Too many restrictions that are not told in the listing such as can't use jacuzzi after 10, house keeping is non existent and you have to clean the room before you leave. No cutlery and cups. You have to tell the receptionist everytime you leave your room because else she will assume you're leaving and will call the cops on you for theft of keys.

Be very careful with this accommodation. We stayed between May 1 and 4, 2025. When we arrived, there was no hot water in the bathroom. We complained to the owner (Federico) because they didn't fix the problem during our entire stay (we had to keep going to other rooms to shower, which was inconvenient). This man didn't bother to answer our messages or calls, even blocking our number to prevent further calls. After much complaining, we managed to get a 30 percent refund of the reservation cost through the receptionist, who promised us a refund for all the inconvenience caused. However, once we had finalized the reservation and were back home, we requested the promised refund through the platform where we booked the accommodation. After much insistence and several calls to the platform, a month later he accepted the refund, but only for 30 percent of one night's rent, thus breaking his word. We feel deceived by this man, who has proven to be unprofessional. We do not recommend this accommodation at all. Mucho cuidado con este alojamiento. Estuvimos alojados entre el 1 y el 4 de mayo de 2025. Cuando llegamos no había agua caliente en el baño. Nos quejamos al dueño (Federico) porque no arreglaron el problema durante toda la estancia (Teniamos que ir peregrinando a otras habitaciones para ducharnos, con la incomodidad que eso supone). Este señor no se dignó a contestar nuestros mensajes y llamadas, incluso bloqueó nuestro número para no recibir más. Después de mucho quejarnos, a través del empleado de recepción, conseguimos que nos prometiese un reembolso del 30 por ciento del coste de la reserva por todas las molestias ocasionadas. No obstante, una vez finalizada la reserva, ya en casa, solicitamos a través de la plataforma donde reservamos el alojamiento, el reembolso prometido. Después de mucho insistir y varias llamadas a la plataforma, un mes después aceptó el reembolso pero solo del 30 por ciento de una noche, incumpliendo así su palabra. Nos sentimos engañados por este señor que ha dado muestras de ser nada profesional. No recomendamos para nada este alojamiento.
