Room upgraded due to fully booked and late check in, but we stay 2+ nights, need to repack our suitcase and change room the next day, the room have a huge balcony, the room layout is strange to split bedroom and living room and bathroom with a but we stay 6 hours only, shower full of mold stain and odour. Overall experience not pleasant even short hours stay, mattress and bed liners are comfortable, but the next night was better in standard small room.

Service Quality: The front desk staff and hosts are always welcoming with a smile, offering flexible assistance with tourist information, booking hot air balloon flights, and arranging transfers.

Facilities & Cleanliness: The rooms are new, clean, and spacious, equipped with comfortable amenities. The water pressure for the shower and toilet is excellent, and the room comes with a supply of coffee and tea. The view from the terrace is magnificent.

Location: Tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it very accessible. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, despite being a tourist destination.

I was traveling for business and needed to catch an early train from Central Station, so they thoughtfully prepared a packed breakfast for me! Aside from the slightly dated room facilities, the overall experience was cozy and comfortable. The area felt very safe, and the service was excellent. I didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. It's great value for money, and I'd consider staying here again.

The room is very spacious and conveniently located near the central train station, within walking distance. There are also good restaurants nearby.

The location was good and it was clean. The air conditioning and drainage were a bit disappointing, but it didn't seem to be a major issue. I would like to stay here again!

The room is quite spacious and very close to Termini train station. The bathroom facilities are a bit old, but the large showerhead was very comfortable to use. They strictly enforce the 2 PM check-in policy, so you can't get into your room earlier even if you arrive ahead of time.

The hotel is relatively new, well-renovated, and in a good location with enthusiastic service. The biggest problem is how noisy it is. The windows offer virtually no soundproofing, so even with earplugs, I was woken up by 6 or 7 AM every day. The toilet doesn't have a siphonic flush, so you have to flush multiple times. The shower's water barrier is too low and doesn't close properly, so water splashes out everywhere. There's no shower rod, and the fact that the showerhead can't be adjusted for height is very inconvenient. The bedside light switches are recessed, making them difficult to reach and operate – this design is also quite a pain.

Facilities: Well-equipped, they provide slippers but no toothbrushes. It's simple and functional.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy.
Environment: Plenty of dining options nearby, and it's very close to the train station and subway.
Service: Both the restaurant and front desk were excellent. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are good.
