We’ve been half board for a week here. It’s been a super week. We’ve used it as a base to visit the island (we booked direct and booked flights and car hire separately), most of the guests here are on AI package breaks. Yes the main hotel is ready for renovation, but it’s been absolutely fine for us. The bathroom has already been upgraded, and everything was super clean and functional. Lots of toiletries...

Returned again to a hotel where there has been major upgrading over half of the site plus the addition of new facilities - but where the high quality of the staff team remains as the major selling point as they are just terrific across the board. Fantastic hotel. All staff from porters, reception, bar staff, house cleaning, facilities were incredibly friendly. Private pool cleaned daily and was spotless. Like all hotels in Rhodes, the quality is high and the prices are quite reasonable. It is just a bit far from the old town. But everything is at your fingertips.

The Junior Suite has a very good layout, which is better than most Sheraton hotels. The service is friendly and decent. The underground parking lot is convenient. The music from the evening performances is a bit loud, but the sound insulation is fine after closing the windows.

We went at the end of season which made it a little tough as for all inclusive, we had to walk to the other side of the hotel. Been here twice now, and it is good. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are clean. Since my first visit in 2018, the food and drink has gone downhill. The beers and cocktails available tasted very poor.

The hotel was truly excellent, and the food was also very good, but the spa was definitely the highlight. I had a massage from Pavlos, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience—very relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it!

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car). Our experience was like so many other reviews ... lovely staff, room needing a refresh, and food getting monotonous. They have wonderful staff which is a huge plus. The location is good although the sea gets a bit rough at times on the north side. There are car rentals everywhere so you can get to other beaches.

It’s a spectacular hotel and our room with a view of the water did not disappoint. Breakfast was fabulous with many options and the staff are all friendly and attentive. Our wait staff Marietta was amazing and we will return to this hotel next year because of the hospitality we received. I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Rhodes!
