Difficulty to receive receipt at the end of stay so difficult to be paid by my firm afterwards.

Location is the strong point of this relais. Unfortunately, it lacked many small touches that made everything a bit annoying: no working refrigerator, no towel rack, no mosquito nets on the windows, and mosquitoes in the room, which was extremely annoying. Otherwise, everything was fine: comfortable bed, nice furnishings, good cleanliness.

I was worried about the Relais Bijoux Napoli being a complete hoax. I never received check in instructions or responses to my requests for check in details. We decided to chance it and kept the booking. Upon arrival, no one met us and there was no way to get into the property without codes. A resident took mercy on us standing on the sidewalk in the sun and let us into the courtyard and went to find the housekeeper. She led us up steep stairs in the back of the building, through doors with a key pad. Daniella the housekeeper was very sweet and we communicated via google translate. She gave us the codes for the front and backdoors. But the front door code was incorrect and we had to go through the backway during the stay. We messaged the owner/manager Francesco several times and he never responded. The first night of our stay, after midnight, someone began pounding and shouting at our door so violently that they broke the handle off of the door. We were terrified for the rest of the night and almost checked out. The next morning we saw Daniella, who convinced us we were safe and that it had to be another resident. She reported the issue to Francesco who told her that he could see on the camera that it was the people renting the room near us. Francesco never bothered to contact us, apologize , repair the broken handle or any anyway try to make ammends. Very concerning. On the upside, the apartment is in a nice walkable area and through sparse, Daniella kept the room immaculate.

Thanks to Mr. Francesco we found ourselves in a shabby place recommended and booked by him, 10 minutes before our arrival he informed us that he no longer had the room we booked 20 days before, and confirmed on the day of our arrival …
he hijacked us in this decentralized place, uncomfortable, a single room for two people, horrible where we paid even double and without having the comforts we requested in addition without breakfast ... bad behavior to say the least thanks for ruining our weekend now he will have to provide for compensation for all the damages suffered

Quiet place 3 steps from the promenade to walk or sit down for a drink. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and it's within walking distance of many of the sites you'll want to see and plenty of shops. The neighborhood seems very safe and also the room is inside a complex with a security portal. The room is super clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable and it has everything you need for your stay. From air conditioning and television to hairdryer through a large closet, full length mirror and mini fridge. Ours also had a sofa bed. Francesco the owner is super friendly and helpful. Recommended 100% and we will return when we return to Naples.

I was with my friends, and for us it was great, big and a cozy, had everything we needed. It is super close to the sea and also close to the train/metro station. Also the owner was very kind, helped us with restaurants and also with the transportation to and from the airport.
