Honestly, we were disappointed. The room was clean but small and the bathroom desperately needs to be updated. The toilet was broken in the first room we were given and the shower was broken in the second room. We parked our car in the garage and the grating over the drain damaged our car. Breakfast was great but overall, not worth the money.

The personal is kind, location is super, the pool is super clean, but a little to cold for my taste, the breakfast is good but the price is a little high for the conditions. The rooms are small and even if you spend most of the time outside, a crowded room is not so pleasant. The bathroom is nice, but has an extremely small shower (and i am saying this at 47 kg ). Piazza Unità d'Italia is probably the most beautiful square with seaview in the world and this 5star is just there. So yes rooms are small as is the lobby and the breakfast area but just read the plate by the entrance and you will walk in just as emperors or Giacomo Casanova did. Well, scrambled eggs are just an omelette and there's no cruncy bacon but the rest is very good so enjoy Trieste, please

The property is nice and very well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problem is checking in, it is a huge pain in the neck. They don't allow in person check in and require everything on a cell phone. Even doing it on a computer is not easy.

Very pleasant experience! The hotel is close to the beach and the pedestrian street. Had a great week here, lounged by the hotel pool the entire week. Always free sunbeds so no rush to get one in the morning, and a hot tip that i think the hotel should advertise better is that you can order drinks, toast and pizza straight to your sunbed by the pool. The hotel is definitely not a 3 star hotel. The room was very rundown, the bed was sunken in the middle. And they call it a “deluxe” room. Even though there are air conditioning units in the reception area and the restaurant, they don’t turn it on, but open the window at 35 degrees. There’s no air conditioning on the upper floors, the building is boiling hot. Location was good.

The room wasn't very big and the parking lot was tight for maneuvering. The staff is very nice, helpful and competent. The Hotel is really clean. The breakfast was very good, everything was always replenished. It was a wonderful stay, we'll be back because we felt very comfortable.

We had a tremendous experience here. Spotlessly clean. Great Breakfast. Will definitely be back. Spacious room. 2 Adults 2 teenagers in bunk beds. My son is very tall and had adequate space. Couldn't ask for more. Nice small family hotel. We parked 100M away and left it for the entire weekend. We just used the free bikes to get around. And oh yeh Great value too.

Even though the hotel is on the road, it is quiet at night. Breakfast and service there are good and quite rich. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work, I missed the clothes drying rack and the fridge.

Had a great stay at Hotel Irene! The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept well. The room had air conditioning and a fridge, which were both convenient. It was a bit small, but perfectly fine for a one-day stay. Breakfast had a decent selection to start the day. Beautiful (better than Google photos), modern, and clean rooms with a large bathroom. Our vegan diet was well-attended by the very friendly staff (all with a smile). The meals were nutritious and delicious. An additional advantage is the wonderful views from the window. I recommend it to everyone.
