We stayed at this B&B in Naples last August and still talk about it. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, and every little detail was well taken care of.
But the real highlight was Nadia. She’s one of the best hosts we’ve ever met — polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She made us feel completely at home, and honestly, she’s a huge part of why we’re already planning our next trip back to this same B&B.
The location is unbeatable. You’re close to fantastic restaurants, and the evening walks along the promenade are magical. If you’re visiting Napoli, this is the spot — perfectly placed for restaurants, tourist attractions, and tours, including boat tours since the marina is right nearby.

A quaint little B&B with clean rooms and a gracious host! Very clean. Basic Italian breakfast with optional upgrades. Close to the ocean. Great selection of restaurants nearby and a nice supermarket right across the street.

Room Downgrade, Wardrobe Used for Storage, and No Compensation. Details are as follows.
I booked a 6-night stay in a Superior Double Room.
Shortly after check-in, I reported problems with both the Wi-Fi and the toilet. Despite multiple messages over more than 24 hours, the issues were not resolved. Only after this delay did I ask whether changing rooms might be possible.
The property then moved me from the Superior Double Room I had booked to a King Room. According to the property’s own website, these are different room categories. The Superior Double Room includes a sofa bed, living area, and balcony, while the King Room does not. The replacement room was noticeably smaller and lacked the features that were part of my original booking.
In addition, part of the wardrobe in the replacement room was occupied by storage items and housekeeping supplies, reducing the space available for guests.
I appreciated the efforts of the housekeeper and was ultimately able to use the Wi-Fi and bathroom in the new room. However, I was disappointed that no compensation was offered despite being moved to a lower room category than the one I had paid for.
What was particularly frustrating was being told later that I had “insisted” on changing rooms. In reality, I only raised the possibility after waiting more than a day for the reported issues to be addressed.
Future guests should be aware that if problems arise, the room ultimately provided may differ significantly from the room category originally booked.

Breakfast not good
We we’re 2 adults with breakfast included. We got 2 cold cappuccino and 1 juice and croissant to share.
Area is good but breakfast included was a scam I would not recommend it.

Comfortable size room for two travelling light. Good facilities for making hot drinks, although bring your own coffee maker and coffee/tea. Good communication. Shower head broken and shower not very clean.

The owner was kind and helpful. She helped us and cleaned our room very well! That was a nice stay in Santa Lucia. Seemed like a bit scary to stay around the Napoli central station, so I recommend you stay here! Thank you. Grazie!!

Very nice large room with friendly staff. The breakfast was sub par. You were given 1 small cup of coffee, 1 4oz juice, and a croissant. This was the worse breakfast on a 14 day trip.

We stayed here one Saturday night. My 20 yr old daughter and I. Even after a room key mix up that was totally my fault, the host was kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay. The area feels safer than others and was much quieter. The street is super accessible with a grocery right across the street, the harbor down the street and the famous square only a few minutes walk. Breakfast next door was yummy!
