Backpackers Piramide - Hostel in Rome

I was in this hostel twice this year
the firts one in august, the second one this december
i can only give a positive review...
Aurora in reception is a very nice person , she manage this hostel alone and she is very welcoming host. Her manners are always kind and gentle.
The staff is nice in general , the place is clean, organised, reception has a limited time from 12 to 19. After this you can call number in case of emergency. It is very well explained in the sites so prior arrival if you read the conditions you know it. I read complains about reception time and it makes me laugh..why you book a place when you prior know it is not 24 h reception? Or you don't read prior and is your fault, or you're stupid and this is not fault of others.
The position is very good , i was able to take metro and buses but the best is you can walk , and enjoy the best part of the city visiting places and streets. There are very nice locals in the area, very good pizzeria's and restaurants for good price. The rooms are normal and you have everything you need. If there is a problem with water or electricity or air conditioning they go to fix it immediately. I guess in a every palce can be problems of normal routine. The good is that if you pay a lot of money and you get a problem it can make you hungry for the price and the time you have to wait for it to be fixed. If you pay few money and have the same problem they are going to fix it anyway in the same time.
I suggest you this place for position, staff and cleaning, the kitchen available , i met persons that are staying there since 3 or 4 months .
If you are young and you want to discover the city just put your backpackers on your shoulder, don't complain and enjoy.
The place is for simple person that want good service in a small price. All the others can enjoy spending money for the services they need.
Me i prefer to spend my money enjoing city, the food and the eternal beaty. This is the reason i was here.
