The property itself was good , well located close to the port. The area around the property felt a bit unsafe though

The apartment we stayed in was nice but don’t expect luxury stuff. Funny that there is no chest of drawers but for a few days it is okay aswell. Naples is noisy so even on the 8th floor you can hear the traffic a little bit, prepare for that. Reception was friendly, offered 5 centes for elevator, which is free in the evening when you came back from tours.;) Location is perfect, 2 minutes from airport shuttle and guided tour meeting points

While the room was ok within itself the noise from outside was disturbing (even though it had double glazed windows) you also need to pay for the lifts (which is not advised before arrival there was no cups/glasses in the room at all

Very nice room with a view of the port. Two minutes walk to the bus stop for the airport and 5 minutes from the Spanish Quarter and the center. Very clean and comfortable.

First off, the staff is excellent. They have been very helpful and kept the rooms nice and clean.
The problem is with the room, and the 6th floor. When we arrived we found an elevator which only works after you put 5 cents in it, which we didn't have on us, which meant we had to walk up 6 stairs, after a long flight/trip. This was later solved by the staff, which gave us coins for elevator use. The room itself is small, but oké and clean. The problem was the noisiness. We could hear every toilet flush, hear people talking, hear them coming home at night, and heard sounds which I would review as 18+.
Luckily we are deep sleepers, so we managed, but for most others this would be a dealbreaker.
TLDR: You get what you pay for. A noisy, small room on the 6th floor. With a surprisingly good and helpful staff.
