The hotel's location is fantastic, just a one or two-minute walk from the subway station. It's only two stops by metro to Termini Central Station, or about a 25-minute walk. The Trevi Fountain and Pantheon are also just a 10-15 minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants along the way. The room had two queen-sized beds, which is excellent for Europe and easily accommodates a family of three or four.

However, the hotel doesn't provide drinking water, which is a real oversight. While slippers are available, you have to request them, and they don't restock tea bags or coffee pods.

The breakfast at the hotel is also very basic; I'd recommend booking without breakfast.

A simply flawless stay at the Hotel Imperiale Omnia in Rome. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional down to the last detail, and the manager is truly fantastic: you can feel their passion for excellence in every gesture. Upon arrival, we were greeted impeccably and immediately felt at home. Later, when we had a small oversight on a dish, they responded with great professionalism: they offered us a 50% discount on lunch, a gesture that confirmed the quality of the service and customer care. Choosing to stay here turned out to be one of the best choices in Rome: the convenient location, elegant atmosphere, and attention to detail make all the difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking high-quality hospitality and top-notch professionalism.

I travelled with my teenage daughter. The hotel is beautiful. Definitely a 5 star hotel. The one negative thing would be about trip.com.  When I booked the hotel 6 weeks in advance I was asked to include the number of people 1 adult 1 child age 16. But when I arrived they said my booking was for only 1 adult and  a 6 year old.  I had to pay $40 extra euros per night for my daughter as she is considered an adult.  I told them at the hotel that I booked for 2 people but at check out I was charged $120.00 euros plus the city taxes.  But our overall experience was excellent definitely would recommend.  Its location is close to restaurants, shopping and most of the key sites are 10-20 minutes away.

Very elegant rooms but their kitchen is very unclean, I have no idea how do they cook there..and yes I used to work at this hotel.
