I had originally booked the B&B for 3 nights, but then had to change my option to one night because we took a 2 day trip to Ischia. The Suite was easy to find. I had contacted the host to make changes to my reservation and they were very good at getting back to me timely and making sure the changes were updated in their system. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for one night. It's very close to the ferry. There are good restaurants within walking distance. The building is very secure with a guard downstairs.

Good things: great location to explore the coast/beach/port, and the city centre. Most things are within 10-15 minutes. Excellent restaurants nearby. Bad things: finding the place wasn’t overly easy, with the morning chuck out at 10am you are made to feel like you’ve kept the staff waiting. For the home of fine coffee, the breakfast method of water warmed in the microwave and instant coffee stirred in doesn’t quite hit the spot. Also came back one day to find their key left in our door- yes they have cctv, yes you’d need about 3 keys to make it that far, but you expect better in the hospitality industry.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. It was a safe accommodation and we had a lovely spacious room with a sea view from our balcony. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The shared kitchen area was ideal. Really good family run business. No issues at all. Really nice location and very close to amenities and coastal restaurants.

For the price it's just average. You can find better room, better breakfast for the price in Napoli. The building is under WORK which is not written anywhere! Moreover it's pretty hard to find the B&B inside the building and the building is old and not really clean. Staff doesn't speak English. Parking in nearby parkings is some kind of scam. You have to pay 25 euros by night! Please check the date of the reviews before booking. Not recommended.

Booking was cancelled without any reason, four days before arrival ! Even-though the host had confirmed in writing that they were looking forward to hosting us.

Position, staff and room are ok. Breakfast should be improved by replacing pre-packaged supermarket products with fresh croissants and lunch meat. Long-life jueces should also be replaced with fresh ones. I am saying this in consideration of the price paid which is above average for same accommodations in the area.

It is a lovely place to stay in Naples, very friendly and helpfull host, clean, spacious room and good breakfast. Just a few details, we stayed in room No 2, the balcony door was damaged and was not closing properly, it was little bit chilly and through the small door in the room you can hear quite clearly TV sounds and chats till late hours from the other room.
Otherwise, I really recommend this place!

We have just spent 4 days at Di Palma Suites and have had an excellent stay. The staff/owners were absolutely wonderful - going out of their way to look after us - even coming out at 11.30 to help us when the trains stopped running after the Napoli football game and we couldnt get back! The room was lovely and in an excellent location . We had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend.
