The Hotel Paradiso, BW Signature Collection is located in one of the most enchanting areas of Naples, the charming hill of Posillipo overlooking the magnificent gulf, the Vesuvio and islands. The hotel is well positioned, just a few minutes from Mergellina Harbour, where you can take the hydrofoil to Ischia, Procida, Capri. Elegantly furnished rooms, most of them with balcony and view over the gulf. At the nice terrace restaurant Paradisoblanco on the top floor, with panoramic view, you can taste the savory local cuisine.

Where not included in the rate, breakfast can be purchased at the hotel at 2 EUR per person, per day. City fee excluded (3.5 EUR per night, per adult over 14 years old) and 10% VAT included.

Environment: Nice view but too far from the airport, high-speed rail station, and downtown shopping
Service: Although I am not satisfied with this hotel, the attitude of the staff is quite good
Facilities: Fall asleep with moonlight on your face at night. Please see the picture. It feels like my grandma's house when I was a child. There were no blackout curtains in that era. You woke up when it got light in the morning. There is a blackout board outside the balcony, but it can't be removed at all
The room is very small. It can be said that it feels like a Japanese hotel, but it is too old and the room is terrible. I won't take pictures to avoid wasting my phone memory
The towels were no better—old, frayed, and stained. It’s shocking that a hotel would even think this is acceptable for their guests.
The hotel is far from the center, making it inconvenient, and the pool has restricted hours, so you can’t use it whenever you want. On top of that, you have to make an appointment just to use the pool.
The restaurant experience was just as bad. The staff was incredibly rude, particularly the older gentleman with gray hair, who seemed to be the manager. The posted restaurant hours were also misleading—they closed earlier than advertised, which was frustrating and confusing for guests.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere—there are far better options available.
