Horrible experience! They will charge you 13.5€ per day over the price, that's why they make you pay in cash!! The cleaning it's very poor, and they will wake you up at 9:30 to make the room!!! Never seen this before!! The person in charge of the check in is an old woman who doesn't speak a word of English, and she calls a young girl that kind of makes her self understandable, anyway they are so unkind and they try to take away from you every euro they can!!! Make yourself a favour and don't book there, you will find many other better and fair options for your stay.

It was noisy, people were making party at the terrace, so you cannot rest sometimes. Location was good and price, but nothing special.

In Portugal we say "To run away from!"
When we get there no one answer the ring bell.
When we got to enter the building because someone who was leaving let us in and we got to the 5th floor no one was at the reception.
We waited...
When the guy arrives informed us that they did not have what we reserved!
We asked for 3 nights in a suite... the first night we had to sleep in a room with no wc... and no towels... then we changed to other room... the room... and we had another nice surprise... every whisper on the room next door seemed just inside...
We never saw the reception guy again... and had no breakfast for the third day...
