The hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel. The room was very rundown, the bed was sunken in the middle. And they call it a “deluxe” room. Even though there are air conditioning units in the reception area and the restaurant, they don’t turn it on, but open the window at 35 degrees. There’s no air conditioning on the upper floors, the building is boiling hot. Location was good.

The room wasn't very big and the parking lot was tight for maneuvering. The staff is very nice, helpful and competent. The Hotel is really clean. The breakfast was very good, everything was always replenished. It was a wonderful stay, we'll be back because we felt very comfortable.

We spent already 3rd vacation in this hotel with our three children. The rooms are simply, clean. The breakfast is very good, the caffe is Illy. The parking place is ca. 500m far from the hotel. I don't know why but our car is exactly same clean in the end as in the beginning. I am very satisfied :)

It is really home atmosphere without being fake, because Italians just being themselves is wonderful. Breakfast with great Cappuccino and local sweets is really amazing experience. Its 2 minutes from city center. They have my recommendation.

A very nice, small hotel in a great location right on the beach, and the pedestrian zone is also within easy reach. We stayed for two nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had everything we needed and was constantly replenished.

Quite cheap place to stay. The room was very basic but large and clean. The mattress was a little bit too hard for me but for 3 nights you don't​ need more. Downside was our room was faced to the main street. It was so loud we had to sleep with windows closed.

Stopped here while on business many times . Very convenient to udine center and easy access to train station and bus services. No frills hotel. But does what it does well. My second time staying here in 2 years. As its a ideal location while in Udine for busy . The city center is just a 15 minute short walk in to the heart of this place with great dinning and places to drink. I am already looking at booking again for later this year.
