Very disappointing. The online photos and description led me to believe that this was a great find, but it is managed by Otello Bello Hostel, and the sound of young travelers and their music and parties infiltrates every room facing the rooftop lounge. I literally could not sleep all night. I booked for 3 nights and ended up finding another hotel because of this. The manager promised the party would be over at midnight, and that's when the official music stopped, but the guests' music and loud conversations and laughing went on until literally 3:00-4:00 in the morning, and the windows are not soundproof as we found in better hotels.
In addition, the room air conditioning was not working, and we couldn't open the windows due to all the noise. There is also no insulation in between guest rooms or the corridor so we heard people through the walls and heard doors banging all night.
The bed pillows are old and awful, and while the bathroom was modern, the shower doors did not prevent water from soaking the slick floor tiles.
The address of the hotel takes you to the "old" hotel entrance so you have to find the new entrance, which has many steps and no ramp for luggage. The reception lobby is on the 3rd floor so there is no one available to help with luggage. There are also stairs between the elevator lobby and the security doors to the guest room floor. It's very difficult to navigate with luggage and it is definitely NOT accessible for anyone with disabilities.
If you want to stay in a place that has the feeling and atmosphere of a frat party, this would be the hotel for you.

I am not happy with service.
I happened to get sick during my trip to Neaples and I was forced to stay in the hotel room from Friday afternoon to Sunday. The room phone did not work, it was not possible to contact the reception to ask for help (tea, water, some food). I tried to call the reception from my mobile phone and also there no way.

Stayed in Neapolitan trips with my wife for 3 nights. There was a small problem with first room we checked in as far as water was coming out of shower and flooding room, staff changed the room and second one was perfect. Hotel is in the same building with hostel so there are many people always. If you are looking to have fun, drink, play beer pong or simply get to know people from all over the world, this is the best place for it.
P.S. even though there is often music downstairs, windows are keeping sound pretty well and hotel managment have rule of no loud music after 12 so you will not have any problem having good night sleep

Location is perfect. we had a great stay. 100% recommended

At first they gave us wrong room, but we solved this problem with very nice staff and got the right one the next day. Breakfast was good, although they didnt offer much different choices. Location is perfect, as it is located in centre of historical part of the city and offers nice starting point for exploring the city. We didnt even have to take taxi, metro or bus to visit the most important places.

Great place for a solo traveller. Rooms are clean and tidy, bedding is crisp, clean and fresh. Bathrooms are really clean. Social areas are amazing. Lovely atmosphere, great bar. Decor is really nice. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

The hostel is GREAT!! The staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home. When you arrive they give you a welcome drink :)
You have free water and biscuits all the time, and in the kitchen they offer you a lot of ingredients, vegetables, fruits for free! The billiard also is free, as well as the foostball. The terrace is the most beautiful place and the atmosphere is very sociable and helps a lot to meet people. I will definitely come back! Obrigada

Great experience for a backpacker, the staff are exceptionally welcoming and nice, Francesco and Augustina stand out the most, they have really made the stay memorable by their hospitality and good vibes. If you're staying here, make sure you ask Francesco for all the recommendations on where to eat and what to see, he's great at that and knows what he's talking about!
Place was very clean, thank you to the cleaners who were also very nice and happy people, fun to interact with! And the interior was high quality too.

I travelled 3 months all over Europe and in those 3 months Neapolitan Trips was by far the most incredible place I stayed. The team who work at this hostel are incredible at their jobs and will ensure that you have everything you could possibly need, helpful tips of places to go to eat and see, you will feel at home. I can not recommend this hostel enough, if you stay here I am sure you will have the time of your life just as I did.

Beautiful inside, rooms excellent, very deceiving from the outside and it has a rooftop breakfast room and seating area, food very good
