Going with a 4 because the pool and hot tub were closed for the duration of our trip and we were not notified (it was a deciding factor when booking). My only other comments is that rm 125 looks at the best western sign which isn't ideal and super bright - thankfully the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep, but it kinda ruins the stunning lake view. Bed was firm but ok for 2 nights. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

We made a last minute booking as we were road tripping through Europe. We were lucky to secure a good price at this nice hotel, great location, a little out of the way. The hotel was good, rooms satisfactory. Great views. Anastasia and Silvia at reception were lovely, patient and kind to us, especially being tourists not speaking the local language. They kindly also accommodated our request for late checkout. There were noisy and selfish guests on our floor but this eventually stopped. Overall a good stay. Easy parking with electric charging and reasonable price. Only suggestion would be a hotel shuttle to Portofino as the local buses were full and we couldn’t get on.

I had an excellent stay at the Best Western Hotel. I would especially like to thank the amazing staff members who made my experience truly memorable. Silvia was always welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. Emanuele provided outstanding support, always professional and ready to help with anything I needed. Gabriele was equally impressive, going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication really reflect the high standards of this hotel. Highly recommended!

Great location and view across bay. Hotel has great architectural features and staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pool, sun beds and jacuzzi on the roof was lovely with amazing panoramic views. Tunnel to the beach and beach cafe under the road in front of the hotel made for easy access 25 euros for all day with a break and return if you so wanted, would recommend swimming shoes to enter the sea or use the jetty with steps down into the sea further out. Breakfast had many choices and if not included with your booking was 10 euros per day. Had a very good meal at the restaurant nextdoor affiliated with the hotel, very good chef and spot on service (Dennis exceptional).

The hotel’s location is excellent. The reception staff are truly wonderful—professional, friendly, and passionate about their work and service. The rooms are very clean and feature a lovely balcony with a sea view. However, the rooms are small, the air conditioning is average, and the bathroom is decent. I didn’t try the restaurant, but I passed by and saw it was very clean and full of customers. Paid parking is available next to the hotel. I recommend this hotel because of the kindness and service of its staff.

I recently stayed at the Regina Elena for the second time after a long absence from Santa Margherita and loved every minute of it. The staff is exceptional, the food and service at the restaurant were outstanding and the one-stop shop nature of the hotel makes it an awesome place to stay. There's a beach, a bar, a restaurant, a view of the Mediterranean from balcony rooms, a lounge and a pool. There's something to satisfy every need. You could stay for a week and never leave. Everything you need is right there, provided by an efficient and attentive staff. I will always return to the Regina Elena when I visit Santa Margherita

Nice hotel with seaview and helpful/easy going staff. A bit loud by night in the room, especially with front Seaview balcony.. We appreciated the cleaning, breakfast and the seaview.

Good location, good rooms, good service, friendly staff (except on the beach). Beach is for additional pay, parking - for additional pay. On my opinion - a bit overpriced for this experience.
