My clothes were missing.
Staff could not speak a lot of English even though they say they do on their website

Breakfast was poor and did not change daily.

Room had an ant infestation problem which did not go away.

Hotel claims ants were on the floor the picture I uploaded was of the bedside table and no food was left out!

Hotel seems to be a mind reader as to how we spent our days! Claiming we were at the beach daily!!!
We never went swimming or on the beach and since the bikini was stolen didn’t feel like going nude!!

Hotel furthermore claims English is good enough for a 3 star hotel?!
Can you tell me what this is based on? I didn’t know that stars affected the language level?!
If you advertise that English is spoken surely that means you actually speak it and perhaps understand it!? Logical or not?

Contacted booking.com who investigated and gave us a small credit

Will not use this hotel again and definitely lock my bags before I leave the room.

The response from the hotel was 9 days late and response was we trust our staff and have been around for along time.

Rude absurd and ridiculous..

Avoid if you can.

Hotel management claims we lost our clothes at the beach!

How would they know where we went .. for the record we never went swimming in October! That’s crazy or to the beach .. it was a motorbiking touring holiday !

English is very poor at the hotel even though they claim they speak it on the website.

Hotel management responded with it’s good enough for a 3 star! Ridiculous!

Template answer they gave was they’ve owned it for over 100 years. They trust there staff. Without asking the question.

Pino was the point of contact … never met him but he sounds unreasonable on dialogue.

Room was nice take away the ants infestation.

Breakfast was cereals, croissants, a few fruits. Tea and coffee was made for you daily.

Staff member at breakfast spent a lot of her time on her phone talking to friends so had to wait for her to finish her call to ask for another cup of tea.

Pino attempts to blame the customer for things .. he must think people are stupid ..

We had items of clothing go missing. Hotel responded 9 days later with not interested as they trusted all of their staff. There was ant infestation problem in the room so don’t leave food around open in your room Staff asked for keys to room back daily before going out 4 items of clothing missing English is advertised as spoken but not many staff can actually speak it Poor

The hotel is rustic but well kept. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The location is awesome. It is near a bus stop, near the local train station and about 10 mins walk from the metro. It is surrounded by very good restaurants, pub, cafés, and a cinema. Nearby there is even a bowling centre/arcade & Edenlandia.

I had booked a room for a concert that was to be held in the nearby Palapartenope. Unfortunately the concert was canceled the same morning as the event. Through the booking app I ask the structure for a date change because the concert had been practically rescheduled for the following week. I didn't get a response on the app so I called the facility, certain that I would find availability and understanding given the exceptional event. On the phone I received the answer (I quote verbatim): "We work for the money, we cannot move any date because, by keeping your room blocked, we have lost customers who would have booked for the Napoli match (on the same evening there was a Napoli match, shame that the structure is a 35 minute walk from the stadium so not exactly around the corner). Furthermore, it would have been different if he had booked directly by calling us and not via booking... in that case we would have made a change to the booking." Moral of the story: structures that work only for the money (for goodness sake, we all work to earn but there is a way and a way), they address customers in this way and want to exploit booking only for advertising but then they complain about the commissions to be paid pay they don't deserve to be frequented. Congratulations and thanks for your availability.

This place is unbelievable.. we were supposed to stay here for a planned vacation but a terrorist attack and a war started in Israel. All the flights were canceled and the airport was closed. Also, I was called to a military emergency
reserved. We tried to explain the situation but they didn't care and charged us anyway.

This hotel is a real disaster. The people at reception are friendly but the hotel is almost unsanitary (peeled tapestries, peeling paint, broken furniture, damaged doors, cracked sink, scaled taps... Everything is from another time! If we add to that the noise from the street day and night and the mini parking lot with very complicated accessibility I think I have pretty much described the place. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, we only spent one.

Mrs. Rosaria is a kind and helpful person, like all the staff of the structure. breakfast with various choices. Clean room with air conditioning, and economic solution, excellent solution for visiting the city. excellent position

Dirty rooms, rusty taps, sheets with moth holes.. furniture that smells of mold.. no service.. a pleasant adventure for those who want to live a first-person horror movie experience.
