Great place to stay, everything was clean, the location was perfect near central station and centro storico, in the evening the surrounding of this place looks pretty sketchy and the entrance is old but, theres one room with great view but the view from the other side is very dirty, besides from that everything was great

Owner was waiting for our arrival about 7pm ( as we requested beforehand-Sept 2024) and gave us detailed instructions how to open building and apartment's doors. Security of this19 ct building is good as well as appearance of the apartment and the room: clean, nice smelling, tastefully decorated. Good Wi-Fi, big refrigerator, TV, kettle, aircon were in good order. There was free coffee machine in the hall. All inside accommodation was quiet. Bathroom had a hair dryer and mirrors, linens were changed after 3 nights and place was spotless. Our room had a balcony overlooking Pz.Garibaldi and Vesuvius: beautiful at the time of sunrise. We walked 5 min to the Napoli C-le train station and 5 min to the airport bus. One have to inform the host beforehand of one's arrival's time through the booking agent. Breakfast of chocolate croissant and cappuccino was served in the cafe next building and also very good. One could buy extra pastry if desired.

A run down building with very disappointing accommodation with a very dubious prior usage, note the sexually orientated photo’s in the b&b corridor. Functional but not where you want to stay.

Great location right next to the station.

I would not stay here again the room was quite old and furniture was broken we showered in our socks due to the tiles not being very clean.

Awful neighbourhood very rough. Was okay for the two days but couldn’t stay any longer.

By pure chance I found this Beb on Booking. The first time we were there in August 2022 and we found ourselves quite well both in terms of comfort and service and also cleanliness. We returned in July 2023 and Mr. Beppe is now in our hearts. Kind and super helpful. We will be back again soon and of course we will come back to you. We thank you for your super availability. The boys from Bari ❤️🥰

Hotel in the city center, close to the metro station and restaurants. It is also close to city attractions. The room could have been renovated or cleaned better, but it wasn't a disaster. Breakfasts were cookies-snacks and coffee and tea available 24 hours a day.

We stayed with friends in this B&B.... we had a terrible time, the manager was kind.... But the rooms were dirty, neglected and unhygienic.... I don't recommend it 😱😱😱😱 Among other things, on the second floor in one stable 😨😨😨😨 terrible slippery steps and dirty. Elevator that you had to pay 20 cents for. The only convenience was that getting around we had no problems with the absolute convenience of all nearby means of transport: TRAM, TRAINS, BUS AND TAXI.

The house is well located, being close to the Napoli Centrale station. But the street is very dirty.
The photo on the website does not correspond to the house. The price is very expensive for a house in very poor condition, with very fair cleaning. Some areas of the building appeared to be in ruins. I don't understand why if I ask for two single rooms, they give me two for double use. They were waiting for 4 people. But that's what ******* did. I wonder if I paid double because of *******.

I had booked through Booking for 4 nights. We arrived in the evening and the owner was waiting for us at the door. We went up to the floor and checked in but when we entered the room we were amazed. Dirty bathroom, unpresentable towels and then noticeable dirty stains on the mattress cover. The owner denied our complaints, telling us that from Turin we expect a 5-star hotel and, rudely, refused any possibility of a refund. However, in the evening he unlocked the room and certainly relocated it to others, I'm stupid and he's smart. I'll leave the interpretation they prefer to the reader.

This room was in an old building not far from the train station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was good. Breakfast was minimal, coffee and prepackaged sweets. We had a restaurant downstairs and several others within a five minute walk. It was a convenient hotel for getting to and from the train station
