Amazing stay in Genoa, such a wonderful city. The hotel location was really good, réception team were really friendly and helpful during our brief stay. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was exceptional

Very good hotel. Located in a picturesque location. The port, airport and literally the best aquarium in Europe are nearby.

Location : its located only few steps from Darsena Metro and a lot of historical locations around this place. So if you are a solo traveler and its your first time to reach Genoa , this is a good option for you

We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Marina. The location is perfect for restaurants and sightseeing. The room is comfortable with a great view.

It's a waterfront, and it's surrounded by beautiful places such as a pirate ship, which is built on the 20th century to make movies (I called it colombos ship) As well with a good restaurants, aquarium,and many things The room that we booked was big with a big terrace and great views to marina

The outdoor pool is really beautiful, with a very welcoming bar area, and is a pleasant place to relax during hot days if you choose not to go to the beach

However, tables were not cleared or set, and you often had to search for cutlery etc. The hotel itself was clean, as was the pool area. the spa facilities were lovely and relaxing

The best staff, best thermal water, best service (van service to the city center and beaches), and a good location near the center.

There was a great pool bar with the most friendly lady serving drinks/coffes/food. The garden was lovely and well kept. In front of the hotel was another large garden and bar area for the evening

This worked for me but I witnessed other foreigners struggling with the lack of foreign languages being actively used. The towel for the pool had to be paid for (€5) which I found unusual

Glass desk was useful for eating pizza

Location near port, but a bit far from city center. There is a bar, restaurant, small gym. Personnel is kind and helpful. Breakfast has enough gluten free options. Considering price/quality is highly recommended

The hotel is situated directly beneath an overpass, making public transportation difficult to access.

While the rooms are a bit dated, the pool and beach facilities make this an absolute gem of a resort! The unspoiled views of Isola Bella by the beach and gorgeous view of Mt Etna at the pool are breathtaking

We spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It was amazing to have direct access to a beautiful private beach as well as an infinity pool. There were plenty of loungers to relax

The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too

Una is a spectacular hotel. Wonderful staff, location amazing including a shuttle bus to the town. Beautiful daily breakfast, incredible views of Mt Etna and pool. Would stay again in a heartbeat

It’s not a luxury place by any means, but if you’re looking for something affordable, practical, and decently located, this is a solid option. I would consider staying here again for short trips or business visits

A friend recommended this hotel, and it gave us some wonderful memories in Baringo. The hotel's location is also quite easy to find. We arrived early and were even allowed to check in early, which was great overall

Located near the Bank of Sicily, when I was there there were army men because a member of Parliament lives in that road. Very nice luxury hotel adapted to the building that was before: a former Chiostro (Monk's convent)

The hotel building is beautiful, a very old historical building. It's in a great location, within walking distance of all the attractions. The front desk staff are very helpful and can answer many questions

My husband booked this hotel for me on Trip. This hotel is perfect for solo travel - very convenient, and very clean. I will definitely use this hotel again when I come.

Lovely location, good amenities. Some staff were not very helpful or maybe not trained well? Possibly the season end being due meant they were tired and desperate to get away? Seemed to lack management/organisation

The location of our room was great, a small walk to the closest restaurant and easy to find our way to the beaches and pools. The shuttle bus to the various parts was also handy

Not that there's much outside the report unless you are prepared to travel, which I'm glad we did as we found some lovely beaches a couple of hours drive away

My mum and I holidayed here for a week (24/9-1/10). When I booked it I didn’t realise how huge the resort was! It’s made up of multiple hotels and you really feel nestled into an eco friendly landscape within the hotel

The resort is very isolated and you are reliant on the resort taxi to ferry you to your car, which one day involved a half hour wait and a rather scary ride back to our room with people packed into the jeep like cattle (my husband sat on the floor and I sat on his knee)

When I was asked at Reception why I was leaving early I said I was disappointed with the food and lack of things to do, I was then asked to sign a waiver to say I would not seek compensation, which I refused and said I would take it up with my tour operator

Hotel clean, breakfast was great with a wide selection of items. Pool and Bar was closed guess 3rd & 4th week of Sept are off season. Great place to stay.

Slightly condescending and very reluctantly performed. Felt more like Paris than beachfront hotel in Italy

Rated as a 4 star… service was a 5star. But the building is in need of major update. 4 stars 30 years ago with updated room tvs to led at 15 inch. Pool is amazing Food in hotel and on beach is amazing

Clean and comfortable Hotel was clean and desk staff efficient and friendly. Room was Ok but no in-room coffee. Food was OK, service was not as friendly as front desk

The breakfast was actually fantastic. The location was b close the main nubs one towards the city centre. A taxi or uber is 15-20 euros but the walk is just 20 minutes city centre

The hotel is walking distance to main road that has restaurants and churches. Breakfast was very good and the service was great.

The room was spotless, and the beds were really comfortable with soft linen. The hotel environment was also very pleasant. The breakfast spread in the morning offered a decent variety, including Chinese options

Hotel location is very good. Near to bus stop for the airport, railway station, 1km to the city center Room size wide. Cleanest very good. Breakfast excellent! Definitely I will book again!

Beautiful view of the bay of Naples from the Hotel. The shuttle to and from town was excellent allowed us to visit town for ahopping/dinner without the addrd expense of a cab fare each way. Pool and service was excellent

There could have been some cut fruit out (they had apples to go), and some more gluten free / vegetarian options. The pool is massive and clean. Very easy to find a chair to lay out on

The pool was big and clean, and there were plenty of deckchairs that were perfect for sunbathing and relaxing in the sun. The inside of the hotel was also very impressive

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is truly beautiful, with amazing views all around. From the top floor, the view of Mount Vesuvius is especially stunning — it’s a must-see and perfect for taking photos

The views over the sea are so beautiful while playing golf and having a drink in the 19th is the best on the world

We went for a 4-day golf clinic with Andrea Zanardelli which was a great, top experience. The golf courses were wonderful, views from everywhere were stunning and the staff really helpful and all very friendly

We would love to go back and also take advantage of the spa, beach, swimming pool and all the other activities available. I would highly recommend this resort for sport or relaxing!!

The pool is probably one of the largest in the EU. The beach extends hundreds of yards with hundreds of loungers, umbrellas, full bar and food service. The breakfast buffet is one of the best you'll find

Many 5 star resorts can be really packed with guests, making it hard to find a lounge at the pool or beach, get a table at a restaurant, massage, etc

45 holes of outstanding links golf, a variety of restaurants with the finest dining experiences on the island, a massive spa complex with an extensive of unique treatments, therapeutic pools, the best equipped fitness room/gym, etc, etc

Staff very friendly, especially Anastasia. Good location backing on to the sea. We went in the last week of September when the resort is quiet. I believe you have to pay to use sunbeds even round the pool in high season

Located right on the beach and closed to other restaurants and shops. It has own pool as well as own beach and sun beds on the beach. Half board is good value with a lot of sea food, fish, pasta and salad

The sunbeds by the pool cost 15 euros a day. This seems a lot but they are to die for, wider than a single bed and very comfortable

The pool bar service was excellent! Alessia was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I especially like the guy who served eggs in the morning and grilled meat or fish for dinner. He made perfect boiled eggs and very decent serving meat or seafood. I also like the barrister lady at the breakfast

We stayed at the Cesare Augustus for a week from the 1st Sept. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels and bed linen are replaced at the same time. We stayed half board and found the food excellent in the evening

the rooms are a bit outdates, curtains are dirty and I booked a room with seaviews but I could see the tiniest bit of sea. Overall ok, beds comfortable, nice staff but overpriced.

Not a bad hotel, with its own sandy beach across the road. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, towels for free. The hotel is located next to the Catania airport, which is not a problem and is rather a plus

Near to STM. Very convenient. Car park EUR8 per night. Open car park.

Although there is a bus stop directly outside there were few buses and no indication of a timetable so you cant rely on a bus and taxi's very expensive

Rooms were nice, roomy balcony. Only slight negative was hotel situated a bit far out from the centre

The only room complaint was that the AC did not cool the room to a comfortable temperature. We did not have any food or drink here. I would not recommend this hotel unless you need something close to the airport

One of our favorites This is an amazing resort. Beautiful beach and pool. Very nice rooms, wonderful service and an excellent breakfast buffet, beachfront lunch and three course dinner. We will be back.

The beach area is also very spacious and gives a luxurious feeling compared to the other umbrella teas along the beach. Something we really appreciated about the hotel was the breakfast

There is a road between the hotel and the beach but it’s not a bother because there’s a tunnel under the road so ot feels like direct access

Both a huge and high quality sweet selection (which we don’t appreciate but know many do) as well as made to order egg dishes, good bread, cheese, ham and even a juice station where you could make your own juice with a choice of many fruits as well ass healthy vegetables including fresh ginger

Fantastic coffee goes without saying, it’s Italy after all. The walk to the town is fairly simple. 20 minutes to reach most restaurants and it’s only a slight climb at the end

30 years ago, it was a stately and impressive 5-star hotel with generous common areas, beautiful restaurants, impressive spa facilities, a large indoor hot water pool and a lovely, wonderfully heated, great swimming pool in the garden, as well as an inviting roof terrace with sea views

There are still the beautiful surroundings, but the hotel is strongly characterized by an incompetent and uncommitted management, who are indifferent to the unprofessional reception, where the guests' inquiries are annoying interruptions and inconvenience

It leaves the impression that because the guests are just pensioners on package tours, they just continue the mediocre routine and do not bother to take advantage of the many opportunities that are immediately available

The hotel,setting is beautiful,the staff very nice pool is beautiful and clean,rooms are nice and clean and nice views,cleaners very nice and in every day,beach is lovely there are big stones/pebbles but that’s they type of beach it is natural

The staff are attentive and friendly, some of whom you can tell really love their job. There is an onsite mini mart where you can purchase items such as cigarettes, suncream, beach wear and bags

We came towards the end of the season and these activities were still offered, as well as air con still being on in the rooms despite what is stated on the information

The pool area is perfect for lounging around, also offering activities such as water gym at a couple of points through the day

The evening also offers entertainment at the pool bar, doing quizzes for all nationalities and live music

Me and my partner have just had a weeks stay at this resort and from reading the reviews I was skeptical but I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we have stayed. The resort itself is absolutely stunning

The private beach is well kept and only 1 min walk from the hotel grounds. There are plenty of Sun loungers for guests. Reassured to always see lifeguards on duty for the sea and the swimming pools

We had a wonderful experience at J44 Jesolo. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly, especially at breakfast – they really make you feel welcome. The bar and bistro are also excellent

The food is delicious, and the cocktails and Prosecco are very good. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back!

Customers should be given the option to have this services rather than having the need to use a laundry service to iron clothes and then to be charged. The room was amazing and balcony and it view to the sea incredible

Grand hotel on the island of Lido minutes from Venice by water taxi. Has a nice beach. One of the main hotels used for the Venice International Film Festival. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was very pleasant to have a glass of wine and feel the sea breeze in the evening. The swimming pool is kept constant temperature, and the sea water is not cold enough to swim in the sea

This hotel is a vintage gem, keep that in mind. If classic Italian styling speaks to your heart and you want to enjoy Venice without the crowds, stay here. The beach was nearly private in the evening

The room had a large bed when I checked in, but I asked to change it to a twin bed. Because the room change delayed dinner time, the manager personally served us to the restaurant and let us dine while we waited

Unfortunately, our luggage didn’t arrive with us, but the concierge team was incredible — they took charge, constantly followed up, and worked tirelessly until our bags were safely returned

The location is very good right at the coast line but the road in between the hotel and the beach is pretty busy so even though you have a sea view room as we had you will be able to enjoy the sound of the sea only during night hours starting from around midnight till around 5 am

Wonderful place nearby seaside(25 meter! !!) Wonderful setting for eventi and also for lovely week end. Arenzano is a nice place for two But also for Families. shopping promenade parks blue sea And green mountains

Overnight halt, exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, easy & secure parking, good room with very comfortable (firm) mattress, functioning a/c, sea view, good breakfast, so superb value for money

The staff is very friendly and will park your vehicle serving as a valet parking. The breakfast is also very good especially bread such as bruschetta

Lovely hotel, great air con, great breakfast, we happen to land there at a very busy time and staff were great, setting up table and getting seats for us. Staff were very helpful in general

The hotel's pool was closed, no gym and no spa, the rooms were big and the A/C not that strong while the lower temperature had to be adjusted by the receptionist.
