Avoid this hotel at all costs
The AC of the room was not working and the director of the property was so rude and basically told us that this is what it is and won't be able to do anything. Much better hotels around and one should not waste time and money on this property

The manager cheated on us that there is no posiibility to find a place to park in the town and the price 90 EURO PER DAY is normal practice. He said that we must pay for 5 days right now. I paid and then I found parkings with price 35 Euro per day. I took my car out of the parking but they refused to give my money back. Terrible PLACE!!!

The ports of electricity wouldn’t work, the beds were very uncomfortable , the a/c doesn’t work very well ,
Their is no sauna no gym no spa … when I looked up the property it showed that this was included .

We were disappointed in how far it was. We didn't realize the location was so far up the hill. Front desk was 24 hour service, but never once did they open up the door for us. They wanted to keep our key at the front desk and we felt very uncomfortable. Worse breakfast of our lives. Honeymoon suite was incredible though. Just very very far walk from center let alone Beach.

The room is in a high position in positano, and the traffic is very inconvenient. I almost walked up and down. I took a bus once, but it was very unpunctual and there was no stop sign. Travelers took their local bus and didn't know which station they arrived at. I am afraid that the information provided by the Tourism Bureau to foreign tourists is not very clear. Let’s get a room again. The hotel may be the local people’s own house. Famous people gave me a star rating. It was a mother-in-law who gave me a room. I looked for it for a long time. Seeing that she was old, I didn’t say anything. I just climbed up the mountain and was sweating! Then they kept asking three times for a credit card and I repeated three times I paid cash 💰! In the end they charged me a deposit of 100 euros and it was handwritten. When I checked into the hotel room, I found that the air conditioner in the room was not working well, and there was no cold air. They also had problems with the electricity. They also called me and told me that it was their government's problem. I can forget it. After breakfast, they sent them to the room and knocked on the door ✊ very loudly, and did not report that they were hotel employees or that they knocked on the wrong room next door. This troubles me living alone! And knocked several times an hour! I have no complaints either! There are also room terraces that are only separated by a few potted plants, which is very soundproof. This price and this level of location are really not suitable👎 I didn’t even complain when I checked out because of the two old ones!
