A wonderful place in the city, yet immersed in the forest. The pool owner is professional, full-service, and attentive to every detail. I recommend the full board option. The breakfast is plentiful, and the pool is surrounded by a fantastic green area. The hotel is actually located in the forest next to the spa entrance. It's fantastic. The atmosphere is family-friendly, yet very elegant. The prices are very low. A must-see ❤

1. Defective Wifi status of the room
2. The shower temperature is not warm.
3. The windows on the third floor are blocked.
4. It's hard to access because the phone communication is limited.
5. If you drill the outlet hole vertically and plug in the converter used by foreigners, it tilts and the connection is not good.
6. The button on the elevator doesn't press.
7. The noise of the bathroom ventilator is severe.
Rather than sticking to the old one, some improvement seems necessary.

One couple had no toilet seat.
Another room had a broken hairdryer which kept coming on. Expertly fixed with packing tape.
Huge dog deserted next door barking at all times.
Breakfast... a joke. Inedible muesli. No hot option. Stale bread & cake.
Dinner... first time I've ever seen guests walk out of the dining room to find palatable food in the village.

Rooms very dated. Mattress completely sunk in the middle and hairdryer not working. Food unpalatable and tea served in glass jugs which went cold very quickly. Breakfast inadequate with very limited choice and no toaster. Not 4☆ more like 1 or 2☆ at the most.

The people working there are extremely friendly. We felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful but most things in it are quite old, it does not really feel like a 4 Star hotel However, the price is extremely fair for what you get. We loved it and will return.

Smallist shower booth i have ever been. i barely moved my body in shower booth. bad ac more like fan. Also turn off ac at the night and it makes room hotter so that i couldnt even sleep. i was here for two days but when i came back to my room they didnt even clean up my room also towels were not changed into new towels. Poor breakfast and unkind frontdesk

Lovely place in the city but in the woods. Full service pool professional owner but attentive to every detail. I recommend full board. The breakfast is plentiful and the pool is surrounded by a fantastic green corner. In reality the hotel is in the woods adjacent to the entrance to the spa. Fantastic reality. Family atmosphere but extremely elegant. Prices are very low. A must visit ❤

Clean and kind staff
There is no laundry service or coin laundry but you can use coin laundry in downtown of Fiuggi which is placed next to supermarket "SIGMA Fuiggi".
