A very bad experience! It took half an hour to get an egg omelet, and this is a hotel that costs 1000 euros a night!

Seriously bad review. The room allocation for Ctrip's order was completely discriminatory. We were supposed to check in at 3:00, but we were told that there was no room. When we got the room at 5:00, we found that it was the most basic room type (we upgraded the balcony view room with a price increase). We went to the front desk to re-check the order, but they perfunctorily said that they had read it wrong and changed the balcony room. As a result, it was directly at the end of the stairwell. Ctrip followed up later. The hotel kept saying that the manager was off work and the room was full and could not be adjusted (each platform showed that there was a room). It was impossible to change the room and refund the money. Because I was with a child and dragging two large suitcases, I really felt it was inconvenient to change again. The hotel did not accept any refund or upgrade coordination from Ctrip. In addition, the whole hotel revealed a sense of discrimination. The breakfast reception doorman was the same. I felt sick after staying for three days (I have a background in studying abroad and am quite proficient in English). I am considered a half-hotel person by profession. Because the cost of business travel and personal travel is high, I am also a black diamond of Ctrip. This is the first time I have written a serious bad review.
