Property access at arrival was awkward as we arrived early in the evening and had to check-in/pick up keys at a different hotel, a taxi ride away. Location was very good but not as central as we usually like, however we had compromised this because of our unfounded preconceived ideas of safety in the city. Room size was great and useable. Room was quiet and we pulled cafe table to beside the window for our in-room breakfasts. Common service area provided coffee as needed. Staff were all helpful and cordial. Breakfasts were adequate and you selected items from a limited menu the night before. Overall, we were satisfied with Morelli Suites

Safe Fabulous clean friendly staff and certainly located to everything our room was in immaculate condition and definitely affordable we will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Naples

We reserved the luxury room-not luxury at all- although there is space the layout is awkward with the bed placing. Tiny windows, no view. Facing the busy street so you hear every single car drive by. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, as if you’re on a cardboard box. The head board of the bed is against the wall where the kitchen is located on the other side of it. So you hear breakfast being prepared from 5am. Any talking from any of the rooms or lobby can be heard. Breakfast options are very basic. If you choose to have your breakfast delivered at 9 am (latest) just know your tea and cappuccino will be cold. Front desk barely exists. Only had someone there when we checked in. If you need help , there’s only the housekeeper, who doesn’t understand anything said in English. we asked about laundry but never received a clear answer. Says it’s available on the property details but the housekeeper will say it’s not an available service. Elevators in Europe are generally small but the one on the property is something else…tiny.
Overall I would recommend to spend more money to stay somewhere better. Because Naples is really awesome.

Clean rooms with great shower Short taxi ride to all local historic sites and restaurants. Even our super early departure of 6am that required us in airport by 4am was meet, he provided taxi pick up at 330am Front desk and housekeeping are superior in service and kindness, next time in Napoli we’ll definitely stay again.

Structure taken care of especially in cleanliness. We took it as a group and it was nice to see the children go from one room to another, something we wouldn't have done in HTL. Excellent breakfast on request and served in your room by the very kind staff. Strategic position to experience Naples during the day and in the evening. To redo!!!

The rooms are welcoming, clean and well furnished, offering an authentic Neapolitan touch. The breakfast, with local products fresh, it was a real delight. We stayed at the Morelli Suite for four days between the Neapolitan New Year and it was a wonderful experience! Fabio, the other girl and the other boy who work at Morelli are very kind and extremely helpful. Cleaning is impeccable! Breakfast is served directly in the room with a trolley and for me, as I reported celiac disease, there were also biscuits and croissants, as well as obviously fruit and all the rest: the night before, you fill in the order with everything you want and the time slot to be woken up with breakfast in the room 😍 the location is strategic because it is in a beautiful area renowned for shopping, a stone's throw from the seafront and a few minutes from Piazza del Plebiscito. The area is also recommended if you want to go out and have fun in the evening because Chiaia is full of typical trattorias and night clubs for young people. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! 👍🏻💖👌🏻💝✌🏼
