfortunately, the food and drinks are of very poor quality. In conclusion, an ok hotel (quality-price) that needs many improvements.

We stayed for a week in a suite with a private pool and loved it. The staff were excellent to a fault, especially the bar staff - couldn't rate them high enough. This hotel has everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. I especially enjoyed the spa. I had two massages there, and I’ve never been more relaxed thanks to Stefanos and Hosmik. I can only recommend you visit them during your stay at this hotel.

We spent 5 days in the Rethymno Palace as a couple, our teenage daughter and 4 of her friends. It's a nice hotel with indoor and outdoor pool and direct access to beach and sea. We booked a massage in the Spa with the very friendly spa manager Hasmik. I got a really relaxing massage from the masseur Stefanos who was able to give me advice for my back problem.

Though we were in the busy area, the pario doors insulate against the traffic noise and it was quiet inside.

A very big hotel on the beach, with pools, and a very nice private beach across the street. There is a Spa too. We had a spacious room with a nice balcony, and good breakfast. We stayed there one night on our way from the north to Athens, and had relaxed time on the beach before our flight home.

Hotel located a 15-minute walk from the old town and the lake. Friendly reception staff, unlike the breakfast staff. Parking. Despite having a wide variety of sweets, I found the breakfast poor for a 5* hotel, particularly regarding the fruit and the fact that the orange juice wasn't natural. Nice pool to relax after the trip.

The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

Unique and vastly expansive property. It was so large that there was a whole other pool and another beach we didn’t even discover until the night before our last day. It was a nice surprise! We were upgraded to a family suite with a large balcony and seaview, this made us very comfortable. Room was clean, A/C worked well, water was provided. Food in the buffet was varied and mostly good. Parking was a challenge for a first day. One of the beaches is not owned by hotel, so they require payment, a bummer!

Had a great honeymoon stay at the resort. They treated us well and we had an amazing upgraded room. The hotel is very nice and the all inclusive option is nice. Hotel is very clean and tidy, the pool is very large with the bar restaurant overlooking it. Food and drinks are very good and often less expensive than outside. The hotel has great staff and also puts on some good evening entertainment. Location wise 5 minutes to the marina and 2.5km to the old town which is pretty. Very well run hotel, amazingly helpful staff who go above and beyond to help. Excellent self catering apartment, cleaned every day with change of towels if you want them. Agree with other reviews on star rating. It’s defo not a 5. So saying, the tired rooms, they were cleaned very well. Clean bedding every other day and towels. But the staff make this hotel. To say we were disappointed is an under statement! 5 star it is not! There were a lot of weeds by the pool, toilets out of order and leaking everywhere. I do not expect a 5 star hotel to have manky shower curtains! The room was adequate but only cleaned every other day and not to a good standard. Great hotel. Very good food, plenty to choose from. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are delicious, with local produce, fruits, vegetables, and cheeses. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. I recommend the bar and the bartender, Theona. Every employee is kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

Overall good hotel. Room numbers a bit old, but service is good and very good people who works there. Beach close to the hotel and mini market and car rental right in front of hotel is nice benefit either. But for active young couple a bit boring, this hotel more for the family with kids or elder people.

There were upgrades available. They showed up all our options and the additional prices. We chose one of the upgrades. This room was large and comfortable. They remembered our names.
