Just back from a wonderful week at Hotel Le Soleil. We had a fantastic fifth floor room with full sea & pool view, the room was spotless & very well serviced each day
Staff very helpful and very friendly, first room was small but lovely we moved to another room which was bigger but a bit noisy as near a stair case leading to outside, we then moved up to room 508 and this really made a massive difference, highly recommend this hotel great location, rooms cleaned everyday and clean towels provided, can't really say a negative, will definitely be going back
But if you want a sunbed at the pool it's 20 euros per day and 12 on their private beach. if you book directly through hotel it's free. Felt that's a rip off as the holiday wasn't cheap
Beatrice was very kind to me ,arranged my early flight home after a domestic. Male receptionist was unhelpful. Bruno and tizhiano very good. No iron or kettle, had to borrow a special plug, my adapter wasn't right
Breakfast was also excellent, great choice of hot & cold options. All staff were courteous & helpful especially Beatrice on reception & Edi in the bar
The hotel is within easy access of many restaurants & is also well located for exploring Venice, Murano & Burano

It’s nice to have a quiet and relaxing place to retreat to after spending the day in Venice. The rooftop bar and pool are a great place to watch the sunset and end the day. Will definitely stay there again
My daughter and I particularly enjoyed the spacious gardens and pool area. We also loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a wonderful variety of food
We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in Venice. The property itself is absolutely stunning — it’s located on its own private island, which makes it feel like you’ve stepped into a completely different part of Italy
What really stood out to us was the impeccable service. I actually left my other phone in the room and didn’t realize it until I was already at the train station with my train leaving in about 30 minutes
The grounds are vast and peaceful, offering beautiful views and a real sense of escape from the busy city. The spa was lovely — a bit on the smaller side, but still a great experience overall
The team at JW Marriott handled everything so quickly and professionally — they found the phone and sent it to me on the next shuttle boat. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience
There was food available at the pool bar all day, fruit, salad, cold meat, cheese, pizza, fries, hot dogs and burgers and also desserts. Soft all inclusive only includes wine at meal times

Balance di Conte is perfect for a wind-down holiday. Plenty of sunbeds at the private beach, the water is warm. The food is excellent, a wide choice (even salads) and friendly, efficient service
We never used the big pool during our stay, surely because of the wonderful sea, but in part also because the pool was really not in the best shape
Free parking and three meals were included. I didn't have time to see the beach. There weren't many Asians staying there. It's very close to the airport, and it seems like you can also get there by bus
We did some requests during the booking (adjacent rooms, we were 3 families, and we asked not to be on the ground floor), we did the booking in February for July, and even so basically none of our requests was granted
The hotel was satisfactory, though it did not particularly stand out. My primary reason for selecting it was the presence of a swimming pool. However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre.
Always very comfortable. Professional and overly kind staff and you feel immediately "homey". Rooms spotless, functional with "sweet dreams" beds and plenty of pillows. Never fail !!
Very good location, convenient parking at a reasonable price and excellent staff. We spent two nights and it was very comfortable.
Easy to navigate if you have a car or use the only company Taxi services in Genoa (at their mercy). 10-15 minutes to Airport by Car, minutes from the Ferry Terminal and 15 minutes from the Cruise Port
The hotel was good, outstirk of city, breakfeast is italian, so really good ! . However, it is situated at a considerable distance from the city centre which is not great for shopping and visiting.
They speak French, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices. The service is efficient and clean. The only downside is that the sheets aren't changed every day
There is free transportation that takes and takes from the sea!!But the hotel does not have its own beach!! Price for umbrella suslonova 15-25evro!! Among the shortcomings of the room itself ,of course not? MD 209! The view from the window to nowhere, the wall, although the room is located on the 2nd floor! Entertainment: disco on Thursday,Saturday and Sunday
We are a younger couple and absolutely loved it. Great selection of thermal baths and areas to relax. Beach is 5 min walk, lots of quality sea food restaurants walking distance.
Would definitely go again.
I would have to say this is the best break I’ve had in quite a few years and I take quite a few each year. Vincenza in reception and the staff at the bar by the pool are exceptional
30 as the kitchen closed It was cheaper to drink cocktails than vodka and tonics The owner made his presence every day and night in the restaurant There was a bus to take you town to the beach but it was quite expensive Having been in ischia town before I really wish we had gone there again just due to the proximity of all the shops and bars It was a relaxing holiday
Relaxing , friendly , pristine. work and pleasure and I’d have to say this was definitely a nice surprise. I was with my son and his young family. The staff are so genuinely lovely
The room was decent, clean, and tidy. It's close to the sea with a private access path, though it's not a sandy beach
The Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. I would like to compliment Michele and Samuele at the beach and swimming pool for their excellent service
Amazing as usually!
I stayed there more than 20 times and always happy.
Reception team is friendliest ever, Antonella very cute.
Room was amazing even had sunbed on balcony
The swimming pool is open normally, and the hotel has obviously been renovated and is not in a very old state. Everything is good, and you don't need to walk to the 534 bus to the city center, but the time is very random
Right on the water with views of the sea from both rooms. Very relaxed, nicely appointed, open and modern yet natural feeling. Loved the art exhibit on every floor
The service was up to par. The toilet was substandard, the floor was slippery, and the room facilities were old. The yogurt at breakfast was in a bucket, not a cup! Omelettes were available for an additional fee.
The hotel is stunning, renovated from an old palace; it's straight out of a James Bond movie. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant is Michelin-starred, and the food and service are truly excellent
The hotel is very old and beautiful, the breakfast is very rich, and the square and ancient streets are just outside the hotel. It is a few minutes away from famous attractions and the parking lot is also very close
The hotel is located in the heart of Genoa. It is very simple and elegant. Valet parking is very convenient. The breakfast is rich, especially the drinks. The hotel's staircase is very beautiful
It's very popular, so reservations are generally required, and guests staying at the hotel are given priority. The hotel offers valet parking, which can be reserved by phone or email
The hotel is in a prime location and is very convenient for walking to attractions. The hotel lobby has a very beautiful spiral staircase and is equipped with an elevator
If I could give a higher rating for the service I would. The staff was absolutely impeccable; I was treated like royalty. Giada was so pleasant and hospitable

Beautiful hotel with stunning grounds, pools and beach. We chose to swim at the beach, such a lovely setting, and the sea was warm. The pools appeared to be unheated
The pools and the view of the ocean is gorgeous. A bit pricy for food and drinks by the pool. Definitely rent a car as there is limited shuttle service to and from the resort to the town of Porto Cervo
We took advantage of the useful free shuttle into Porto Cervo one day, a 2 hour visit was probably all that was needed, although we stayed longer. Plenty of parking in the hotel grounds and the road outside
The half board option was excellent value and the evening meal choice, with waiter service, fabulous. The only thing that let the hotel down was breakfast, which was very limited for a hotel of this size
Staff was wonderful and the resort is beautiful. I'd upgrade the toiletries as they were very average for a 5* resort and a hair dryer was something you'd find in a 3* hotel
The standard scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, plus cold meats and cheese, and lots of cake! The smoked salmon was very good though
Beautiful resort and great location
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Is was our last stop on a 10 days trip. We loved the location, close to very beautiful beaches, and the nice town of San Teodoro
Peaceful and great place to stay even out of the active season. In case you are looking to relax
The hotel is set down a quiet road so a car is needed as there is no real supermarket in walking distance. Apartment was lovely and spacious and pool area was nice. Couple of restaurants on site too
Nearest beach 20 minute walk and two free sunbeds and umbrella. Lovely views and peaceful location
Restaurants are nice, 40 min to Olbia and 2 hours to Cala Gonone. The beach hotel is ok, but no so beautiful as other beaches of Sardinia. The good thing is that beach is almost private for hotel guest
We choose early season (last week of May) when air temp is in mid 20C and water pleasant enough to swimm. and prices are much lower than in high season. We love this place for many reason

Nice resort on the seaside
Didn’t like that you couldn’t have anything to eat after nine at night. When travelling and arrive late, you have no option. Other than that, nice place to stay
Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! Probably overstretched cleaning team doing way too much. The lifeguard on the big pool could use some mannners! As the lady manager at the beach bar
What was good
- rooms were clean and spacious
- pool areas were large
- kids area was good
Here is what was not so good
- check in at 5pm is the latest of any hotel I have stayed in and it took ages to get my keys despite there being 3 people on reception
- they charge you EUR 30 per night on top of the room rate for the ‘use of the facilities’ which is ridiculous
- the WiFi was down at night in...
Their dedication and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Overall, Torre Cintola deserves a perfect score of 10 for its fantastic environment, incredible food and drinks, and exceptional staff
Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were not very tasty. A lot of bread to choose from if you like that. Could use some pancakes or french toast.
Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all
The sunbeds and towels at the beach are free, except for the 2 front rows and there is a café there for drinks etc
There is a private beach that belongs to the hotel, it is a 10 min walk away or you can get a buggy which is constantly running
The only downside was the toilets, there are none at the beach itself, you have to walk 2 mins to the restaurant and use those
Beach is 500 metres from the hotel grounds and is serviced by a battery operated buggy
What a wonderful place to stay, we were upgraded to room 3120, which was lovely, on the ground floor, double aspect windows with French doors opening out to a large balcony. It was spotless and the service was impeccable
The pool area is nice and immaculate, there are no toilets by the pool either, you have to go to the spa, which was a bit inconvenient

Pools: clean, sun loungers always available, no towel reservation. Beach is nice to have an evening walk but to swim I would recommend La Cinta in San Teodoro
I would say renting a car is a must as without you will miss a lot. We rented a car from a private person. Also booked a trip with Studio Vacanze to La Maddalena which was well organized
Beautiful place!
Good location.
Great food!
We had a pretty good and clean room
Pools are nice and at a good température
Staff is friendly
We visited Janna e Sole in May 2024 and 2025, 2 adults and 9yo. Overall we had a nice and relaxed stay last year and this year. Food: mostly good and very good, a little % so so
Lovely holiday, great pools, plenty of sunbeds, close to beach, walk to quiet beach or train to busier part. Lovely food great choice and variety. Animation staff provide plenty of entertainment all day long
With it being towards the end of the season we were expecting it to be quiet but the animation team were absolutely fantastic and made it as much fun as if it was peak season
This Hotel was , without a doubt, in top 1% of places I’ve stayed. The service is amazing, the room is beautiful and well appointed and the free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had
Everything is so elegant, staff very amabile, rooms, the last floor terrace, bed so comfortable!
We definitely want to come back and stay again here and spend more time in Genova which is so beautiful
They have all the aménities available just a Quick call to reception to ask for it. Coffee and tea sélection in the room and two bottels of water complimentary on arrival
We love it so much! We have chosen to stay here before and after the cruise because it is so close to the cruise terminal
Amazing city break we come here often and always well received by the friendly staff.
We are staying two nights before leaving on a Transatlantic cruise
Pool is not great but nicly located at top floor. What I really fid nit like is how they handle luggage storage
It’s kept in open room close to reception theoretically reception watches over it but when i came to pick up my luggage stuff at front desk was overwhelmed with guests and just walked in took my stuff no questions asked (and people in reception weee different shift that did not know me, so ai would not be v supportive if anyone could walk in and take your luggage)
Palermo is a large and bustling city, but the hotel's free parking is easily accessible before the city centre gets busy
An old hotel on the outskirts of the city that offers good value for money, especially for those travelling by car
Quality-price ratio is quite good on this hotel. However, if you are walking there it is a bit far from the main attractions and you have to walk through a very shady area during the night time
Rooms are spacious but old, would need some renovation, for example most power plugs did not work on our room. The breakfast was quite good for the price
The direct access to the hotel's private beach and the use of the pool were remarkable
Hotel located right across from the beach and the Jesolo sea, with reserved parking
The beach is very wide and the sea is decent. Rooms are nice but always cleaned too late, the food isn't exciting, and the young people at reception are very good. Overall, average with a wonderful sea view
We had a great time, the staff were very friendly and the value for money was excellent. We are very satisfied. The food is excellent and the waiters are friendly and helpful. The beach is very well organized.
What we appreciated most was the beach service right in front of the hotel: as they say these days, no hassle, because the beach and the hotel are practically the same thing
I came with my family in August. The friendliness, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff made our stay very pleasant. I also recommend dinner and breakfast at the hotel, as it has a rich and excellent buffet
Cute and intimate eco-resort in Tuscany. Great food, cute cabanas with service at the beach and room-service was good too. Great staff. We enjoyed our stay but didn’t find much around outside the resort.
The good: The beach is sandy, clean and there's an allocation system for cabanas and deck chairs - so absolutely no fighting for space! The restaurant staff are amazing
Great resort. Swimmingpool & gym are ok the rest is excellent.
Amazing property 10 out of 10
What can I say!!!! Best hotel, Amazing service from check in staff who are amazing and welcoming. They are super helpful and friendly. The manager was amazing, so helpful and accommodating
We have been coming here for the 4 th time now as it is great and upscaled. It is part of the i prefer hotels. Only my gps keeps taking me to a different location thinking we arrived, but the street is closed
She helps , and pay attention to little details to make your time great and always with a smile. Restaurant staff were amazing and attentive
Geat location to airport- We arrived late and the night audit gentleman was ver helpf
.
Great price for what its location on short notice. But cleanliness has something to be desired and the decor was very dated
Enjoyed my stay at the hotel and impressed by the hospitality, breakfast and special support from the staff- Ali was the one - available throughout, caring for everyone around 👍
I was for 3 night and i can tell thet it wasnt a good experience. I give 3 stars only for the location but for the other things i wasnt not happy. The room are in old aredacion and there was a smell of old things
The room was sufficient, shower well and air condition good.
The included breakfast was standard with a good coffee
The bad thing is the fridge is not working , because we would like to put some water to bring for tomorrow's beach day. The security lock is not functioning. The receptionists , are not welcoming
This resort exceeded our expectations in service, accommodation and experience especially during their quiet season. Service:
The staff is incredibly helpful, warm and welcoming. Truly felt like a 5-star experience
An absolute must if you are looking for somewhere to unplug and relax while looking out at the Mediterranean Sea
Amenities:
Pool is stunning (dont forget the beach chairs as well), gym is limited and gets the job done, and we looked forward to the delicious breakfast spread every morning (plus a view out to the ocean)
Whether by the pool during the day or at the bar in the evening, her positive energy and professionalism stood out. She’s truly an asset to the resort and deserves recognition for the great job she’s doing
Our stay in Sicily was simply fantastic! The hotel itself is beautifully designed and offers breathtaking views of the sea. The location is perfect for enjoying the beauty of the Sicilian coast
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mangia’s Torre del Barone Resort in Sicily! The place is stunning , a perfect combination of beautiful surroundings, relaxing atmosphere, and warm hospitality
The sea view rooms have charming views and are a very cost-effective hotel in Sorrento.
Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st
Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. The only minor issue was there was some noise during the day from renovations at the hotel
Great location on the outskirts of Sorrento. City center in walking distance.
It's a minor trade off to have properly maintained accomodations
We loved the variety of activities available, especially pedal tennis and yoga sessions that added a refreshing touch to our stay. 🍽️ The food was a highlight—delicious, beautifully presented, and full of local flavor
Amazing place. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. This resort is kept well and has many amenities. The beach is to die for. Highly recommended.
The service is excellent, both in terms of cleanliness and other needs. The rooms are a bit small, and the space needs to be improved. The pool is nice and comfortable. The canteen is top-notch, from breakfast to dinner
The beach, with umbrellas and lounge chairs available, is about 150 meters away and easy to reach. The staff is courteous, helpful, discreet, and always smiling. The cleanliness was also satisfactory
There's not much choice for kids: penne pasta with sauces poured on the spot: hmmmm. The hotel has a huge pool, but it's immediately five feet deep, so kids can't swim in it unless they know how to stay afloat
Interesting location: a 5-minute drive from the center of Casal Velino and 15 from Ascea; but, above all, 150 meters from the hotel beach, where, however, the umbrellas are a bit too close together
In short, two weeks of beautiful seafront within easy walking distance, staff as we've always known them, the Style Animation artists we'll miss more than anything, and satisfying food, but
