I was in Trieste for the Immaculate Conception weekend with my family. From the central station it is easily reachable with a walk. Hotel is in a great location for visiting the centre. Very clean, large rooms, normal but good breakfast with the possibility of having something more on request. If I were to return to Trieste I would stay in this hotel again!

The hotel is in a very central location, very convenient for the event we attended in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were large and recently renovated, and there was the right amount of attention to our needs.

As always, it’s a pleasure to stay in Grado. Everything was very nice, but my kids found the beds rather uncomfortable — they were too hard. looking forward to coming back soon.

Fantastic location, rooms and service by Nicola. Lots of great recommendations and help with reservations of beach chairs and restaurants. The apartment has everything needed and is very close to the beach, restaurants, gelaterias, etc.

Great family set-up The apartment was well maintained and stocked with equipment for cooking. The space was good for a family to spread out. The location is close to everything. Management was super helpful and friendly. If driving, finding it can be a little tricky given the small streets and pedestrian zones, so get clear directions in advance and not just the map on the phone.

The food is amazing, the breakfast is plentiful and has a good variety, the servers are all smiles and good mood. The pool is also a blast, squeaky clean, good temperature and is of adequate depth. The rooms are a bit dated, but who cares, you're at the beach anyways.

The hotel is at a nice place, close to the beach, where you have your own sun bed based on your room. The room is old looking, definitely a 3 star hotel room. So is the bathroom, where the shower is so small, it's not adult size. The breakfast is repetitive, it's okay but you will get bored on the third day. The parking is horrible, you can't park your own car, they take your keys and park somewhere...

Stayed at this property as part of an organized school trip. The room was quite comfortable, and the buffet was decent. It's a shame there were other school groups there, which made it noisier. Another downside is the distance from the city center, which requires transportation.

No luggage storage room, had to leave bags underneath a table in full view of every guest while we went out after checkout. It's also further from the train station than you think. About 15 min walk, along narrow footpaths. Quite tough with lots of luggage

Hotel Edelhof is a cozy, warm place to enjoy outdoor recreation such as bicycling and snow skiing in the Julian Alps region of Italy. We were there to bicycle on the paved Alpe Adria Cycle Route. Onwers Diego and Erika hosted our group with breakfast and dinner, replete with traditional foods.We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this quaint hotel during a cycling trip and it was such a gem. The rooms are rustic, roomy and extremely clean. Bed was super comfortable and nice little extras really made our stay fantastic. We also ate at the restaurant on the main floor and the food was amazing. My wife and I and our 2 dogs had a really good time, the hotel is located 100m as the crow flies from the free dog beach where, unlike many other places, dogs can bathe. We took advantage of the hot tub on the roof every night just before sunset, available to customers for free. Recommended place and where we will return

The staff was very nice, the rooms very clean and the location not far from the beach. Only the breakfast could be more modern and with options for “no gluten” and vegan.

Location was as described (Lignano Sabbiadoro can be reached by a bus - bus stop not far from the hotel) Everyone was nice and spoke at least English and Italian however we booked breakfast at the hotel and refills took a long time. We had a two person room, the bathroom was a bit old and the door didn’t close perfectly, the bed was too hard for our taste but everything was clean.

Close to transport and very clean. The room was a good size, clean and the bed comfortable, however the bathroom had no window and the smell was rank. Also if you expect to sleep soundly forget it as it is a multi story building complex that is very noisy. People are coming and going all hours of the night and the keys don’t fit the lock therefore someone’s was knocking on the door at midnight trying...

Only stayed one night in between bus journeys.. Closeness to bus station was a big plus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok given price and bathroom was very modern. Fridge with locking door was inconvenient but worked. No tea/coffee making equipment was provided.

Have searched a while for a hotel to stay in Lignano and I don't regret my decision at all. The hotel is modern, the rooms are everything you'd expect and all the staff is super nice. It's close to the beach and to the promenade in the center of Pinetta. I enjoyed my holidays a lot here and will return as soon as possible.

Booked this hotel on night before a cruise from Trieste. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable. The room lacked usb sockets. Everyone has smart phones now. In terms of value,the hotel rated very well. The reception staff were friendly and excellent. They arranged a meal for us at a nearby restaurant this saved our time in exploring and taking pot luck.
