Ecumano Space in Naples

We changed two rooms cause we have scheduled a tour to Amalfi middle Of the vacation. They charged 5 euro per day for holding 1 bag for us to their premises which was a first time thing to apply in Italy. The bathrooms pipes of both rooms were extremely smelly to the point you couldn’t stand it, mold everywhere, while in both rooms the hand soap was out and never replaced we bought our own! The noise of these premises is like nothing you experienced ever cause the pool is a city pool always filled with people and children are having karate classes to hotel’s premises. The breakfast quality was the poorest we ever experienced, but on the last day the boiled egg i was cleaning for my four year old must have been sitting there for days it Smelled terribly!! Disgusted and shocked I expressed health concerns to the male receptionist who was the only personnel at the spot speaking English and his behavior got immediately, completely unprofessional and misogynistic yelling about not being his responsibility and get this problem to someone else… i asked for his name to file a complaint to the management and he stood up screaming it to my face! This man is completely unqualified to serve public, most of all tourists searching hospitality… if you want a good time stay away from this hotel.

Large rooms, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired. A lot of dirt everywhere. In the bathrooms, limescale and mold are everywhere. The pool is actually the city pool and there are always swimming lessons, noise, screaming. The gym, too. In two of the three nights we booked, we didn't have hot water because it was consumed by the people at the pool and gym, and the staff scolded us all, to be patient because after midnight it heats up again. It is very hot in the rooms, but the air conditioning emits a horrible smell and noise, because you can't leave it on. There is no bed linen - the duvet is between two separate sheets that open up overnight. Breakfast is a bad joke. A few boiled eggs, some tired lettuce leaves, and coffee is extra. The room key is left at the reception, and if you come after 9pm, you can't get in. The doorman is very rude. In fact, all the staff are of the lowest order. It's like you're bothering them at any second. Even for the simple fact that you ask them for the door to your room when you return to the hotel. The only good thing is the location. But the price/quality ratio leaves something to be desired. Horrible! I would never come back here.
