What a beautiful spot! Room was excellent, great location within easy walking distance to the main town square and lots of great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is very conveniently located for the city center, the port, and the train and bus stations. The staff is friendly. What I didn't like: the monotonous breakfast and the lack of a tea/coffee maker in the room.

The location is good, right next to the bus station. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but you have to go early to watch the sunset in the evening. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony in the room. The breakfast is quite rich.

I spent one night with my family. We really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast variety was good and the location of the hotel is great. We would visit again in the future.

The hotel location, the room, and the facilities are really good. It's a very good option for staying in Sorrento, near the station and the city center. However, the rule of not allowing food in the rooms is very stupid. I've never seen it after visiting multiple hotels around the world. Most of the negative comments of this hotel is because of this rule, they should reconsider it.

We really liked this hotel. The rooftop pool has a 360 degree view of the mountains and bay, so beautiful. The rooms were big compared to other hotels in Italy we stayed at and the bathrooms clean. The service was great and the breakfast was good. It’s very close to the city center and tons of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend

I have been to this hotel 4 times and always found it to be friendly and helpful.However things do change and not always for the better. It used to be nice to go a walk round the town and then retire to a sunbed on the roof away from the noise of the streets. This is no longer the case the sunbeds have no shade other than the pool wall and the music from the speakers is very loud all around the terrace. I did ask for it to be lowered but that fell on deaf ears. The food in the club area is very good and you are looked after very well. Overall the hotel is ideal to access the town it's just a pity they have changed the roof terrace and pool area to not cater for a bit of peace and quiet
