Liars is an understatement, they can't manage 6 rooms and send the code to enter the property within the expected time, via Whatsapp, a few days before my arrival, when I asked for information on how to access, they acted great, telling me not to worry and that the code had already been sent to me, only to then tell me that they would send it to me the day before or the same morning instead after 5/6 hours of travel, I arrive and no one had sent me anything, called the number provided on booking and no one answered... I had to wait 45 minutes before a kind soul who was there working heard me knocking on the door and opened it for me, always having to check with the managers who coincidentally responded to him immediately.... They invent banal excuses to justify their organizational and management shortcomings (100 euros a night a B&B where the second B of BREAKFAST is silent since they don't give anything... Self Check-in and they can't even send 4 numbers and 1 letter via Whatsapp before of the guest's arrival?!!? 2025, you want to SELF-CHECK IN and you're not even able to communicate via instant messaging?! ) They respond falsely to the reviews on booking (the remote control didn't work and once again they responded splendidly by making me look like someone who didn't know how to read the instructions on how to turn on the TV, I repeat, I even turned on the TV using the buttons on the monitor, IT WAS THE REMOTE CONTROL THAT DIDN'T WORK, there are heaters in the bathroom that could have been useful for drying the little laundry we washed by hand more quickly and when I asked again they made fun of me by telling me that in July no one uses radiators, it must be my business, having paid 100 euros a night, on how to use the things in the room?!!? )... At least we had a laugh noticing such ignorance. If you are looking for true Italian hospitality and honest people AVOID this structure!!!

It does not even deserve a star for the indecency of the treatment towards customers: heating off with 10 degrees outside, cold shower, freezing, minimal breakfast provided. Terrible experience. Don't go there

Uncomfortable environment, not very attentive to the customer's needs, the perpetually uncovered reception: so if the customer needs something, he doesn't know where to turn. Furthermore, the booking conditions are not respected: my boyfriend and I booked a room for two nights which included both breakfast and daily cleaning. As for the breakfast, as an apology, we were told that for covid reasons they couldn't serve it anymore. This morning, while checking out, we were told that by making the reservation with booking the breakfast would be given to us. We, having made the reservation on hotel.com, although it was included, was not given to us. So where is the seriousness? The reason is the covid or the site where to book? We want to talk about cleaning? Overflowing bin not emptied, wet and dirty towels folded without being changed, the floor not swept. I was told that I am a b & b and not a 4 star hotel, that for two nights no one would change the towels. So what is meant by daily cleaning since my hair that was falling out and the sequins on my shirt remained there on the ground?
Beyond the damage the mockery. They can make fun of me, but other b & bs I have been to were better than hotels.
In conclusion, I don't recommend it to anyone
