I went for a SPA experience to this hotel and I would highly recommend it. It’s very clean, they provide slippers, gowns, soft drinks for refreshments. I have had 2 treatments booked with Dimitra. She was very professional and gentle. Very pleased with the service.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. However, meal times were poorly managed with big queues of people waiting to be seated. Only one person seemed to be allowed to show people to tables, a man who was very slow and not very friendly. Lovely hotel, staff and service were incredible. Great amenities and amazing to be right on beach. Bus stop right outside made it very easy to get to other spots on the island without a car. Buffet dinner quite expensive at €40 a head if not half board but good variety of options and food nice.

This is our second visit to The Elysium, and we weren't disappointed again! Besides the excellent food, facilities & proximity to the lovely beach, this hotel has to be recommended for it's customer support & service. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at ER&S. We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' Myself and my partner have really enjoyed our stay at Lyttos Mare. The service from bar staff has been spot on. The entertainment has been amazing... in particular John who is a very warm and funny character. We were very lucky to revieve an upgrade on our room which had a pool!

We booked a different hotel and really didn’t feel comfortable so found this place and transferred here the same night of check in. We were so relieved. Great food, friendly staff, drinks are amazing and the bar staff takes their time to prepare them, beautiful beach and the spa was very relaxing. My daughter and I enjoyed our facials!

I've been several times to Sani, I like to visit when it first opens around Easter time as it tends to be quieter, but many family activities such as archery and high ropes are still available. My family loves it here, especially for the high-quality food served in the main buffet restaurant.

We personally loved the Veranda and Poseidon Restaurants within the Sani Beach Hotel itself, the food was lovely and varied...

Just arrived back after a weeks holiday . Hotel was very clean, the food was also good especially the Italian restaurant.bar staff were excellent.beach is next to hotel and all the pools are well maintained.the only thing that lets the hotel down is people always on the phone in the restaurant and bar area when you can hear both sides of the conversation

Do read this to the end. Our room was v good. But it was in a block with undisciplined kids banging the heavy doors over & over again & screaming & rushing along the corridor & setting off the fire alarms. Then the new arrivals & the drunks came in late at night. As the doors are so heavy they bang loudly & it echoes. It was unbearable. Joe the Manager was marvellous. This holiday was amazing, me and my family had an incredible time, the views from the hotel were unbelievable, Nacho and the animation team were so lovely, they engaged with everyone and made our holiday so much more enjoyable!

Excellent resort. It's spread out over a large area with lots of low rise buildings, several pools and bars and eateries. Our room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and with two large twin beds. The beds were very comfortable and room was kept very clean. We had an issue with lack of hot water the first morning but after reporting it, a friendly maintenance man came round 10 minutes later...

Stayed here for a few days in July 2025. Big complex, great location right on the beach, numerous swimming pools, decent rooms. Compared to other entertainment teams we thought Gaia royals team lacked energy, charisma and personality. They were friendly enough however. Unfortunately guests will leave their towels out on the sunbeds overnight, thus reserving sunbeds for the duration of their stay...

Unsure what the negative reviews are about. It was super relaxing staying at this hotel. Staff were lovely, food was really nice. All inclusive drinks is spirits, wine and beer, cocktails not included. There is 3 pools which were kept nice. Entertainment at night was good, live music, games and a dance act on greek night. A lot of time has passed since the hotel's much-vaunted renovation, and it was visible here and there in the room, ours still allowed us a pleasant and relaxing stay. The room (Family Superior 2 Bedrooms Side Sea View) was in one of the buildings very close to the beach and the terrace had a really beautiful view of the sea. Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars. Garden areas beautiful and balconies on apartment blocks very spacious and sheltered from sun. Gaia itself is a bit out of the way but there's very good buses that run from hotel reception...

In what kind of hotel you get bottle water? xD Those negative comments are funny. Lovely, family hotel. Very quiet. Bungalows, village, everyday cleaning, big rooms. Air conditioning. All right...so about the Gaia Royal... To far away from the sea, the swimming pool are not very clean, so I think they don't filter the water. In the beginning of the resort (the kids swimming pool) there is a very bad smell( I don't know how people stay there). Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. We had a premium room with a private pool which was very good aside from the algae build up in the pool. However that room made the cost of the holiday really frustrating given the low 4 star overall experience (they were advertised as a 5star at the time of booking). What a great week away for October half term! The hotel was amazing and although the area was coming towards the end of the season and many places were closed we still managed to find some shops that were open and had evenings out at some of the local tavernas. We had one of the refurbished rooms with a private swim up room and couldn’t fault this at all apart from the pool being freezing cold, however...

This was the second time we visited the resort and we wasn't disappointed. The resort had had some updates over the winter and these were excellent. New restaurants and main pool update. Just spent a glorious week at Sentido Apollo Palace, Corfu. Hotel lovely, lots of pool areas - we spent a lot of time at the quiet adult pool- Sakis the bartender really looked after us and the restaurant at Elia's was excellent- you need to book. All spotless, rooms cleaned daily, staff very helpful and most had very good English.
