Wonderful place, incredible staff, everyone is so warm and friendly. My first night, I had some issues with the air conditioning and Aurora worked tirelessly to fix it. Also, how can you not love this pool?

Only opportunity for improvement is a shuttle service of some sort to the ferries, the hotel is a bit of a walk uphill from the station and central Lipari. There are other cheaper hotels that have it, so it would be nice. However, if I’m back in Lipari, I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is a short walk out of town and is clean and well looked after. I don't know if it was because it's the end of the season but they were miserly with the towels and for two days out of the the water in the bathroom was warm and not hot.

We were so happy we picked this hotel! The staff was so lovely and the pool was incredible! The location is great too. We would get a granita and brioche brunch at Arte e Sapporo and then lounge by the pool. It was heaven.

Lovely quiet hotel.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
They spoke English if required.
The pool was fabulous. Very clean with plenty of bubbles.
We only ate breakfast which was the same every day. Cold meat and cheese predominantly. Plenty of cake and fruit too. Typical continental style breakfast.
Rooms were always clean. Nice view from the balcony.
Easy access to town and all amenities including ferry terminals.
Lipari is a beautiful island with friendly locals.
Shopping, food and gelato was all accessible.

Hotel is a little dated ( sunchairs could do with a refresh) but overall the service is 5 star and the rooms were comfortable and clean with good walking distance to centre of town - be aware it is uphill though so if you have mobility issues not the best choice

A good hotel. The rooms are nice and very clean, the sea view is great, Good quality breakfast food and extremely bad coffee. Service friendly and efficient. Only minus: Very long and steep walk to town, plus a high staircase without handrail leading up to hotel. I would not return as for me that was a problem that disturbed my stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room, large terrace, quite convenient location, even if it's all uphill from the port and Marina. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel, poor in terms of both sweet and savory food which was really poor.
