The breakfast every morning was delicious! And the view from their private beach is breathtaking. There is a nice quiet bar on the beach that is open until midnight

We got the hotel late night and friendly staff welcomed us with a welcome drink. Friendly staff specially Irene who helped us a lot during our stay and gifted us with flowers when she knew that we are in a honeymoon

At the beach club, a staff member followed us to our room, claiming we had not paid the bill, even though we had paid cash. There was a train track running just behind our room, train noise was annoying

Our family planned a last-minute trip to Taormina. Needless to say, finding a hotel on short notice wasn’t easy. Our travel agent recommended a few options, but we discovered LaPlage on our own

Normally, we would book hotels on the level of the Ritz-Carlton (or similar brands), but given the last-minute nature of this trip, our choices were limited

The pool deck was relaxing and fun (still a little to cold for us to get in). This hotel was up there with the Ritz Maldives and St. Regis Dubai as one of our favorite hotels

However, it’s still working through operational issues like undisclosed age restrictions, uncomfortable breakfast setup in shoulder season, and inconsistent service

Staff members were all extremely friendly and helpful. Property is very new with a nice modern design. Convenient location but we heard lots of traffic noise from our room even in the middle of the night.

My favorite was the floating pool on the lake and the adjacent bar serving delicious homemade pizza. One downside is the busy road between the hotel and the lake/pool area

We stayed three nights in early April with our two teenagers. The Major Issue: The spa and pool are restricted to guests 16 and older, which was never disclosed when booking

Every team member went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was faced with a booking issue upon arrival, but it was handled quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Ana, who made everything perfect

The water is so clear that on calm days you would swear it was glass. The pool area is well organized, with separate areas of loungers if you prefer some quiet time during the day

The seafood in particular is outstanding

Every year we visit (this was our third), the food experience gets better and better, with an incredible variety of foods prepared by chefs that results in what feels like a truly elevated experience over many other resorts

You will never forget the sunsets from your dining table each and every night! A very special thanks to Giovanni and Antonella for the warm welcome and your exceptional service throughout our stay

What an amazing stay! Besides the incredible facilities, great location, stunning rooms (we got a superior with jacuzzi), the staff was extremely accomodating to all of our needs

From the moment you are greeted by the friendly reception desk, prepare for a truly enjoyable and memorable vacation at the Rocca Nettuno resort

The bedroom room we paid slightly more for was disappointing being described as 'Superior' it had nothing that made it superior - infact it has nothing in it, but a bed and two bedside tables, nothing to sit on inside, the hotel described it as having a 'living area with seating'

When asked at reception whether we were actually in a Superior room - we were told the seating area is outside - great if the weather is good, however we had a few days of rain and thunder so sitting outside wasn't an option

The food was delicious; for the pasta and main course I could choose from 4 menus. Moreover, the staff was very friendly. There was also the large swimming pool with free sun loungers which I enjoyed

Fantastic. A little dated in the bedrooms. But the overall hotel was amazing. We loved our stay here.

I emailed in advance to ask if there was entertainment at the hotel and they confirmed there was a DJ on Sundays and Thursdays, so we planned eating out around these two nights however this was not the case when we arrived there was no entertainment on any night

Other than the room needing updated, everything else was perfect. The grounds and gardens are pristine as is the pool area and the place is immaculately clean and we'll kept

Seafront and beach area just been worked on, beach is a little pebbly but lovely. Railway line runs between gardens and the beach, not an issue at all for us but some might find it off putting

This hotel was very nice with an impressive lobby and was right on the beach. You just walk outside and down a short set of stairs, and you are on the beach

The hotel was good but the carpeting and elevators need replacement. The hotel is on the beach which is a great plus. They provide a shuttle to the center of town which is very convenient.

Overall, though, the positives far outweighed this one drawback, and we would definitely consider returning, especially for the beach, the food, and the staff

Hotel Caparena was very nice with clean rooms and great staff, we had a lovely time in Toamina! The shuttle bus was excellent we used it every day a special thank you to Salvatore, Pipo and drivers! The restaurant staff were amazing especially Nadine, Andrea, Adriano not to mention the rest of the gang! Lots of love Maria & Martin XxX

The free shuttle into town and back must be reserved in advance so if you plan to use this service on the day/evening of your check in, you should call ahead to be added to the schedule

Staff at reception are very friendly and welcoming and happy to answer any questions with a smile. Lovely spacious room , pool area super lay out and always enough loungers

Luxurious hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. Concierge was attentive and good natured. Great view from the room. Nice breakfast. Walking distance to nice restaurants.

Words are useless. To see. Obviously this can be combined with a visit to Castelsardo, and 10 km away is Sedini with its Domus de Janas, which is not to be missed.

The location was perfect and the hotel restaurant very delicious

Loved the pool and had a great view of the ocean, a bit out of the way but we didn’t mind walking into town. The hotel is a bit older, so the interiors aren’t as modern as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel.

Such an amazing experience! First - as I am pregnant, asked for an early check in - no problem! Second, the pool is so clean that even in my state I was able to swim

We chose to dine every morning and evening on the veranda overlooking the sea, and what an amazing view, and got to watch the beautiful sunset each night

Just back from a 10 night stay at this lovely resort. The location is beautiful, staff are friendly and welcoming, fun packed and amazing food

We were greeted each time by the lovely waiting staff, Andrea was so lovely, great with the kids, it was like he knew everyone personally

The location was great, right in front of Lima Station, which was very convenient. The pool was about 20m long, though it didn't seem to be heated. Breakfast was decent and satisfying. The staff were also very friendly!

The hotel very close to Metro station Could seen sunrise at it's terrace. The swimming pool and sauna looks clean. And the staff very helpful and polite

Lovely hotel. The location was very good and convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. Easy to do daytrips in and around Milan 🙌🏼 they also let us do early check-in since we arrived before lunch

Our room was beautiful! Highly recommend room #143 with 2 balconies overlooking the pool and garden, beautiful view of the Mediterranean in the distance and direct access to the lemon garden, pool and restaurant

The include breakfast buffet has everything (even for picky American eaters like my spouse) and it’s around the corner from the main shopping street in sorrento with all the stores and restaurants

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Do yourself a favor and get a room with a balcony, the view is incredible

It’s in the original villa and are two rooms combined into a guest suite. Generously sized bedroom and living room with a dining table that could accommodate 6 easily. The armoires and fireplace were a beautiful touch

The dinner options were not appealing to us given the amazing food we had nearby. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room when requested so we had dirty towels, unmade beds foe 2 days

The resort is very close to the sea, about a 3-4 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the food leaves a bit to be desired in terms of quality and staff efficiency (perhaps because it's understaffed for the busy season)

The beach is also close and convenient. Thanks to the entertainment, we had a great time. As soon as we arrived at the beach, we took part in an aperitif game that kept us entertained

The location is lovely, has great potential, and could be top-notch with some updates to the various accommodations, such as the wooden villas, which are very cute but in need of renovation due to their age

She's chosen excellent people who are meticulous in ensuring a top-notch holiday full of fun for the little ones with the mini club, where Elena and her group ensure maximum enjoyment for the kids

Angelo and all the other staff (Davide, Edoardo, etc. ) are super efficient in organizing games and events for young and old, leaving nothing to chance

We'll definitely be back because the best thing they offer is the entertainment provided by the SAMARCANDA staff, managed by Federica

Giovanni not only makes the best cappuccino but he ensures you have everything you need at each meal! Maitre D Giorgio greeted us warmly and offered suggestions and options that suited each member of our group of 7 perfectly! The beach is a short walk across the street and the bus stops right outside the hotel property

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in the charming little beach resort of Maronti. Prices were very REASONABLE, staff always helpful, room was exceptionally clean & tidy. Breakfast spread was one of the best I have experienced

We have just spent a relaxing, satisfying 10 days splashing about in the sea (the hotel has its own bit of beach and free sun loungers) and being beautifully looked after by the hotel's excellent staff

The hotel is situated on a picturesque part of the island. The staff were lovely and helpful. The thermal spa was great and very relaxing. The private beach was comfortable and within easy reach of the hotel

Although the swimming pool is not big, it has a beautiful view. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful in introducing attractions and restaurants. The breakfast is also very good

Few minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and the tram that takes you to the beaches. Room is spacious but we wish there were a dresser with drawers

Trust me you will not be disappointed. The pool is also incredible so be sure to set time aside in the itinerary for relaxing there

The grounds are absolutely beautiful and every single staff member here is committed to ensuring your stay is nothing less than perfect. I simply cannot imagine even the pickiest person having issues at this hotel

My friend has a severe nut allergy and she took it so seriously and communicated with us and the chef everyday to ensure my friend felt safe eating breakfast at the hotel. I can’t say enough how great she was

The view remains unchanged —Etna! The sea below spreads itself like a promise, or a threat. But let us speak of the pigeons. They are not your ordinary urban scavengers

On our last day we ordered a simple steak with fries and a green salad at the pool grill. It was grey and chewy with very little flavour

we enjoyed drinks and light lunch on the beautiful Terrace with great views of Mount Etna. It was just perfect as was Fabio our amazing waiter. He must get a mention as the best waiter in the world

The pigeons of the Grand Hotel Timeo are imperialists. They have studied Machiavelli. One — let us call him Generalissimo — stationed himself at my table

I was merely an obstacle between himself and what he clearly considered his just desserts. They descend upon your cornetto with the confidence of venture capitalists, their beady eyes holding neither apology nor doubt

The amenieties are 5 star indeed, the shows each day and night - the stuff puts effort into it! The room - the official pictures of the hotel are obvious, the decoration is old style and point, you get what you see! The cleaning is ok though and the small details matter - the small chocolates given each day :) Swiming area - perfect and the beach area is clearly better than all other hotels as there...

The suite was amazing and very well presented, the hotel bar was well equipped and the cocktails were fantastic. We visited the near by thermal spa and participated in many treatments which was very reasonably priced

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Cleaning staff was very efficient and friendly. Also the waiters were very helpful and fun.

Our stay at the Savoy Beach and Thermal Spa Hotel in Bibione was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the thermal baths and the sea, which holds a unique and captivating charm in winter

First class hotel. Impeccable service. Outstanding location by the Bay of Naples. We had a sea view balcony room which was beautiful.

You feel part of the family when staying here. This time we came to watch the last match of the season (Forza Napoli Sempre) and it was a very busy weekend in Napoli

One of our favorite hotels in the world. We can’t imagine coming to Napoli and not staying in Hotel Vesuvio. From the great location, to the amazing service and delicious food (one of the best breakfasts ever)

It's near the water and the crowd is small near the hotel. They have good service and are friendly and speak English. The breakfast is also very nice and has a good selection of food

However, the hotel still worked amazingly well with an amazing service from everyone

There are taxis right outside and they have parking for 50€ a night

Otherwise the only place to obtain a drink of any kind, hot or cold, was the lobby bar (briefly after lunch and dinner) and the pool bar

This is an all-inclusive resort in that it includes three meals and drinks with meals (but not at other times). The food was enjoyable (although native Italians described it as like school dinners!)

Like many continental hotels, there is no drink-making facility in the room and it is a long way to the bar (the only place where hot or cold drinks are served). I advise taking a travel kettle

Had we used the balcony our view would have been the car park. This also meant keeping the curtains closed most of the time. On arrival we stood in a queue for well over an hour to check in

Two women struggling up three flights of stairs with suitcases and then a good five minute walk along the corridor of 155 large rooms and three further staircase/service areas to the end

Food was reasonably good but the atmosphere in the dining room is pretty hectic. Also the free wine and coffee at meals were awful, although the coffee your paid for at the bar was fine

She is an outstanding individual who made us feel so welcomed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Positano or anywhere on the Amalfi Coast! We look forward to staying here again

We also enjoyed the outdoor bar area, it has a beautiful view of the city with a beautiful garden attached. I would also say they are in the perfect location to get to the beaches and ferries

Clean and the staff is SO accommodating. View from balcony you can sit on is amazing. Concetta the concierge is wonderful and helpful. Leonardo is great and funny and welcoming. Close to everything restaurants

Most hotels in the area are off the beaten path/no road access this one was right near where car services can drop you off and they offer luggage service. Highly highly recommend for a trip to positano

We had so many questions about transportation, getting around, and taking the ferry, which they were all able to answer making much of our stay in positano smooth. The room was clean and well kept

It's a great hotel in a good location that's a bit quieter than further down. We find it quiet in spite of the size. It has a good pool and beach area.

We also had 3 delightful lunches in the pool dining area and dinner in the a la carte restaurant on two evenings. Both the food, and service were exceptional

The staff was so amazing, the breakfast was the best we had in Italy, dinner was the best again. It was our favorite dinner we had in Italy on our 18 day travels. I 100% recommend this place. I hope we will be back.

The hotel is very conveniently located, at the bus station 2 minutes away, and the hotel facilities and staff service attitude is very good, the hotel also has a private sun lounger and sun umbrella facing Jesolo beach, a rich variety of breakfast, the food is very fresh, the hotel The room also has a sea-facing terrace

The location of the hotel was perfect for us and we enjoyed being able to walk the 9 mile beach which was much needed after one of the best breakfast buffets we have ever seen

The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the security is good, the service attitude of the hotel staff is good, and the breakfast is also very good; the hotel facilities are relatively modern and comfortable, and the advancedness is relatively high

The housekeeping staff will take the money on the table as a tip, and will not take the initiative to replace the disposable items in the bathroom

The room is not very big, and there is no welcome fruit or dessert after booking for 5 nights. The view from the balcony room is also very bad

The reason for the 3 stars is that it is basically at the level of a 3-star hotel. Rome is just expensive and lousy

The French style is simple and generous, comfortable and fashionable, and the cost performance is relatively high; I am quite satisfied with the living experience; it is for your reference only
