A beautiful hotel set on the cliff just outside Catania - rooms are big, have AC, well serviced, great pool (30m plus x 20), great pool bar, amazing buffet breakfast, access to sea. Lovely for a family holiday.

Grand Hotel Baia Verde is a nice resort hotel.  Unfortunately we came in the off season so some amenities like the pool and access to the sea were not available

We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying two. We found the room to be quiet and comfortable. The view is spectacular and while we didn’t use the pool it was available and we sunned ourselves near it

It's a pity that I can only stay in this city for one night. Although it is not a sea view room, you can still see a piece of sea, which is more charming when combined with the garden view

The hotel is very large, and the restaurant has a 180-degree view of the sea

Great roon, very clean, great location, great spac, great seaview

Every dish I tried was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, perfect seasoning, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and elegant, and the service was outstanding

Hotel at beginning of bay with good views over and towards Taormina & mountains. Rooms simple, nicely furnished & spotlessly clean with mini fridge for water. Clean towels every day, bed linen changed regularly

A beautiful classic old hotel on the waterfront. I was so surprised - and delighted - to be upgraded to a sea view room with a balcony, which I availed of, even though it was December

Lovely hotel perfect for some downtime and relaxation located perfectly central. Staff were friendly and helpful especially on reception and room upgrade team.

The room was in good condition. The male staff member at the check in was not friendly at all. We were not offered any upgrades and had to ask for our bottle of wine which was not offered either

Nice bar is on the top floor, and also a swimming pool. Breakfast is extensive, everything is available. A few steps from the hotel to the beach. Swimming pools are closed during the winter time

During the 3 days of our stay, the maid did not vacuum the floor, as the hotel is near the beach and there was quite a lot of sand in the room

Good choice as it is really close to the beach, and the breakfast is included which is a big advantage.

breakfast was great , very spacious and many menus so I literally have enjoyed well and then I walked out to the beach side and saw many people are walking alongside the beach, location is good one last thing, why the wifi passcode is every 6~7 hours being changed?? this is absolutely unnecessary and made me really irritating as I did not know why the internet is not working, please change this for...

As previously mentioned based on our own experiences this is definitely not 5 stars probably 3/4 stars. Service not brilliant however room ok, pool area lovely. A lot of choice but not 5 stars

The hotel is beautifully located, right in front of the beach. It has two nice swimming pools, including a spectacular rooftop pool. The hotel is designed to be stylish, but there are some minor flaws

it was a wonderful vacation - a hotel on the sea coast, with its own beach and thermal pools, charming views, decent service and delicious dinners

Great location, also a very good hotel, even when it was fully booked there were enough sunbeds at the pool and on the beach. The service is very good, from the reception desk over the waiters to room service

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with well-prepared dishes served in a calm, comfortable setting. We really enjoyed the pools, especially the indoor one: spacious and relaxing

The private beach is small but pleasant. The staff across the hotel were consistently professional, and every time we made a request at the front desk, there was clear follow-up

Two little drawbacks: the main pool needs a bit repair work and cleaning, the breakfast buffet could vary a bit more

The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. It’s true that the majority of guests are seniors, with a few families here and there. This wasn’t an issue for me or my two teenage children

Great find!! Super value given the on-beach location and view from the balcony and especially when you consider the excellent food at breakfast and dinner (half board)

We booked a sea-view room with a fantastic terrace and paid extra for a front-row spot on the beach—totally worth it. The room was spotless and exactly as described; housekeeping came daily

The rooms are very clean, the balcony is very spacious, the food is really varied and tastes good, you have a reserved spot on the beach, which is only yours during your stay, really great! I would also like to praise the staff, who always check if everything is okay, very friendly and helpful! My friends and I were delighted! Thank you!

Parking was included, and our reserved beach chairs were reliably kept for us each day

There's a lovely pool and a few other facilities we didn't use (indoor pool, mini golf and others) but the staff were amazing and the food was really good

What an hotel, perfectly placed, comfortable beds comfortable pillows, lovely rooms with great views. The service is excellent. The cleaner is lovely. The food is varied and delicious.

Stayed at majestic palace for family members wedding in the castle, unfortunately a party member had accident whilst there , the hotel staff from the cleaner , restaurant and reception could not have helped us more, they was amazing, facilities excellent, food great, they even left us a meal on return from the hospital, we cannot thank them enough for their help, would definitely recommend if you want...

Fantastic family hotel, this is our second time here. 4 different swimming pool areas and a great variety of activities provided by the children's entertainment team

It is very comfortable to come to a hotel where the childrens are more then welcome. Dinner and breakfast very good, many options to choose. The staff very friendly and professional

We would have liked to spend a few more hours at the pool on the last day after checking out, but we would have had to pay €25 for this because our car was still there

Hotel Rosanna is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a very long time. The hotel is clean, modern and perfectly based for both the beach and the centre

The pool is easily accessed via a little bridge and a perfect spot to cool off

Whilst staying at the hotel we ate both breakfast and lunch, which was amazing. There was plenty of choice each morning and the food was fresh and tasty. Our lunch meals was freshly cooked and very tasty

As the weather hadn't been so good the days before, we really wanted to enjoy the sun for a few more hours before heading back home. And we also wanted to avoid the impending traffic jam on the motorway

We went home after that because, to be honest, we didn't want that we had to pay extra. The receptionist didn't really know what the procedure was here either. She made a dubious impression

I stayed in this hotel as part of a new market tour. From the moment we entered the hotel, everything went like clockwork. The room was kept spotlessly clean, well worth upgrading to sea view with balcony

The hotel snack bar serves the most amazing pizzas overlooking the sea. Drink prices were very reasonable and the pool and beach area were kept immaculate. You can walk along the beach to the small village of Torre Canne

Great beach resort, with crystal clear waters. Closely located to places of interest like Ostuni, Alberobello, and Monopoli, allowing quiet relaxation by the beach as well as visiting Puglia

Common areas are quite nice and so is the beach. Decor of the rooms is a bit dated, but they are clean and comfortable

Its on the beach front which has a ***** of many restaurants to choose from. There is a lovely marina and a small historical park moments away. You do have to pay for sunbeds

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights in June 2025. The location is perfect, just across the beach and few minutes away from the bus stop. The beach was nice, water was wonderful. Umbrellas and sunbeds had extra charge

In the first week of October we stayed at this lovely hotel. We had a twin room with a sea view. Clean and tidy with an ensuite shower. TV and small fridge with drinks. Breakfast was in my opinion great

Our room was a little small, but spotless clean and with a fresh smell (no mold), housekeeping came every day, cleaned and supplied with towels and toiletries. The balcony was very nice overlooking the beach

But the restaurant on the beach provides food which is good and generous in proportion. The staff do not smile that much- grumpy lol. There are strips of beach where you can bathe without charge

I had scrambled eggs and local sausage, yoghurt and fruit and a little treat of sweet bakes every day with coffee and fruit juice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

Really good!!! Free bicycles for 3 hours and free umbrella and seats on the beach!!! We could you it the all next day until 18 although our check out was at 10! People are amazingly friendly!!! -: no parking just below but in 100 meters away)

Breakfast is varied and very generous! The beach is 50 meters away, each room comes with 1 umbrella and 2 sun beds

Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by the most helpful front desk staff (I wish I had her name - she is amazing!) Housekeeping was also so friendly! We paid for parking directly in front of the hotel - worth it for us

We had a wonderful time at the Greif Hotel the beginning of this summer. The quality of the Management and service is very good and kind. The people from Reception were great and very helpful and kind

Visited for my mum's birthday it was absolutely lovely. Classic grandeur. Really recommend it. A bit of a trek into the town centre (though easy to take a bus), but right on the beach in a very convenient location.

The hotel is the best in Rimini, very close to the beach, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is a relatively complete continental breakfast, and the building has a strong sense of history

Difficult to judge, beautiful building let down by very average rooms, even if the bathrooms are nice. The entrance doesnt do the hotel justice. Location is great and the beach very nice with an excellent buffet

Luxury hotels elsewhere could learn a thing or two from GHR’s staff with regard to guest service. If one finds oneself in delightful Rimini, just drive here and check in—there’s no other option quite like the GHR

Relaxing weekend in November with still pleasant weather. Breakfast and SPA were to our liking, as well as the cleanliness and services offered by the structure. The fact that it is seafront is a great advantage!

Water in the room is paid, shops in Sabaudia) Beach towels are given out 👌 The rooms are cleaned well and daily. The hair dryer is terrible (take your own), soap / shampoo is available

The sea is wonderful, convenient entrance for children. Next year I will go to the neighboring hotel le dune. The last time I was there was in 2019, very respectable)

The hotel has a strategic location and a spacious beach. It's not the first time I've been to this property, but this year it's gotten worse in terms of the facilities and services

But in the details: cabinets, frames, furniture on the balcony - sad. The location is VIP, but the content is disappointing. Such responsive guys work at the reception, but they also do not look respectable (uniform)

The contingent is very sincere: children and their elderly parents, children of children))) Nice, like a family. The breakfast is monotonous (I stayed for 4 days)

It was very relaxing (rather quiet rooms and surrounding), beach only 1 minute walking distance, shopping too, buses to the port were nearby, so one could visit Venice, Murano, Burano

The location is: - 2 minutes from the beach - 5 minutes from the best restaurant, Tempini - 4 minutes from one of the best ice cream shops, Malù Gelateria Free bicycles (or €5/hour electric ones) A place to store beach mats, and an electric inflator for them

We stayed in the Venezuela for 13 days recently and fully enjoyed our vacation. The location is practically at the beach. Many thanks to the hotel staff, who were very friendly, professional and helpful

We stayed with 2kids (5y and 8y), great location- near to the beach and main street with many restaurants, entertainment etc. Rooms are small, but cleaning is very good, everyday

The village is situated in a beautiful location, on the hill just above the beach of the bay of Peschici. The village is very cute with the houses arranged along various paths full of flowers

Hotel Iris has the perfect location, steps to the beach and the main street with all of the restaurants, entertainment and buses. The staff are genuinely friendly and provide you with top notch customer service!

Everything is close(except the metro-10 minutes walk) supermarket to 24 products, also a hardware, a pharmacy. A good restaurant not far from the hotel (very good food) "La Perla del Sud"-an average of one meal 10 euros

This hotel was a great choice for everything except one minor drawback: it's a bit far from the metro station, about a 15-minute walk

Everything was good overall, just a bit out of the way. It was really quiet at night though, which was nice.

However, bus route 42 goes directly to the train station, and routes 43 and 81 pass through the city center

Room smells like sweat and there is so many mosquito inside the room!!! The staff at counter was nice and helpful though. But no, I’ll not come back again. We also manage to kill 9 mosquito the following day…

The people in the reception were really friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel is more 3* than 4*. The location is good for family friendly beaches but far from the historical centre of Rimini

The room smelled of smoke, there was loud music from the beach at night, the minibar hadn't been restocked, breakfast was okay. The staff was polite. More like 3 stars than 4.
