Without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed in a long time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. Staff were really friendly and would go above and beyong. Perfect autumn break in Lapland. We stayed in Kairala Airbnb for three nights. It is located along the banks of Kitinen river. We had Day trips to Pyhätunturi and Kivitunturi. The scenerys there were breathtaking. Kairala airbnb is a full equipped house with two saunas, electric sauna in the house and separate sauna by the river.

The room we were given was not suitable because of the many steps, so Andriana and the rest of the reception team were able to change our room to one in the main block with a lift!!! Nothing too much trouble and there is even a buggy service to get around!!! Ideal for us.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the Mythos Palace. We had a great time, the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Eleni was absolutely amazing, not only a beautiful human she looked after us so well. We had a relaxing stay at Grand Resort Lagonissi in October. Staff Despina was friendly and helpful, kindly recommending several local attractions. The only feedback we would share is that the food at the beachside restaurant wasn't as fresh as expected, and the octopus dish in particular tasted off. Overall, the experience is quite chill.

It is located not far away from the metro station. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The WiFi connection is stable. The view of the Acropolis is spectacular!

It was generally a pleasant stay. The hotel room is new provided with good amenities while hotel staff are rather friendly. Breakfast on the top overlooking the Acropolis. The only weakness is the unpleasant neighborhood for those prefer walking around the city instead of riding on a taxi/Uber/a coach.

Mine and my partner’s stay at the Luxme white was absolutely fantastic from the location to the food and facilities were amazing. Everyday there was always something to do with amazing evening activities for everyone to get involved with the rooms were superb with amazing air conditioning. Amazing 5 star Resort for couples who wants a romantic getaway. We went there in early November and had a nice experience with the Spa and Wellness Team: Wendy, Christina and Tina. The stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The food is healthy and tasty. The staff is attentive and very friendly. Massages are also offered. I had a deep tissue massage with Sofia, which was excellent. Sofia carefully identified where my tension was and then massaged those areas very precisely. I would gladly come back again.

Excellent quality hotel with a large and beautiful swimming pool, very comfortable rooms and professional and attentive staff. A true 5* hotel, a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Heraklion. We were seven people in our group. We had an amazing stay over here very recently. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Though rooms are a bit small for our liking, they’re very nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. All the amenities one needs are provided.

Great resort if you look to spend a total relaxed holiday. Situated right on the beach with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. The outdoor pool is fairly big, though the water is cold in April. There's also an heated indoor pool if you fancy a dip in warm water. Rhodes it's only 20 minutes by bus. The bus stop is right outside the hotel.
