So far the best feature of this lodging is its location. Only a 2 minute walk from the Lepanto metro station, and 1 station from the St Peter Square in the Vatican. The room is basic but comfortable. It has AC, a small but nice bathroom, small fridge, an electric kettle and cups to make your tea. We feel safe in this area. Good value for what a tourist visiting Rome needs.

Located in, if not THE best, one of the best neighbourhoods in rome, 50 meters away from a metro and bus stations and just around 10 minutes away from the Vatican. Incredibly clean place, with a beautiful view and really cosy rooms to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Definitely will remember it in case I need a guesthouse in Rome again!

I found this place by chance with my family and we had a wonderful time. Mrs. Silvia was always available to help us by phone, even before we arrived, from the time we booked. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was tidied and cleaned every day, with towels changed very often. Everything was very clean. You can tell the rooms have been recently renovated. The room is air-conditioned and comfortable, with everything you need. It's very convenient to the subway, and the area is very quiet, even at night. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at this affordable guesthouse situated in the quiet residential Prati neighborhood. The room was clean but sparse and the manager was attentive and hospitable. The location, a short walk to a metro stop and a nice walk to Vatican City, was ideal. It offered an easy locale from which we could do all our sightseeing then find a respite from the tourist crowds.

This Bed and breakfast location is absolutely brilliant, literally across the road from the metro station Lepanto which offers easy links with the whole of Rome, it is also fifteen minutes away from the vatican city centre. The room was very spacious with a high ceiling.The room felt fresh and clean for a very cheap price out of season. Three stars for this place as the water in the bottle tastes like plastic and there isn't possibly an option for breakfast. It was more like a Bed and bedfast.

Took off one star. With his wife stuck in the Elevator, on the phone from Google the hotel did not get through. A man walked past, heard us. Rang the doorbell, no one answered. Barely got out.

Place I would not recommend.
1. Very very small breakfast (they explain oneselves because of coronavirus, but we have paid normal price so we would expect more than small croiisants and dry bread). Last day we had no breakfast at all.
2. Traffic noise from road is very loud. At night you can choose sleeping with a loud air conditioning or loud traffic noise from open windows. We though trees along the road would be an advantage but unfortunately it wasn't, because of big amount of mosqitos.
3. Smell from the bathroom was very bad. It speaded around all the room.

For plus we can say the residence is very close to metro station and Vatican City.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a comfortable stay here. Firstly, I would say that the photos posted did not accurately reflect my room, which was the smaller one person / single room. It is quite small with old furniture and linen, which meant that it didn’t feel as clean and comfortable as some of the bigger ones might be.

Secondly, and acknowledging that this is no one’s fault specifically, but the heater in my room was faulty / battery in the remote was flat, which resulted it being stuck in auto mode and turned on and off every 10 mins or so throughout the night. The room was uncomfortably hot and the noise meant I got about 1 hour sleep that entire night. I’m sure anyone can appreciate it was very uncomfortable and ruined my next day I had planned to travel to Sicily.

A small note that if you want an extra shower towel, they will charge you 5 euro.

On a positive note, the lady at the front desk was friendly. She didn’t speak English however you can of course get by with google translate and there was someone in the team who Whatsapped me before I arrived who could speak English, which was helpful to have.

It is also very close to a metro station so it made the commute to and from Termini station very easy.

Of course, I can’t speak for the quality of the other rooms (which may be nicer) and this place could definitely be good value for the price, however, if you’re looking for the normal comforts / service of a ~4 star hotel or the thoughtfulness and local tips from an Airbnb host, you probably won’t find that here.
