Loved this hotel. It was a pleasure to come back to after hot days at the beach and exploring the nearby coastal towns. The rooftop bar was a great way to enjoy aperitivo in the evening.
Great hotel quite small close to everything all walkable. The sea is few minutes away. Roof top bar is really nice staff all very friendly and professional. Recommend to anyone thanks
It’s close to the beach, the train station, an amazing playground, all the shopping and piazza‘s. The clothesline out the window was a nice addition! Perfect hotel for families!
The location of the hotel is perfect. The beach and the train station are five minutes away on foot. Also the hotel has a new rooftopbar with wonderful views of the city.
Amazing family hotel!!!
The best customer service, always friendly and going above and beyond, a wonderful playroom for babies and kids, gorgeous, rooftop patio was an awesome breakfast, I’m still dreaming of the pistachio cake and focaccia bread, it’s a bar at night
Lovely place!
Great place with really serviceminded and friendly staff. Beautiful rooftop bar with lovely views. Nice breakfast, not too many options but just enough. Would definitely come back here again
We stayed here after a terrible hotel left us with kid outside
Amalfi hotel staff especially the blond girl I think her name is Sabrina supported with everything we needed during the stay for which I am highly grateful
In Italy it a rare thing as per my experience. They have onsite parking which is convenient. They have Downstairs restaurant that is open all day and serve tasty food for a good price
We even played mortal kombat and fifa for a few hours until 2 in the morning. And also there is karaoke 🎤 (super fire 🔥)
Loved the hotel - Definitely recommend and going to get back. I enjoyed my stay there with family
Great location. View from beachfront rooms excellent. Super pool. Rooms - nothing special. Poor breakfast. Staff- there is always room for improvement.
The staff is super nice, very friendly and will take their time to help you
Very pleasant stay, nearby all points of interest. Fresh and large breakfast buffet.
Great location, very close to train station and multiple bus stops nearby. Walkable to many touristy spots. Receptionists were very helpful, they also provide luggage storage
Overall, it's not bad, but for an NH hotel, there are some issues: we were put in a room for people with disabilities (maybe they don't have any regular rooms left?), there's no drinking water—they told us to drink tap water, there's no coffee machine in the room or at reception, no toothbrushes in the room, and the view from the window is onto the courtyard (photo attached)
The breakfast is decent, but worse than at other NH hotels in other locations. So, compared to other NH hotels, this one is worse in every way, more like a budget Ibis
The staff at reception are very professional and helpful, as are those in the restaurant. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, both sweet and savory
It's easily reached from the central station in 5 minutes, and the hotel is just 8 minutes from the city center, making it quite convenient

We had a wonderful time here as a family. The hotel's location is fantastic—right by the beach and in the heart of the marketplace. The staff is extremely kind and helpful
The Hotel is in a very good shape. Only 1 umbrella with two beds are for free for one room. The room is a bit small but it’s ok. Breakfast buffet is great!
The only negative was, that dogs are not allowed at the beach
This is our 3rd year visiting & we love it here! Fantastic food; breakfast & dinner! Super clean rooms! Warm, friendly, professional staff! Parking & beach chairs are included! If you have an issue, talk with the staff & they will try to fix it!
Addressing other posts:
Yes, there is only one elevator but you do not have to wait long usually
It comes with parking included, approximately 2 blocks away but not bad at all (& the parking staff are also great). Breakfast had many selections & was delicious. You also have a beach chair reserved for you
The breakfast selection is diverse and of high quality. The only criticism I have is that sunbeds are not included in the price
Since we had made a reservation in advance, we had to pay for the sunbed fees even on the days we didn't use them

Perfect property on the beach. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bedding.
One of the few 4 star beachfront hotels, and we love it. Balcony towards ocean directly. Restaurant fantastic, nearly on the beach. Staff sp accommodating and friendly. Indoor pool and spa for a rainy day
2 min walk to shops of all kind. Private, dedicated umbrellas and sunbeds on beach. Only thing is, that hotel needs a freshen up
Villa Sorriso
Very good location, super beach, great staff
Vero nico Hotel with dining room just in front of the beach and a beautiful and tiny SPA
We spent 4 nights with a child on wheelchair. Everything was suitable for him. The personal was specialy kind. Food is splendid. You can feel, that somebody really cares. We will come back, I am sure in that. Regards
Beautiful village, nice, clean, fresh rooms... Beautiful swimming pool especially the one for children with the central islet, good also the entertainment guys... Stunning sea, a natural swimming pool 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Overall the stay was good and relaxing. The beach is not as portrayed, it was grubby and overcrowded, the sea was clean clear water
It would be a nice resort if they make some changes especially to the restaurant, the rooms are nothing to say, good swimming pools, ok sea, entertainment they can do more
An unforgettable vacation: I'm 100% satisfied. The rooms were clean and readily available, with staff always available. The location, food, and beach services were excellent. Highly recommended.
Engaging entertainment, especially Andrea and Vittoria. We just returned from a fun and relaxing week, good food, large and very clean room. Fantastic sea. We'll be back.
The bar was very good, but the music was very loud and not to everyone’s taste; it was difficult to sit quietly and read or hold a conversation. The pool area was excellent and the spa was good

We were checked-in by Antonella and she surprised us with a room upgrade, a big suite with a direct view of Vesuvius and the bay of Napoli! We were checked-out by Cristina, both of them were very polite, professional and helpful
Nello the bartender is a fun guy and will make you an excellent drink -- A real Napoli boy he is!
You can visit both Napoli, Sorrento, Amalfi coast and Capri from this hotel, but start as early as possible, of course
Great place to stay and very clean. It wasn't crowded and the front desk has been very helpful. The restaurant was very nice too. It was so relaxing to sleep with the balcony for open and listen to the waves outside
My wife and I stayed 3 nights and we enjoyed the Towers Hotel very much. It is great value for money, beautiful coastal setting, convenient location, easy to find, and all staff were very friendly and helpful
A very smart clean hotel with an excellent pool and access to the sea, the rooms were large and well appointed with all the amenities you would expect
The hotel is located in the mountains, the environment is good, it has its own beach, facing the Bay of Naples, and parking is convenient, but the parking lot and the hotel are on both sides of the road, and you may miss the entrance if you are not careful
Everything was beautiful, location is on the coast with nice beach and pools inside a lovely green plants and trees
Breakfast everyday is the same and basic, but dinner was different every night with a large variety of foods. There are 3 pools, a very large space to roam, beach is a 2 min walk from reception
Free water sports tennis, beach volleyball, beach tennis, ping pong, bikes and lots more was fab
This is an amazing resort, I really wished I could stay more! The place is really beautiful, the pools are great and the all resort is just perfect
This resort advertised 3 pools
One was supposed to be warm with jacuzzi
The two big pools were not heated
Too cold for the guests to swim
The warm pool was freezing as well
This resort was a bad choice
My vacation was ruined
Brilliant resort lots of activities and games played daily, animation team were energetic and inclusive in particular our favourites were the fabulous Diego, Veronica & Oscar. Daily evening shows which were good
Extra cost (5euro) to sit on the beach terrace for dinner which was OK. Extensive breakfast selection. Very family orientated as is that end of the beach - great fun
We stayed in a sea facing room with balcony. Bathroom too small but excellent cleaning and wonderful view. Friendly and helpful staff apart from the lifeguards, definitely not friendly
Very good location, right in front of the beach!
Very accommodating hotel and restaurant staff!
Breakfast was ok!
This is an older hotel but very clean and the beds are good. Front rooms have seafront views The beach side pool is delightful and seawater. No bar service poolside but there's a little cafe next door selling drinks
Good value for money
Great location with fabulous sea view. Family rooms are small but does the job. Good value for price.
The location is great, swimming pool, beach with clear waters, boulevard with shadowy benches, shops and ice cream parlour within short walking distance. The hotel offers trips and events as well

The staff is absolutely the highlight: food at the poolside restaurant was above and beyond what I've seen anywhere (fish cooked to juicy perfection is a notable example); Filiberto the sommelier was amazing at proposing, presenting and discussing wines; all staff was at the highest level I've seen in a while
The food is really good, and you can’t beat the beach location! Be sure to check out the spa, it’s worth spending a few hours in. Definitely will come again for another relaxing stay
The only minus was a tiny shower but that can hardly detract from the overall experience. The spa and pools are also at a very high level of service and cleanliness
If proximity to the beach is what is most important, the location is good
We had a lovely time during our stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating with anything that we needed
Our room had an excellent view, but the rooms and property are in need of updating. The service at the Ombra Della Serra restaurant was friendly, but the food was just ok

We stayed here September 2024 so a bit of a late review but felt i had to write one as we had such a great holiday here. We were a little sceptical as it wasn't adults only but the overall experience far outweighed that
You could tell he had genuine knowledge and passion, which made it extra special. Marcello’s charm, efficiency, and authenticity made us feel more like valued guests than just customers
The grounds are beautifully kept the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were fantastic. We were half board and the food was exceptional for a buffet style restaurant
One of the highlights was his fantastic wine recommendations — every choice was perfectly matched with our meal and really enhanced the whole dining experience
He is a real credit to the Falkensteiner team, and his service made our stay unforgettable. Thank you, Marcello, for being absolutely brilliant!
The hotel is a little isolated but there is a bus service directly outside the hotel which we used to explore a little
The hotel is nice situated, peaceful, you have space around you, the pool verry big and clean, food can satisfy everyone, staff respectful, price/quality good.
I was there in 2017, everything was great and on high level. The special was that, there I ate the best pizza in whole Italy and world, an extra paid pizza in hotel's restaurant. Incredible
There is a solo singer in the evening with a pleasant repertoire. The location is gorgeous: surrounded by nature, 5 min walk to a small beach, clean and beautiful. We would deffinitely come here again
For us, walking 5 minutes from the room to the restaurant was a pleasure, since the paths have flowers and nice vegetation. The infinity pool is quite big and cleaned every evening by a robot
Downside coffee only available at breakfast, unless want to pay at pool bar! Also juice, water and wine only available at meal times, unless you pay at bar,so expect an expense at the end of your stay, even if you have paid for full board
Just returned from 7 night stay, hotel grounds and facilities very good, fantastic beach,do cross over to the next beach by foot for softer sand. Staff very hard working and friendly
This was my favourite place we stayed at while in Italy. The building was stunning and historic, while the rooms were modernized.
Breakfast was simply incredible and the staff was warm and friendly.
Highly recommend!!!
The room was big and spacious. There was a floor for fruits, beverages and terrace as well as a lounge. There was also a billiard room but I didn't get to visit. Location is good however parking is a 8min walk away
The location is conveniently located in the old town close to most of the attractions. All the stores are shut down after 7 pm except the restaurants so the streets in the area look abandoned
Great location and we could walk to so many things we wanted to see. The alleyways were amazing and after a few days we learned our way around. So much to see, taste and explore here!!
Some reviews and travel guides will scare you about the old town neighborhood at night but we find the area around this hotel to be safe, quite, interesting, and beautiful
Don't get fooled and try to drive to the hotel as we did and get stuck in the alleys for pedestrian only. Alleys are night are filled with youth and seemed dangerous
Rooms were spacious and comfortable! We had an incredible canal view which kept us entertained during a rainy afternoon. The staff were incredibly friendly
Great hotel, but it is not sound proof and there's a bell that ring every 30min from 8 so if you want to chill, relax and sleep it's impossible.
The location is wonderful if you are looking to be a little away from the main tourist areas. It is a bit of a walk to everything (which we loved and is common in Venice). Close to great restaurants though!
Very nice hotel. Technologically designed. Gym is not well equipped. Personnel at the restaurant is very busy all time. Other personnel is excellent.
" Firstly, the location is excellent, with convenient transportation and a full range of surrounding amenities. It's incredibly easy to go sightseeing, find food, or head to the station or airport
One of the best choices of this trip was this hotel. From check-in to check-out, every detail truly embodied the meaning of "comfort

The food was amazing, had we gone with our children we would have struggled a bit(they are rather fussy), but the two of us enjoyed everything! Our only little annoyance, was the pool- lovely and clean but just a touch cold! Would have been better for us if it was slightly warmer, however we understand it's a naturally heated pool so it's not going to be warm all year
It seemed like an all-inclusive resort for families staying for extended periods. I didn't know that before, but it was an interesting experience. Oh, and there's a private beach right in front
When I made the reservation, I wondered if breakfast and dinner were included. Was this an all-inclusive resort? I didn't quite understand, but it was. Snacks, drinks, and a dinner buffet were included
We went as a belated wedding anniversary, we were treated really well. We got a cake and fruit platter on arrival to the room!! The hotel was fantastic, really clean and looked really good
Of course, we went out to eat at the restaurant, but it was nice to be able to come back and enjoy a glass of wine, a beer, and some fruit in the hotel restaurant
It was a nice stay, we had a relaxed time in this hotel. All stuff is very friendly and ready to help you. Will consider this structure for my next trip.
Our 8th biennial visit. Now fully and beautifully refurbished. Both a tourist and business hotel on the seaside with an award winning restaurant. Spacious air-conditioned rooms with Sky TV. Highly recommended.
Very flat pillows and bathroom drains didn't drain well. However, the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Perfect for a beach getaway, but isn't anything fancy
The large free parking lot beside the hotel was an awesome perk!
We were passing through and stayed only one night at this hotel. We were greeted kindly by the porter who showed us where to leave the car while waiting for a free parking space right in front of the building
We stayed a week in this hotel and we can say that we couldn't have found a better place. Katia is super kind and available for anything and kind of information on how to get around and what to visit
The hotel is very well-kept, the room with a spacious bathroom is a little dated but everything is very clean
The rooms give a perfect view of the beach and the sea side, also the staff was really great, from the receptionists to the cleaners, each and everyone of them were warm and very polite
My room was beautiful, spacious, and had a breathtaking view over the beach and the ocean – waking up to that view was pure magic
The location of the hotel is simply perfect: peaceful, scenic, and just a few steps from the sea
Great place for a day at the beach and awesome lunch buffet with a view
Dated hotel, unfortunately, because the location and design are perfect to be able to admire a wonderful sunrise with a beautiful sea from all the rooms. breakfast according to the Adriatic standard
The Hotel Ritz, is off-season closed...open again in the summer....
Rooms are cleaned everyday, the breakfast and dinner are amazing, there are 7 pools (and it feels like it's never super crowded, although we did go in September), relaxing benessere packages, and the nicest staff I've ever met
The kids had much fun in the swimming pools while we enjoyed a massage and a face treatment that you can book here too. All in all, we not only loved the energy of the place and the people working there
The rooms are basic but always clean and tidy, the grounds are fantastic with lots of places to relax and enjoy the Italian sunshine. The hot and cold pools are a great way to unwind
We had a wonderful week here. Lots of places to sit and pools to linger in. Lovely landscaping and views over to Lacco Ameno. Staff are great and the shuttle is a real perk.
The place is also big, there are lots of little nooks here and there and sunbeds to relax in
By the way, the view from the bar/restaurant is 😍❤️❤️😍
If I was to offer some improvement feedback, it would be the shower curtain, but nothing to stop us (or you reading this) to go and reserve this place! Go for it, absolutely recommend!

Small little Hotel right at the Beach. Clean and comfortable rooms with balcony and view. Great breakfast and dinner. Free bicycle for guests. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Best location, right at the beach! Everything was perfect. Staff is nice breakfast is great! The owner is always there.
We stayed in a nice and clean room. The hotel is located right on the beach—there couldn’t be a better location for a seaside holiday. The room was small, but since we spent limited time in it, it wasn’t a problem
You aren't going to find a better clean hotel room for the price. Our room came with an umbrella/chair set right on the beach. Decent breakfast in the morning
There was also a small fridge in the room, which was useful for keeping your water cold. Only thing we did not like in the room was pillows, they were too thin
Sun loungers and umbrellas were included in the price, and they were also very clean. Having a fixed spot each day made things easier. Breakfast was good and sufficient
Good internet, smart TVs, newly renovated suite with private plunge whirlpool. Area around the hotel somewhat depressing and dilapidated with several abandoned buildings, etc.
Good stay for a night
The hotel was nice looking, had decent AC, a nice pool, and access to a beach club right across the busy street. The street noise was kinda loud overnight, and the bed and pillow was hard.
The pool was really nice but the sunbed cushions a little tired and music played quite loud but that could be to drown out the noise from the traffic as the hotel is on a busy road
The hotel is alittle outsider of center . It's quiet place with swimming pool , Tennis ... , friendly and helpful staff from reception to restaurant 😀 . Private parking and Beach just cross the street .
Enjoyed the stay. Grounds are nicely landscaped. Location is close to the airport and has beach access. Service was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The mattress was a bit hard.
The hotel is in a fairly good location, beach across the street. Despite the fact that it is located by the quite busy street, it was very quiet and peaceful
