The hotel is located inside a beautiful building in a very convenient location. Unfortunately rooms are nothing like the pics: everything looks worn and needs maintenance, air conditioning and windows are old and moldy, doors are cracked. There are better options in Rome and I don’t recommend this place.

I stayed in this property for a short overnight stay. The property is located in a strategic position that allows you to easily reach the various points of interest including Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Via Condotti, etc ... Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Arianna who gave me valuable advice for dinner while waiting for my room. The room is large compared to the average considering that we are talking about a standard double room. In the accommodation there is a window ideal for admiring Via di Ripetta; the bed is large, spacious and welcoming; the bathroom has a very large shower. I would also add that the cleanliness is impeccable. I will definitely return to this property!

The room was very nice in every way! Clean, very nice neighborhood, quiet, safe! The location was ideal! We went everywhere on foot! The staff was kind and helpful! They offered us early check in upon request and there was also a place to leave our luggage before check in and after check out! It is an old building completely renovated! It offers you everything you need, it has an ironing board, iron, hairdryer and shampoo, shower gels, etc. The only negative was that there was no refrigerator in the room, but it didn't bother us. There were wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby.

Do not book at present- works going on all all day - drilling, etc. Terrace advertised currently closed for works, no balcony in room although booked, no breakfast avaliable. Hardly peaceful ,relaxing stay, paid extra to get these things. Staff friendly but did not any offer refund.could not source linen til next day to enable use of sofa bed for my teenge daughter, despite paying extra for room with sofa bed. Good location, but no compensation if drilling and no access to outside space as advertised. shame

Well centered hotel, we are far from 4 stars, the wifi is non-existent as well as the storage in the room. The heating leaves something to be desired.
