Just for one night before our cruise we needed a comfy hotel, near the port.
The staff is kind, helpful, the rooms are clean, quiet, and the bed is comfortable.
I even got a book from them as a present.
The breakfast was made by Alain Ducasse Michlen star chef. The best eggs Benedict's i've ever had.
It was a great experience, and i'm so thankful.

Restaurant at the top was awful. Very slow with drinks and food despite being the only people there.
The food was below average and when asked if it was ok I gave an honest answer which was taken as offence.
Why bother asking if the only answer you want is that the food is amazing?
I was met by interrogation as to where I’ve had food that was better, disbelieving me when I explained what was wrong with the food, and passive aggressive comments.
Also I had to ask for salt and pepper, and the bread was stale and hard.
Just another self appointed 5 star hotel that thinks it’s better than it is and has staff that somehow bizarrely think they’re above paying customers.

Our family of seven spent 5 nights at the Hotel Romeo. Our rooms were a two room Family Suite and a Junior Suite (Harbor View).
The best things about the Hotel Romeo are its location and the incredible staff of professionals. The close proximity to the ferries make it very convenient for travel to the Amalfi coast, Capri, and Ischia.
The morning breakfast was our highlight of our days. The amazing staff members, like Francesco Petillo, made us feel so welcomed.
The food and the service were exceptional.

My wife and I stayed here for the last night of our 2 week Italy trip. Italy is amazing but we were constantly on the move and it can get pretty exhausting. This was the perfect place to stay for our one night in Naples before flying out. This hotel literally has the best spa experience I've had at any hotel. It has an amazing rooftop pool as well. It was also the best bed I slept in during our entire time in Italy. So this was an excellent place to stay to relax and recharge after our long adventure. The only ding I would give is the view of the port is nothing to write home about. But whatever, the hotel easily makes up for it in many other ways.

We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and were there for 2 nights last week. The hotel is sleek and modern with a very classy design. The room had a very cool design with a glass enclosed shower and bathroom. We had a huge window overlooking the port and Bay of Naples. The pool area on the 10th floor is amazing with an infinity edge overlooking the bay plus loungers, sun umbrellas and a bar with light snacks.
The breakfast in the fine dining restaurant was perfect with more large windows, stunning views, excellent food and a very professional staff.
On our anniversary day we relaxed by the pool for awhile in the afternoon. When we got to our room the staff had sent us a bottle of champagne in a bucket of ice with a handwritten note of congratulations! It was a nice surprise and really made us feel special.
All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you!

A wonderful and stunning hotel. Very tastefully designed, beautiful facilities and overall great service. A big surprise was the insanely good gym (very impressive equipment - best hotel gym I have ever seen by far) and the spa which was a mindblowing experience. Super impressed!

Location? Location? Location?
For a relatively new hotel - why would the owners think that their guests would want to wake up to the sight of the **** of a monster cruise ship being right in their faces! The pollution these Behemoths chugged out would have blotted out the Sun but fortunately for us the wind was offshore, otherwise, I doubt I would have faired better than the locals of Pompei!

The hotel offers a beautiful and comfortable environment, a rich and delicious breakfast, and warm, thoughtful service.
