Treebo Tryst Hotel Radiant in Kolkata

Very dirty rooms with unhygienic Toilet , torned bedsheet , cockroaches , Phone , fan regulator & TV non ops. I had a horrific experience staying in room due to pathetic condition of Room and safety aspects as door lock not working. Shower, taps and Exhaust are not working. A rude and unhelpful Staff and poor service. Overall it's not recommended to stay for people who goes on Business & Holiday.
Never ever book rooms through Agoda, all fake photos displayed in portal. When asked @ Reception, they said it's only room available . Service very poor and Reception staff behaved rudely and not respectful manner.
Bathroom is unhygienic with dirty toilet commode. Overall it's poorly furnished and not maintained.
I could bear all this barely for 06 Hours & walked out.
Its not even worth for stay even for few Hours.

Not a great property to stay at. Before reaching this property I called the hotel to confirm the facilities we get. I specifically ask for car parking inside the property premises and hot water in the bathroom at all times. The staff over the phone promised hot water in the bathroom at all times and car will be parked inside the properties premises however when I reached the property after making payment, I was asked to park my car on the road due to ongoing matrimony function at this hotel. When I went into the room there was no hot water in the bathroom, when I called the staff they said it's a centralised geyser we will turn it on at 2:00 a.m. in the morning and you will get hot water in the morning when I woke up in the morning I did not get hot water again so I called up and they said there is something wrong and we can give you bucket of hot water. What I feel is that they avoid to turn on centralise geyser in case they have less guest because it will cost them a lot so when the hotel is full of guest all rooms are booked only then they use centralised geyser. Also, they charged ₹2500 for stay meant less than 11 hours. I have been all across India and I find this price is little premium side however the service was not.

Worst experience ever toilets are not cleaned services are not good at all room walls are very dirty cockroaches in wardrobe TV was not working there is no hygiene at all
2 days ago booked a super dulex room but they provided us a small room which was not expected

Worst hospitality,
Being from a travel industry never faced such a bad experience, I called the hotel for booking and they told we have to pay them extra 500 per night for getting the same category room booked online. If not they will be giving a lower category room.
