Mia Suites Hotel Bella Capri in Naples

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Bella Capri in Naples. The location is excellent, very close to the port and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very pleasant. What really made the difference, though, was the staff. A special thank you to the receptionist Hosana, who was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She welcomed us warmly, gave us great tips about the city, and was always available with a smile whenever we needed assistance. Her positive attitude truly made us feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bella Capri for anyone visiting Naples. Great value for money, friendly service, and an excellent location. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient access, being very close to the city center and main attractions. The front desk service was warm and professional, and the check-in and check-out processes were very efficient. The room was clean and tidy with a modern decor. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The bathroom was well-equipped with ample hot water supply, making for a very pleasant showering experience. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and tasted delicious. I particularly recommend their freshly ground coffee. The overall ambiance was elegant, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. The only slight downside was that the air conditioning fan speed was a bit too strong; I'd suggest adjusting the fan speed settings. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel offering excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The apartment we stayed in was nice but don’t expect luxury stuff. Funny that there is no chest of drawers but for a few days it is okay aswell. Naples is noisy so even on the 8th floor you can hear the traffic a little bit, prepare for that. Reception was friendly, offered 5 centes for elevator, which is free in the evening when you came back from tours.;) Location is perfect, 2 minutes from airport shuttle and guided tour meeting points

Very nice room with a view of the port. Two minutes walk to the bus stop for the airport and 5 minutes from the Spanish Quarter and the center. Very clean and comfortable.
