Although this hotel is a little bit far away from the city center, taking metro is very easy and only 5 min walk from the metro to the hotel. I will highly recommend this hotel to every one who will visit Rome.
But, a good host would at least offer a drink at the bar for free or fruit basket in the room or some small perk as an apology.
Rooms are big and modern, but what irritates me is open bathroom, no doors except for toillete.
So if you are with someone who is not your partner or very close family it is not practical.
And I can say it clearly: this is absolutely the best Hilton, with Hiroshima following as a very close second.
The staff is exceptional — professional, welcoming, and always attentive — and the breakfast is simply outstanding, rich, well-curated, and of a quality that is hard to find even in top-tier properties.

spent a ridiculous amount of money for three nights being told that “if you don’t join the Honor club you have to pay for the water in the room and wifi”. remark: room refrigerator is empty, there are only 4 small bottles of water, that you have to pay for. Wifi premium (cause i am part of the Honor club) disconnects every 10 minutes. Doesn’t reach certain spots of the room.
still for that ridiculous amount of money, there is no courtesy set. no toothbrush, not a chocolate bar, not a couple napkins. the rooms are completely automated with domotic but for example in the shower it took not less than 5 minutes to get warm water (floor 3, of….15?16?)
breakfast is simply amazing. one of the best ever.
gym is really nice and equipments are new.
in conclusion things are either great or simply decent, i would expect much much more from a Hilton hotel, or i would pay half of the price to be back and not more
