Hotel Bel Tramonto in Ischia Town

I don't even know where to start with the comments for this hotel because it was a constant shock. Dirty rooms, only the photos I've attached can speak for themselves. I've never seen anything like it, it's a disgrace. Hair in the bathrooms, in the beds, black dirt everywhere, and not to mention the ants, an invasion inside the bed under the covers, in the closets, in the drawers above the TV, an anthill in the room, in fact in all the rooms because I heard other people who stayed there who were in the same situation. Not to mention the paid air conditioning, I've never seen anything like it. At the very least, tell me before staying that it's optional. The food was average, breakfast obviously with ants and little to eat, plus they started very late, like 9 or something onwards. I hope the local health authority can go and do an inspection. Rudeness was out of control, neither hello nor good evening, but that can be left out. The straw that broke the camel's back was that they literally "stole" me, precisely €43.00. Let me explain, we once had lunch at the hotel and paid immediately afterwards with the debit card (therefore traceable) and at the end of the stay they made us pay for the lunch again. I raised the issue several times by email after carefully checking the matter and they responded to me only once saying they would check, but after my fifth email they disappeared and never responded. Don't go here, believe me, you'll ruin your holiday. I've attached everything.
