A lovely big resort with great choices of food and activities. The rooms felt a little bit tired, with mould in the bathrooms, we did go end of season but probably could do with a little bit of TLC. Pools are cold this time of year too (October).

Great resort in a quiet area with a private beach with free sun loungers, beach bar and swimming pool Rooms were nice and spacious, housekeeping stuff was friendly and always wanted to help with anything. Incredible various and always topped up buffet with loads of options. Fully recommend it as an overall for a great family holiday, we went in October half term and everything was on point!

We had a great stay at the Pilot Beach Resort. We had a family room, which was very spacious and had a separate kids room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beach was just wonderful and easy to reach and I really appreciated that there was a life guard , since some days there were quite some waves (in the fun way). Really enjoyed our short break. Hotel is lovely, very friendly staff that all do an excellent job. Just returned from a 11 day half board basis holiday with my wife. We had a fantastic time. The hotel was modern with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff could not do enough to help you. I was considering giving 4 or even 5 stars as overall I am happy with the resort but one important minus is the room cleaning, which is very poor and shallow. There were still hairs from the previous guests on the bath, bathroom floor and various spots, very visible. Mirrors were not wiped for a long time, remote control was very sticky and dusty. First holiday abroad in 8 years and chose Akti Beach club due to a wedding we were attending. Overall the hotel is OK but the rooms really let it down and also the attitude of some of the staff wasn't great. This year was my third consecutive stay, and as usual, I wasn't disappointed. The room had pool access, the room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was restocked. The food was excellent, as were the drinks, and the entertainment in the adults' area was fantastic. A place to relax.

Lovely hotel for a family holiday. Between the pools, water park and beach our water babies were in heaven; with the inclusively priced cocktails we were too! We booked the deluxe suite with the view of the sea. As we parked infront of the hotel we were immediately greeted by the staff, they parked our car and kept the car keys safe. Definitely a 5 star hotel. Room were very spacious with many ammenities. Comfortable bed and plenty of space in the bathroom. If you book a room on water side, you get a beautiful view of the harbor. Super friendly and accommodating staff, and the breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide array of delicious freshly made food. If I come back to Thessaloniki, I'm definitely staying at the Makedonia Palace

The hotel is both elegant and well maintained. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and a commitment to exceptional service. The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of options. It’s about 20 minutes walk to the main city centre. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are very nice and friendly and helpful. Locations is perfect. Food is very tasty and too many varieties. Rooms are very nice, the only 2 points I have on the Bathrooms are related to Shower Tub Antislip to be added as the available is not sufficient and the water pressure for shower is not strong enough.

I recommend using The Spa. I had a deep tissue massage. Jessie was very good and very professional.

Myself and my partner have really enjoyed our stay at Lyttos Mare. The service from bar staff has been spot on. The entertainment has been amazing... in particular John who is a very warm and funny character. We were very lucky to revieve an upgrade on our room which had a pool!

We booked a different hotel and really didn’t feel comfortable so found this place and transferred here the same night of check in. We were so relieved. Great food, friendly staff, drinks are amazing and the bar staff takes their time to prepare them, beautiful beach and the spa was very relaxing. My daughter and I enjoyed our facials!

The massage here was really good. I was treated by Albora, she was very friendly and polite, and the massage was perfect. The products smell amazing. Highly recommended!!!

Had a great holiday first time visiting this hotel and area of Greece hotel and service great . Room a bit dated . But the service received from Eriini was just great a credit to the hotel hope to see her again next year.

I've been several times to Sani, I like to visit when it first opens around Easter time as it tends to be quieter, but many family activities such as archery and high ropes are still available. My family loves it here, especially for the high-quality food served in the main buffet restaurant.

Incredible hotel for families. Rooms are in need of updating but the facilities and food is outstanding. Lovely experience and Kennedy and Anna by the pool are amazing hosts.

You need to come here. If you are in Greece come here. Something I loved about Sani is the staff they are some of the nicest people on earth. I wanted to give a special shout out to Kennedy. We have had another fabulous stay at Sani Resort and can highly recommend it. We stayed at the Sani Beach Hotel in a seaview room. The location is stunning, there are so many excellent dining options, you will be spoiled for choice (about 27 restaurants to choose from). We personally loved the Veranda and Poseidon Restaurants within the Sani Beach Hotel itself, the food was lovely and varied...

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay. We had a premium room with a private pool which was very good aside from the algae build up in the pool. However that room made the cost of the holiday really frustrating given the low 4 star overall experience (they were advertised as a 5star at the time of booking). What a great week away for October half term! The hotel was amazing and although the area was coming towards the end of the season and many places were closed we still managed to find some shops that were open and had evenings out at some of the local tavernas. Just spent a glorious week at Sentido Apollo Palace, Corfu. Hotel lovely, lots of pool areas - we spent a lot of time at the quiet adult pool- Sakis the bartender really looked after us and the restaurant at Elia's was excellent- you need to book. The dining area felt more like a canteen than a 5 star hotel and the staff were not very attentive, you had to wait ages to even get a glass of water. Our room was upgraded (as there was an electrical fault in our original room).

Warm welcomed, the guest relations and concierge ladies were lovely, in general the whole front office team.
